Too bad there are no negative stars that i can put for their worst services. I have never had such bad experience with any other firm like this. Don't be fool with their phone chat and online system reservation. The guy on the front desk is rude. I rented a car for traveling down to Saskatchewan for an interview and when i went to pick the car, they man on the desk said, the previous customer did not returned the car you reserved so we don't have anything like that for you- I almost missed the interview thanks to Enterprise, who save my day. and guess what, Now I am not able to get back all those aeroplan miles that i have used for booking budget reservation. The worst company- I will discourage all my friends in my circle to not rent car from them.

Other than the young person working there that was a bit over whelmed the day i picked up our rental, i will not rent from this location again..first our vehicle was not cleaned, i told her i will wait, then she informed me she had another one that we could take, had some minor damage which she pointed out..we were tired and hot from travel and waiting so jumped in and took off to get tobour hotel..only to realize the gas tank was near empty and the back seats were dirty, stains in the cup holders. I contacted the young person abiut the gas and was told she will put a refernce in the file...like i said other than her freindly service i was very dissappointed with the vehicle...see what the final bill will look like...

Reserved a premium class car at this location months in advance as I got a good rate via Priceline. When I arrived, I was given a standard trim Honda Civic and the desk agent seemed annoyed when I stated this was not the vehicle I had booked. I had a few long days of driving ahead and specifically booked at this location due to the premium car offered. With gas prices high as they were at the time I decided not to complain as the Civic was likely better on gas than the premium options. Giving three stars as the car I did get was clean with a full tank of gas and drop-off was quick and easy. This would have been 5-stars from me if I was given the car I booked or offered any form of compensation for the inconvenience.

Many Thanks to Alicia. Being a new immigrant and dealing with a car accident was super tough. But I gotta say, Alicia was a lifesaver. She’s so patient and genuine – you can tell she really cares about her customers. When my MPI claim was all up in the air, Alicia didn’t just wait around. She went ahead and resubmitted my documents for me. And when other staff said there were no cars available, she somehow found me a small one right away, even promising to call if a better one came up. Feeling cared for in a new country means a lot. Alicia’s help really touched me. I’m super thankful for her. She’s awesome at what she does, and I totally recommend this rental service, especially for the amazing staff like Alicia!

The customer service needs to improve, no greeting the client, no explanation about the credit card charges, no explanation about the place to drop the keys, the agent didn't know where to find the car, they asked you to sign a form to return the car clean or pay 750 dollars, the car was dirty pet hair in the middle, sand in the trunk, no notes about those details in the note, when I asked to included in the note and the agent did with some complaint. After driving for 1/2 hour, I needed to return because the wipers were no cleaning. The agent didn't know what to do until finally pass me at the phone with someone who told me will fix the issue. In total two hours lost.

Although I was able to get a vehicle when the location on Regent told me last minute they didn't have the reservation I had..... this location charged my credit card for days they had no authorization to do, and never sent me a bill, although I called for it many times..... the bodyshop has agreed to cover the days left over that Budget charged me, and yet this location refuses to refund me, and the manager has not returned a call in a week. This is garbage... this has been going on for over a month now!

This is my new favorite location in the whole of Manitoba! 2 beautiful friendly ladies in the front desk. Very polite, they realize its a professional and fun place to work with. great prices and discounts! Great selection of vehicles! I'm loving it and will most definitely always be renting from Budget Car Rental but most importantly from this location! It's a 5 Star from me! I recommend to anyone reading this to give them a try.

Thanks for Alicia's awesome service on two rentals at once, over a period of roughly three weeks. She got us exactly what we needed: an extended-cab truck for one, and a zippy subcompact (with snow tires!) for the other. She is smart, funny, and capable, and was a pleasure to deal with on each of our five or six encounters. (I'm only able to write one review, but this should definitely count double, with five stars both times.)

Nice place to rent a good car. The strange thing is that you have to wait long to get responsible person helping you. Other staff who is free will not help you in renting a car stating that the man at the car renting section is responsible to help you. I am happy with their cars but their customer service is a little bit surprising. Hoping to get some improvement before I shop here next time.

All staff were kind, easy to communicate with and very welcoming. Within an hour of us calling, they provided us a SUV while our own was being repaired due to a MVI. The manager has anger issues, we were having a friendly conversation and he had an outburst. The customer service is poor and they should treat people with dignity considering people do business based off the people they trust and like. Plus the car we initially rented was very unkempt and untidy, I don’t know who they left a dirty car for. But I had a totally bad experience.

Made an appointment to get my MPI loaner car. When I showed up for my appointment, was told they had 1 car, but it wasn't clean. Ummm...OK? No. I made an appointment, they knew I was coming, why was a car not ready for me?? I'm not taking an uncleanned car during the COVID-19 pandemic. What's the point of making an appointment if they're not ready for you??

I’ve never had better service from a car rental shop or any retail place in general, than what I experienced here. I phoned and they had a suitable car and picked me up within 15 minutes of me calling them. I had the car at home within an hour. All through MPI claim process. Dropped it off and had quick friendly service. Great employees. Thank you so much!

This location tends to be disorganized, often not providing the type of vehicle requested as agreed on at time of reservation. The vehicles are often dirty and on occasion have smelled of smoke. The staff are polite and try to be helpful, but my overall experience with this rental company has not been positive, and I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

Right from the first interaction the service was fabulous!! Booked with a wonderful girl Delaney.. super helpful & super friendly! Then upon pick up day, dealt with Carl who was amazing!! We booked full size sedans but they gave us Jeep Wranglers.. we asked why don't you have Sedans they did not have answer!! We have to take it bcuz we did not had option as it was Friday evening..we had 14 hours of journey so they made our journey so painful because of Wranglers..

I did not receive the car with a full tank of gas! Almost on empty. So first thing I need to do is find a gas station. Then by third day windshield washer ran out and car was not clean inside .Very disappointed . I expected better.
