Well I have been to this airport when it has been very busy but this morning what a breeze..Got the Brisbane airport express from Beenleigh only took 1 hour 10mins right into the airport take the lift to top airport trolleys right there to ezy trip cost $AUD27 worth every cent.CHINA AIRLINES easy as check in amazing staff ....customs brilliant no queues straight thru...relaxing having coffee.

Busy. Effient. Quick going through checkin and security. Not enough travelators along the long corridors to the gates and the ones there weren't working. Mostly clean and tidy. Workers were all very helpful and friendly. Coffee and sandwich was overpriced but fresh and tasty. Walking through duty-free always smells nice.

A great company to hire a car from with friendly staff and a convenient shuttle to and from the airport. We felt right at home with the new Suzuki Swift, as we own two of them. Plenty of power for long road trips and cheap on gas. It was a good price too. Thanks

I walked past this business, didn't even notice it at the time.. but Google remembered and decided that I must review it. And so, even though I hardly recall the occasion, I'm sure it was an excellent experience, walking past this place that is.

Brisbane is a very easy terminal to navigate. Staff and people here are usually quite friendly and helpful. Customs and immigration although her question are manageable and reasonably fast. All in all a friendly environment for the traveller.

Always clean. Easy to move around. The buzz and excitement of travel and welcoming loved ones home. Loads of help, services, food and free trolleys. Parking options are excellent. Tried out valet parking and what a dream experience that

Absolutely fantastic! They have streamlined the check-in process, and it is so fast and so easy. I have never gotten my bags checked, my boarding pass, and through TSA so fast. The whole process was less than 20 minutes.

Very clean and easy to navigate airport, both arrivals and departures. No stress getting through! A bit disappointed with the LOTTE Duty free shop but that will be a seperate review as the airport itself was great!

The toilets were absolutely disgusting, looked like the hadn't been cleaned in a week. Smell of urine was awful .The rest of the departure area wasn't much better , I honestly thought I was in Bali early

The domestic and international terminals are a short distance apart. But the car rental is easy and smooth. Had good experience with Enterprise and Europcar. The terminals are also neat and clean.

You can't book in yet you are to early for your flight at 3am. At 10pm. You can not get anything to eat or drink. Nothing open up stairs ,You can not go down stairs. This is piss poor.

The bars could stay open later. It makes catching an early morning, long-haul flight that much more pleasant. Other than that, it has all amenities we've come to expect in an airport.

So easy. Really makes an easy pickup instead of ever increasing parking fees. All good when we can communicate with passenger and pickup in less than 10 mins = no fees …

Nice airport that isn't overly busy. Pity hot water dispenser beside the made departure area and the water bottle refill station near gate 75 were not working.

Reasonable selection of Australian produce, Lounges are ok. Check in and security were efficient and friendly. Not much choice of food for coeliacs.

Lovely compact airport. Clean with lots of amenities, tidy toikets and not busy at all. Enjoyed a leisurely coffee before a short walk to the gates.

Smaller airport and a little crowded. I had priority check in so it was fast but otherwise the line looked long. Very clean. Lounges are good

Hard wooden slat seating more suited to a park. No easy access to water fountains. Saturday afternoon & many food & coffee outlets closed.

Free luggage trollies speedy check-in and security, good duty free. Only complaint is that all seating is hard wood no soft seats

Very busy terminal, make sure you have extra time & arrive early, security delays can be significant. Facilities are all good.

Very friendly staff. The temperature was set to a comfy warmth setting throughout the airport on a winter morning.

After few years not flying, Brisbane is still ok to get through. Prices are bit higher, hence the 4Stars only.

A nice airport but a lot of the shops have gone since covid, hopefully something else might take their place.

We went to this place to book a Great Barrier Reef trip and were looked after by a very nice helpful lady.

Very quick through the airport and straight out, easy for family to find us and quickly out and on our way

No shops cafes etc once it hits 11.30pm at night..so late flights u cannot get drinks or meals..not happy

A great little International Airport, but you do need to take out a loan for the carpark

Going through security and immigration was quick and efficient. I was quite impressed.

Erysipelas quiet still eat upstairs before you go through customs much cheaper

Lots of scary people yelling at me and telling me to take off my clothes

There are plenty of parking spaces. Easy walk down the ramp to carpark.

Security was not very good. Stood for almost an hour to get through

Great service at the AirNz counter, staff at security were great.

Nothing to add. It's wrll set up. Good eatery at international.

Today was good going through the airport lines …
