I did not want to write this review because this agency was so well recommended and I really tried to diplomatically solve my issue with them. Ennio Gonzalez who claims to be an “Africa pro” straight up lied to me selling me a package to visit Kruger park and sent me to another private reserve instead. Yes, I went all the way to Africa and never stepped on Kruger even though I had specifically asked for Kruger and we even have email exchanges where I ask for Kruger and he replies back that he booked me for the park. Even when I realized (in Africa) that I was at a different park, I asked him if he would at least send me on a tour to Kruger (which was possible for an extra $300). He refused to do anything and said I was better off at that private reserve, that I didn’t have enough budget for Kruger (which he never informed me, otherwise I would have come up with the budget), and made a bunch of excuses. But we all know the truth: he gets commission from other reserves and books people there so he can get some extra $$$. He’s also extremely unapologetic, and straight up arrogant, never admitting he’s made a mistake. Had he tried to do anything to fix the situation I would have not written this review, but he was blaming me for being frustrated and “not having a budget” (which is absolutely not true) instead of trying to help me. I would never *EVER* recommend this agency to a friend. They made me feel betrayed, alone and stupid at a place I didn’t even want to be at in the first place.

Rarely do I have the ability to work with individuals such as those at this organization who have consistently shown themselves to be incredibly efficient and capable of assisting me to get my travels arranged and getting all the details organized. The team at Brickell Travel Management have not only been able to do their jobs in an incredibly efficient manner but they do so without delay and always try to get me the best possible price without me even needing to ask them. This team is absolutely excellent in what they do and their client relationship skills are flawless. There is no higher praise that one can give to a group of professionals in their respective industries. Thank you.

Gus Machado and the rest of the staff at Brickell Travel Management set us up with a fantastic vacation. I was looking at several spots in the Caribbean for a last minute family vacation. I called Gus at Brickell and he recommended the Hard Rock Punta Cana over the others due to some adverse beach weather being experienced in the other areas I was looking at. I cannot thank him enough, the resort, service, food, accommodations and the weather were perfect. We had a great time. We will definitely be using Brickell Travel to setup our future trips. We will also be back to the Hard Rock, Punta Cana soon too.

Cuando llegó al aeropuerto me llevó la sorpresa que el impuesto no había sido pagado por brikckell travel obviamente realicé el pago de dicho impuesto, y después me comuniqué con brikckell travel, o sorpresa la respuesta. Es problema de la aerolínea y nosotros no podemos dar ninguna solución. Si en la cotización me incluyen impuestos... no vuelvo a recomendarlos.

A very impressive company catering to mainly corporate clients but can also handle smaller travel groups as well. The team of qualified and professional travel agents can handle all aspects of your journey. This business is family owned and the atmosphere amongst their staff is professional and well coordinated. In a world of online bookings, this company will make your travel plans a breeze. Their offices are situated across from the historic court building in downtown Miami. There are plenty of public parking lots and garages close by. I highly recommend this business.

I was trying to book the hotels for my trip to michigan and was having problems coordinating my trip, I contacted Tania Guevara at brickell and she was able ton quickly solve the issue and in a timly manner at the last minute when I was running out of time to book hotels, she was very helpful, polite and very professional, my trip was flawless in would recommend her and the green team for future travels.

Red Team is the most accommodating partners as a Travel Desk Service. I never had a bad experience or long response time from this team. Eduardo Diaz is exemplary!!!!
