Thought to give the female staff at this carpark during the week a mention and thumbs up for a great job done. I park here 3 days a week for work. The carpark attendant during the week is very friendly, helpful, offers great customer service and seems to have a great rapport with the customers. One exit has been down for a while now, making the wait time to exit a lot longer. Frustrating for many. I've noticed, she makes sure to assist at the gate to keep the flow of traffic moving to accommodate, with a big smile on her face to greet us at the gate. Yes, parking can be expensive, but comparable when trying to find CBD parking, if you don't book online. This carpark attendant, is so bright, offering all customers wonderful service, she makes that issue a lot lighter with her kind, helpful demeanor. Two thumbs up for service. She's an absolute star.

Drive-up early bird parking has recently been removed, which just leaves booking online. Which would be fine if the pin-pads for entering the pin number worked properly! Press a number - nothing happens. You think it didn't work, so you press it again - it enters two characters instead of one! So you try to backspace and it does the same thing, either doesn't work or removes multiple characters and all you can really do is start over. It took me nearly 10 tries to enter the number today, meanwhile cars are queuing up behind me, it's the most ridiculously stressful experience. Read previous reviews - this has been a problem for a long time and still nothing has been done. Do yourself (and your stress levels) a favour and park somewhere else.

You call it nighttime robbery. There’s huge banner at entrance thats says $7/night, but when you pay it’s $21. Surprise! You read the banner again and there’s very small *terms and conditions… Without any actual terms and conditions. Why not just mention that we need to buy the same parking online? Yesterday, three of us ended up paying $21 each. If you really value your customers, don’t hide behind these dodgy marketing strategy. Edit - After reading reply from Secure Parking, I don’t think they will ever stop this treacherous marketing and make fool of customers. They are not even accepting their mistake, forget about fixing it. Have some shame

Came out of concert to find massive queues for machines to pay and leave at the gates. Turns out the machines kept breaking down and needed to be reset. Not sure what was happening with the gates but we had to wait an hour and a half to leave! Obviously no staff on site until finally after midnight someone showed up to put the gates up so we could all finally leave. Absolutely f’ing useless!!!! Don’t park here, they obviously don’t do any maintenance or upkeep. Will never park there again.

Convenient place to park for RNA show grounds events. However, this Carpark smelt like urine. Who is in charge if cleaning this place . Additionally, the entrance sweep path that hooks off to the right and up is super tight, wouldn't recommend SUV. Good luck if your car has a terrible turning circle. Has height restrictions too. Elevators close for convenience. Bit pricey, but it's brisvegas. Will use again next event. Hope though they pressure clean the place.

Easy and Convenient Parking at Secure Parking - McWhirters Car Park! Had a great experience at Secure Parking - McWhirters Car Park when I went to the Valley for a Christmas party. It's right in the heart of Fortitude Valley, making it super convenient. The pricing is reasonable, and finding a parking spot was a breeze. Getting in and out was easy too. Will definitely choose this parking spot again.

Need to work out a better way to get cars out of the carpark. Have been sitting in the car for over an hour on the 4th floor and no car has moved. People are literally leaving their cars, walking to the nearest Macca's and coming back because the wait to exit is so long. Used this carpark multiple times and never had this issue under the old payment system. Strategy needs a massive overhaul.

OVER 1HR TO EXIT CARPARK - FAIL!! It would appear that Secure Parking management have not learned or do not care that customers are queuing in their carpark for over an hour to exit after shows at nearby Fortitude Music Hall. This is not the first review on here complaining about this issue....and I'm sure won't be the last. AVOID using this carpark for Fortitude Music Hall events!!!!!

Do not park here There is no signage outside to say no CASH.... CARD only!!! On google site it says pay cash or card !!! some people still use cash it is legal tender ! And then when you go to pay and you only have cash you are abused for not having a card to pay. And asked why did you park when not being able to pay. The fee was able to pay! just not by card.

This new system that the carpark has created doesn’t work and why change something that worked perfectly fine. Every Sunday there’s no staff and there’s a line up of cars due to the new system not working and not accepting anyone’s cards. No one answers the help intercom, it’s just a mess.

In the past a very convenient car park. However not so easy to leave. We were waiting at least 40 min to leave after EKKA on a Sunday night. Be aware that the touchpad keypad doesn't work for one of the exits and the staff on the intercom not very helpful. They need to replace the keypad.

Don't park here unless you want to risk waiting an hour to exit during busy periods. Massive queues of cars that barely move due to poor planning. You can't pay at the gate, and not enough payment machines on floors means you even queue on foot beforehand. Take your money elsewhere.

Misleading about cost for parking- plus need to ‘book online’ for cheaper pricing!! No where is this explained clearly at this carpark. As travelling through I was unaware if the ins and outs of the area- obviously this is NOT where to park!! AVOID at all costs- WAY TOO EXPENSIVE.

$51 for 2 hour parking on a weekday seems excessive. I understand from previous reviews you offer cheaper parking when booked online but people like my grandparents aren’t super tech savvy. Absolute rip off and no wonder not many people chose too park in there today …

Still sitting in our car waiting to exit after a Pub Choir event at the Valley Music Hall. Going no where. Been sitting here for 30 minutes and no progress. Pre paid thinking it may help to get in and out quicker. Silly me. Recommend not to park here after an event!

Took an hour to get out of this car park last night (on a week night). This was a Prepaid park so it should have been a simple dash and go. No one there to direct cars out the rear exit. Cars backed up to the top floor. Ridiculous! Never again! Worst car park ever!

easy to find parking and it’s quite convenient from most restaurants and clubs. there is only one lift to access the parking so there is always a queue to access them. I usually take stairs but there are Lots of stairs if you end up park in on level 5 or 6.

Horrible place to park. There are two exits but for some reason every dimwit that parks here needs to exit on to Warner street when they could exit on to Barrlow street and increase the flow. This results in it taking more than an hour to get out.

What an awful experience. I’m writing this review as I sit in my car waiting to exit the car park. After an hour, three cars on the top floor have moved. I expect we’ll be here for at least another hour at this rate. It’s utterly ridiculous.

Used be be good. Now they have taken their machines out and it is now automated and expensive. Will not be parking there again. Car park was nearly empty when it was normally half full on sat mornings.

Would give negative stars if possible. Booked early bird hourly parking at was stung $45 for 1 hour 25mins...... Car park and lifts stink of urine. PARK ELSEWHERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Attempted to book parking online twice with their web experience failing to register card details both times. Couldn’t resolve issues on phone or in person. No option to pay on site.

Any and absolutely all events in the valley cannot handle parking logistics or common sense. They need to leave the exit boom gate up after large events. Uneducated clowns.

Total rip off $73.00 for 3 hours 43min. Make sure you know the cost before you park.
