Booked car a week in advance. Was told I could call for pick up the day of. That day they had no driver available. I took a cab there at my cost. They took my paper work then said they only had one monster jeep which I couldn't physically get into. They said no option was avaible. I left walking. Worst customer service ever!

I was very happy with the kind of car that I got, which was a jeep. However, I left my office on a very stormy and snowy day at 8 pm and could do not find a scraper or brush to clean the snow. It was covered in snow and I had no choice but to start driving in unsafe conditions without brushing the snow away.

I don't think they put much effort into cleaning their cars. The inner door handle and steering wheel were sticky, there were receipts on the floor from a previous renter and wrappers in the rear hatch area. It was kind of gross. If you have to rent from them, bring some wipes.

Unexpectedly needed the use of a second car for a few days. Budget had one ready for me very quickly and the rate was reasonable. The staff was courteous and quick. I asked for a small car and was fine with the car they offered, so I'm not sure about the selection.
