The place was easy to find. It is just inside ibis Hotel Bercy and you have to book online or via application first. However, Bounce just had to manually store the luggage (not as technologically sophisticated as Lockerpoint in Netherlands). And when the time comes where we had to pick up our luggages, the crew at Bounce had to make us go inside a tiny storage room to find our own luggage, and there were so much luggages, it's so hard to find and take out your 25 kg luggage. If you don't have any other choices, yes, this is the best place to go.

Horrible service at the desk! Administrator together with cleaning lady laughed at me because I didn’t know I have to book online and I can just come around and leave the luggage, as well they added I should have to know that and it’s not there problem they don’t have space. Not smth you want to hear after you have carried huge luggage at the point that was advertised to me. I have visited on 7th of May 2022 12:40. Never use this company. You might be very disappointed

Located inside the Ibis Hotel. Ibis Paris Bercy Village 12ème. Kept circling the building looking for a bounce sign but there wasn't one. Just go inside the hotel and go to the front desk, they will check your confirmation code. Very friendly, many languages spoken, nice cafe, the toilets can be used but you will have to ask for the key. Very good

Me recibieron muy amablemente, fue rápido tanto la recepción como la devolución del equipaje y hasta me permitieron cargar el movi que necesitaba y utilizar el toilette.el hotel está ubicado en una buena zona con trasporte cerca para moverse por la ciudad y una zona de buen movimiento.

Fast and easy - just showed my reservation to the front desk (enter the building, go straight ahead/left of the bar/restaurant area) and received a tag to pick my luggage up with. Retrieving was a breeze even though I was almost late to my next bus at Bercy Seine.

Good service. You have to make booking places for your stuff online with some promo code. It will be a little bit cheaper. There is a WC. This service is located close to the subway station line 14 and 10 minutes from a bus station Bercy. The staff is friendly.

Sehr unkompliziert und 5€ pro Koffer empfanden wir als absolut fair. Wir durften auch noch einen Rucksack und ein Kopfkissen dazulegen. Wir werden das Schließfach für unsere Rückreise auch nochmal buchen, weil die flixbus Station sehr nah ist.

Muy buena atención. Está un poco distante para llegar desde la estación de buses, más si te pasa como a mi que tenes equipaje grande y llovía mucho. Atravesar todo el parque fue mucho. Sin embargo el lugar en si mismo muy bien!!!

Great place to store your luggage. Very safe. Kudos to the team over there who helped us with everything as our bus was delayed and we needed to store the luggage for some more time.

Buchung und Vor Ort hat alles super geklappt. Uns wurde die Angst komplett genommen vor "wohin mit dem Koffer". Hotelmitarbeiter waren auch alle super freundlich.

It is better than I expected; it is located in a hotel and has English-speaking friendly staff. Close to the bus station. Not far from the metro as well.
