They should change the name to "Not secure parking". Never ever park your car here, it's not safe and way not secure. I parked my vehicle here as I was traveling internationally, but when I came back my car was damaged It felt like someone was trying to break in. With everyday patrol in the parking lot, I don't know how they haven't noticed. My window was down, lights were on & the car was full of spider webs and it seems like it was standing there for a long time. When I told the staff he told me we don't know, if we find something on the camera we will refund your parking fare as well as provide assistance with the insurance claim as well.But once I am gone story changed & I haven't got my refund yet, with insurance I have to pay the excess and all the hassle for nothing. Will update again once I will hear from them. I have attached pictures for the refrence

Paid the extra to park valet, specifically because my car is BRAND NEW. Worst experience of my life. The drop off and pick up was mostly fine despite a short wait however, the issue lies with the damage they caused to my car while I was overseas. I have video evidence of no damage prior to drop off, when I picked the car up there was damage on the front bumper driver door and driver door frame. They have the audacity to say it was there prior to drop off despite: 1. My car is less than 2 months old when I dropped it off 2. My car has only a couple thousand kms kms it 3. I always park valet elsewhere to protect my vehicle and have video logs of no damage evident before drop off. I will never use this service again, awaiting police investigation at this stage to get my car repaired due to malicious maltreatment of my vehicle. 0/10.

The set up for short term passenger pick-up is akin to a Venus Fly Trap (aka Secure Parking). As noted in other reviews the signage is inadequate and leads to accidently going thru the entry gates...and being stung ~ $10 for the pleasure. Also I suggest management try the advertised 10 minutes free and walk from the uncovered part to arrival arrival hall to greet and and get back in time. I my case the 8 mins of unbridled parking joy cost $11 for the 8 mins..receipt available for review . This was on top of twice around the block because if inadequate signage So Mr Secure Parking how about doing something instead of making yada yada PR comments as noted in other feedback from general Joe Blow public

Do not under any circumstances park here before an international flight. It is a single car park shared with short term parking and even if you prepay parking online there is no guaranteed or reserved spot. We almost missed an international flight due to the car park being completely - and I mean completely - full at 7am on a Saturday morning. We had to stalk people walking to their cars, while competing with a half dozen other cars to do so, for a full 40 minutes before we got a park. They do not respond to complaints via their website or Facebook pages either. Save yourselves the stress and exorbitant parking fees incurred here, which gets you nothing in return.

Recently I had an interview as a customer service officer with Secure Parking at the domestic terminal. The interview was brief. They urgently wanted 10 new staff to train. Simply I was overqualified for the role but could easily do the tasks. The response was I had not been successful in obtaining the position as my speech was slurred and it would be difficult to communicate with customers. Well why did I get to the second interview if my speech was so poor? It’s ageism completely as I’m a mature worker far more qualified than the person who interviewed me. Discrimination at its worst.

Parking is convenient and secure, but be sure to give yourself PLENTY of time to find a park. Every time we've been there (booked online), it's full and spend around 20 mins driving around (along with a bunch of other panicked drivers) trying to find a spot. Also don't rely on the overhead green/red lights (every green light we came across had a car sitting in it), or the signs showing empty spaces (they were always wrong). These days, if it's looking full, we just go straight to the upper levels, just as easy to get to the terminal, but without the stress.

I disliked the fact that in two opportunities our car has been driven when we left it there. First time we were surprised and even thought that we might have mistaken the kms. But second time there were no doubt, it has been driven nearly 20 kms. And our radio station was changed, and the volume really loud. We complained, to no avail. They say they checked the cameras. But our car has 17 km over the first time and nearly 20 second time. There was nobody to take responsibility for this.

I had just dropped off my disabled father at the drop off area in the car rental we hired for the day..I made the wrong turn and pulled up on the other side of the car rentals (Avis and budget). I had hired a car from SIXT. As I exited I spoke to a man and told him the situation .. and he still told me I had to pay $10.00 .. I WAS ONLY IN THE CAR PARK FOR 4MINS AND WAS CHARGED $10.00 .. I have never been so disappointed..

Extremely secure and safe parking. My only downer is every single time I visited this location to stay while traveling internationally with my bike the staff in the Valet are never aware of the motorcycle parking procedures. The procedure is we validate our tickets at Valet. They always looked at me confused further delaying my departure while they confirm everything and ask multiple people how to do it.

I entered the carpark to find all spaces full on all floors. When you prepay months in advance there should be spaces free. I spent 20min driving around totally stressing out . Luck was with me and I saw a car leaving on my floor and was first to it. I did not appreciate the anxiety and stress this created before my holiday even started when it's supposed to be relax park and walk to the terminal.

Unfortunately a total rip off! .. actually criminal! The display for the prices are located just behind the gate, so no chance to reverse! A $10 mistake! And then none of the pay-machines were working in 4 different floors we've tried, after 20min we then wanted to use the carpark for, which almost costs us another $10. This is "stealing" in a modern way. *Disgusting!

Never again. When I ring your office I get told "our office is closed" then a hang up. I lost my QR code when returning to my car last week. I went on the website and put in my email to get another QR code and got nothing. I have just tried to put in a complaint and it will not submit. This would have to be the worst service ever. Go to Andrews parking so much better.

