Located very interior in the Bopal village far away from the main road..quite inaccessible..no parking space available for cars..typical government office of the 80s..staff is responsive but take their own sweet time for providing even the basic service..Absolute need for change in outlook and professionalism of India Post.

Please update atleast valid contact details and after mentioning complete adress no delivery happened and reason mentioned insufficient address. no contact details available after all this it is very hard for working people to reach them. Need much improvement for betterment of public

The staff have government job so they are secured they do not require to work properly for people. They are doing minor work for maintaining some record so it can be present where asked for. Actually I want to give ZERO Star but I am not able to do so.

Good cooperative staff. I took my mother for life certificate for pension (Jeevan Praman). It took 5 min to complete process if you have all documents. Your Aadhar no, phone no. for OTP, pension I'd no. & Pension Account no.

I have visited this post office many time. the staff present is very helpful and cooperative.The person collecting the parcel is really professional .One feels a big change in the services of the postal staff .Great work.

Building is very old. If u want to open an account, take form first and fill it. Give the form with self attested documents (id proofs) with photos. Next day get ur passbook. It takes almost 30 to 45 mins.
