It is absurd to pay for a service that unprofessional. It looks like an amateur’s business. Not reliable at all. A tourist service and no one there who speaks English. The worst is: the luggage is supposed to be left with the waitress and you get no ticket/any kind of paper identifying your luggage or yourself (to prevent anyone else to pick it up instead of you). We tried to ask for any safety measure and the answer was something like: “no need for that. It’s ok, you can go and come back later.” Felt like a joke… Despite of having already paid for that service in advance, we ended up leaving the place without leaving the luggage there, considering there was no identify control of the users of said service and any kind of ticket that identifies the client’s luggage and allows it’s picking up latter.

I had the worst experience possible with this bounce location. They didn't check our identity and didn't mark ou bag in any way. Literally anyone could come and collect our bag since they didn't check anyone's identity. There was no security whatsoever, no lockers or closed rooms, the bag was just supposed to be left with the waitress. Also no one spoke English so it was impossible to communicate. The staff was very rude and we didn't feel safe enough to leave our belongings so we ended up not using the service and took our bag back.

This service was fine with us. Our suitcases were stored under a staircase and we collected when we were ready. I wouldn't leave anything valuable in your bags in case it's taken by mistake, as there were no tags or anything put on them, but if anyone takes a bag full of my dirty socks and underwear that I've been wearing while stomping around Paris all day, then I feel sorry for them!

I was apprehensive about using this place after reading some of the reviews, but I asked one of the staff members at Catacombs de Paris, where I can store my luggage, and he pointed this place out. It is inside a bar, but there is a sign on the door stating that there is luggage storage. The man who attended to me was very friendly and helpful. No tag was given, but I had no issues.

The experience was overall very good and convenient. I just have a suggestion : I was worried a bit that I did not receive any kind of receipt when I handed in my luggage. And no check was done when I took it as well. Maybe it's helpful to have something like this so that people feel a bit more safe with their luggage?

A little too casual for comfort (they didn't really check my reservation details on drop-off and pick-up) but the staff there were pleasant and attentive and I would use this service and location again as it provided our family a ton of relief on our last day in the city with a late flight back home.

Todo muy bien, con una atención muy rápida y cordial. Como opinion general. Si bien no hemos tenido ningún inconveniente, dejar el equipaje en un rincón del restaurante sin ser un lugar cerrado no nos pareció lo más adecuado, por más que era poco accesible por el publico del lugar.

The storage is actually in a cafe called Le Lakanal (but when you pay in advanced you get the name of the place). Location on Google Maps is wrong but the płace is around that area, look for the cafe, you go inside and they keep your things.

just show them the screen and that's it! The storage process was so easy and the staff were so nice and friendly. the location is just near by the orlybus stop. this restaurant open from 5 am to midnight so it's perfect for travellers!!

Very convenient location for our purposes. We didn't manage very well to organize it - it was the first time. But then the process was straightforward. Good for the app and good for the staff at the location

Very easy to use. Easy drop off, easy pick up. If you're using public transportation to get around it's close to Place Denfert Rochereu. Highly recommend over there other baggage storage options you have.

All good. But Bounce should indicate the name of the business it is located in (the restaurant) walked 30 minutes thinking there was some "hidden alley" or something - not a restaurant

짐 보관은 매우 편했습니다. 직원 분께 말하면 맡기는 곳을 집어주십니다. 다만, 다른 리뷰처럼 맡겼다는 증표나 증거 없이 보관과 수령이 진행되기때문에 고가의 물건이 들어있다면 위험할 수도 있습니다! 카드로만 결제해서 예약내역이 어디에 왔는지 몰라서 말로만 설명했지만 호스트 분께서 짐을 잘 맡아줬습니다.

It was very fast to leave the bags, it is a restaurant in front of the airport shuttle, you can also take advantage of the time and take a baggette to the airport

Really easy but don’t expect formalities of security. They are placed in view of the barkeeper to watch. Really good for visiting the catacombs.

Hard to find. Finally found a different one, and it was a hotel with a sticker for luggage drop on the window. Not it’s own store front.
