In the course of a major flooring project, the original toilet flanges popped out. Another person that came to repair them and seat 1 of the 2 toilets really gave off the feeling that he wasn't doing a correct repair. After getting through that night with a working toilet which was critical, i called Brazos to check everything out, make sure it's fixed right, and to seat the remaining toilet. Sure enough the flanges were not repaired properly in any way. The guys made good recommendations, including waiting an extra day on the master bath to ensure the grout cures enough not to be stained by dust when they repair the flange. They gave best advice on what to look for in the future if doing projects like this, and recommendations for replacement toilets if we decide to replace them during our project. They provided photos of all aspects of the job, never tried to sell me something I didn't need (though they could with my own ignorance of the issues), and left the completed repair and toilet in pristine condition. From first phone call, to first arrival, to the end of the job, they were the epitome of kindness, professionalism, and reliability. If you are looking for the cheapest cut rate plumbers you can find, it's not them, but if you are looking for a company where you get what you pay for which are professionals you can trust 100% with your plumbing projects and repair, these are your guys. That quality and reliability is worth its' weight in gold.

We discovered our water heater had a leak this past Sunday evening. The leak was bad enough that we had water leaking into our master bedroom closet. It had been leaking for some time, but we did not know it. Brazos Plumbing was at our home within 20 minutes of calling them - on a Sunday night! Not only did we have a leak, but our 13 year old water heater needed to be replaced, in addition to all the hoses, valves and water pan. I cannot say enough about how professional these men are. They fixed the immediate leak and we scheduled a water heater full replacement for 2 days later. They arrived this morning right on time and worked without a break until the job was completed. (As a side note, I compared their pricing with two other plumbing companies - all three companies were quoting virtually the same price) I chose Brazos because they came out immediately when we called Sunday evening and were genuinely interested in my concerns and questions. They protected our wood floors before beginning their work and explained every part of the process - before, during and after. They're sincerely invested in what they do and the quality of services they provide. I would use them again without question and highly recommend them to anyone needing plumbing services.

Called Brazos Home Service to repair a leaking shower head. Father and son came and changed the cartridge (that was their suggestion) to fix the leak . The leak was still there when they finished, actually it was worse. They blamed it on the shower been too old. They said they can't change the whole shower since it required breaking the wall. On my insistence that they can't leave the shower like that, the dad annoyingly did something to the cartridge and fixed the leak. I paid them in full $293. I realized the next morning, after they had left, that they had put the shower lever in such a way that there was no cold water, just the hot water, and it will come to the middle only. It was frustrating just to get warm water. I had to call Lescon, since I did not want them to come back and make another mess. Lescon guy came and fixed it in less than 15 minutes. Call them at your own risk, because I am not sure if they knew what they were doing. Mike from their office called me after seeing the review. He was apologetic about my experience and miscommunication. He said that he’ll refund me the money since they guarantee 100% customer satisfaction. After talking with him, I would give them 5 stars for professionalism.

Brazos saved the day for me. The garden tub order from Lowes had a month wait for delivery. The night before delivery date, date was moved another month. I went to Lowes, cancelled original order and bought the biggest standard tub. Brazos, upon looking at tub advised on EXYRA expense required in moving plumbing and suggested they help look for garden tub. Brazos located a garden tub and did the install the next day of original Lowes delivery and saved me on overall costs. They also helped me return the Lowes tub. 5/10/22 Brazos was great in detecting a small leak in my bathroom wall and repaired it quickly. Thank you for the great work! They were able to extend my gas pipe so the gas dryet can be moved to proper side of laundryroom. I would recommend Brazos Home Services over and over again. We had a major leak on a weekend and I tried to call multiple plumbers who even advertised emergency services, but I couldn’t get anyone. When I called Brazos and explained the problem, Tibu was there within 20 minutes. He and Mark worked for several hours and didn’t just do a quick patch job, they rebuilt that area to ensure it won’t happen again. All this on a Sunday, and the price was half what I expected. A week later, I was having trouble with our insurance company and Mark went above and beyond to help us get the damages covered. Amazing service! Our only water heater went out on Saturday night of the Memorial Day Weekend. No hot shower after a long, sweaty day. You can imagine how desperate we were and thinking that we would have to go the entire holiday without hot water. We called Mark on Sunday and he answered right away. Even better, he said that he could come and fix the problem and that he could probably be at our house in less than an hour: he was at our house in 45 minutes. Can give a estimate and the time frame of after 5 pm today and will follow up with a call if any changes occur. Mark did call and was able to arrive before 4 pm with the Master tech. This is the first Google review I have ever written but it is well deserved. Brazos plumbing checked all the boxes and then some. We called with a plumbing clog caused by our HVAC that was causing our sink to fill up on the second floor of our home. They came out to the house with in a few hours, cleared the clog, and explained to us how to prevent it in the future. They were prompt, courteous, professional, and reasonably priced. Mark and his Father are excellent. They removed my double bowl drop in stock sink and installed my premium single bowl drop in sink, which required cutting some pipes under the sink as well.
