Worst services and lazy staff who must be just keeping the phone off, not even coming to office and eating the salary for free. The status of my Parcel kept showing -Adreessee can not be located hence not delivered- which is an utter lie coz the addressee was available at the given address all the time. In fact nobody even took the parcel out for delivery from their office. They just kept updating it on the system for 3 days just for formalities and expected the receiver to collect the parcel from office. Never rely on their work which they anyways never do. I got my parcel collected from the office on the same day when they had updated the status as out for delivery at 9:30 am. I got it collected at 10 am from the office as nobody actually took it out for delivery! People like these should be kicked out of government jobs because of whom government services become useless.

It is located in Ellisbridge area.Also a government post office so you think what can happen. It is open till 5 P.M. .If you want to pay CHALLN here then you must come before 3 p.m. After than they are not accepting challan.Also in midday between 1p.m. to is lunch time break.So keep this in mind.Also many counters are there. Also a good building structure in triangular location at here.And also present a area for parking. Thank You................

Arrogant employees. They leave counter before the time gets over or let the peons to sit at the counter to book parcels. They often give postal tickets instead of changes if you deny to take the stamps they just say we have no change.

Good place. Well behave staff but parking place is tiny and small very few vehicle is parked. Speed post facility also occur. Nearby v. S. Hospital so many time traffic is happening.

Rude staff, not at all cooperative. Customer have to struggle to take their own hard earned money back. No guidance on post office savings schemes, how can one trust and have faith?