Booking online is easy and cheaper! You are parking right where you when you enter international airport. A few minutes walk and your in the terminal. After booking online you get sent a link that you use when arriving to scan and also when leaving. Parking can be hectic and after going up a few levels we got a park. Will use for our future overseas trips.

Really easy to use. Fuss free parking. I found it useful to take a photo of the colour & no of bay so I can find my car easy, upon my return from my holiday. Our flight was delayed by 7 hrs, and I panicked not knowing what to do for carpark exiting, but with the Licence Plate recognition it was easy Gate lifted up for us, so no stress. Thankyou

One of the best experiences in a long time. I came out from the plane and straight into my vehicle. The car was I a safe area so I have no worries to leave my car at the airport and arriving back without worries for any public transport. Thank you Brisbane airport parking. Our first experience with Valet parking has been A+ ! So good to arrive back in Brisbane to be greeted with a friendly smile and courteous assistance. Make sure you book online and you will be very happy. Online booking is only $5 for an hour. Sooooooo much cheaper and easier. I think you need to book at least 2 hours ahead. You will be asking yourself why you did not book it that way before. Otherwise, prices for parking is soooo expensive - you will feel ripped off.

My wife and I recently travelled to Bali leaving our car with the Valet team. Very easy drop off. the car had a flat tyre while it was parked. The team went out of their way to ensure it was fixed prior to our return. I cant thank them enough and for the extra cost will be using Valet parking every time in future.

Very nice airport..support both international and domestic. It's nice to arrive and have the staff to assist you in your travels. It can be overwhelming at times. It's truly appreciated for such small acts of kindness. It helps to make you feel safe & secure. Beautiful airport. Nice eatery. Friendly staff.

I travel overseas 5-6 times a year and always use the valet as it is a great option. Rather than driving around looking for a car spot I like to drop the vehicle off and upon my return, know that it will be there and waiting for me. Staff are fantastic to deal with and the pricing is good value for money.

We waited for our friend to pick us up. We had to walk to the waiting area from the terminal and some of the way had no cover. If it was raining you would get wet. The waiting area was concrete and uninviting. Not a very nice place to reunite with loved ones you haven't seen for a while.

Really easy, really simple and great staff service. I could not have expected more. I have a disability and was worried about walking distances. For anyone who has a similar issue this is the way to go! All cars are Covered by CCTV which also puts your mind at ease

We always use the secure valet parking as it generally works out cheaper than the taxi fares. We are not interested in Uber. It is so easy, convenient and less stressful to just leave your car with the attendant when you arrive and then have the car brought to you when you return.

Online parking is substantially cheaper than drive up rates. However staying longer than booked incures the full drive up raye for the extra time in half hour intervals. So a delayed flight could cost an additional $15-$20 if you only book enough time for a pick up approx 1hr

Overall very happy . However I had difficulty exiting the car park on the morning of the 17th. Boom gate Scanning of the Code was problematic. And upon returning to Valet check in office .They just said to try another Boom gate And try scanning there to gain access.

The reviews and information online don't seem comparable to reality. I didn't really find it that expensive, I could park fairly close to the terminal and it was quick, easy and straightforward. We went in 2 separate cars too and neither of us had any problems.

Expensive as but worth it, as soon as you scan your phone at the gates they are waiting for you at the other end, we were less than 10min car keys handed over and away we went. Now that's service Valvet Parking 2min walk to the escalater and check in.

After a 14hr flight it is a relief to have our vehicle ready to go. The attends rushed to get us on our way home. No need to disrupt our family to pick us up. Service couldn't be any better. Valet parking maybe a bit more expensive but well worth it

We booked and paid online. Had ticket validated when we picked it up yet they refused to let us out! Having got off an international flight and had a further 2 hours to drive home they could not find our booking reference. 30 minutes later

Brisbane airport parking was until now a superb facility. Things have changed in last few days. Most levels are now monopolized by Valet Parking leaving very few spaces for self parking. It is now a disaster. You have now to park outside.

Can be a little tricky to get in there, but overall is good with good designs of directions and destinations, there a few great car rental places, affordable parking options available for those who travel and need to leave the car behind.

The first path can be confusing. The sign on the ground does not indicate a regular parking lot, but rather has a rental car brand mark on it. Unless you rent a car, continue all the way to the end and you will find a regular parking lot.

These guys always look after our car when we go abroad and they do a great job. The numberplate recognition thingy didn't like our NSW plate on the way in but worked find on the way out. Go armed with your QR code just in case!

I work away alot. The international park is handy and provides cover and security but it is expensive. They should reward frequent users to the car parks. The bus to and from is faster then the airparking

Many lights not working, including rows of the red/green parking indicators. Adding insult to injury, the lifts were out of action on 20th February......just what you need when parked on the 5th level.

You get what you pay for. Spaces still tend to be quite narrow but often it's the others who struggle to park mid space and fully into the space that effect the options to park.

Drove up from Surfers to connect with an international flight. Checked with shuttle services and uber and train beforehand and this was the most convenient and economical way.
