Total enttäuscht !!!! Wir waren nun zum 16 mal im Orleans Hotel .bisher waren wir immer zufrieden, aber diesmal eine totale enttäuschung . Es gab kein Zimmerservice mehr , unser Zimmer wurde 11 Tage nicht gereinigt . Wenn man neues Toilettenpapier oder neue Handtücher brauchte , musste man zusehen das man eine Putzfrau auf den Flur findet , und fragen ob man neues bekommen kann , man musste aber Glück haben das man überhaupt jemanden findet . Bei der Rezeption haben wir Nachgefragt ob wir die Resort Fee bezahlen müssen , wenn wir kein Reinigungsservice haben , als Antwort haben wir bekommen ....ja ,sie haben ja Pool benutzt und Wlan war verfügbar . Also jeden Tag fast 35 Dollar !!! Frechheit !!! Und das für Gäste die schon 16 mal in diesem Hotel waren . Aber so ist es nun . Fazit ist nun , das wir "NIE MEHR " ins Orleans fahren werden , und im September mit 6 Leuten ein anderes Hotel nehmen werden . 0 Punkte

I went to the reopening of the Gold Coast today and I have to tell you I was very disappointed there wasn't any employee cleaning the machines after players left them. Also no wiping down of the chairs n actually it was dirty. I mentioned it to the worker who was directing players to entrance where they were talking temperatures she laughed. Apparently she thinks this virus is a joke. If you don't make changes like you said you were going to be doing the virus is going to come back n you will be shut down again. So sad but I will never go back I am a resident of Las Vegas for past 28 years.

Bad idea to start charging a 14.95 resort fee , in April. That is no good for your Corp or who Ever is making these changes to line their pockets even more. Why do you think people go to the downtown instead of the strip . Do you ever think of that or are you that greedy ??? If you could respond , what would be your answer? I get free rooms on the strip but would have to pay resort fees. But now it’s sounds like it’s going to be worth it . Just stay on the strip and pay the resort fee and get the room free and that’s that.

The free play post cards you get in the mail the amount is always less then it says this is false advertising to get customers in your casinos by trickery and is against the law so whoever is in charge of making these false free play post cards needs to be fired immediately..
