Please please avoid this company! This is fraudulent TLC rental company. I’m so disappointed with my experience with them. Their first car was materially broken and I had to stop by nearest auto shop to repair it by changing its serpent belt and right side axle since the car (sonata) was shaking, trembling a lot and mechanic said it’s very life threatening to drive even a little with this car and I couldn’t bring it to buggy’s auto shop and repaired it out my my pocket while I did not make money with that car yet. It cost $545 from my credit card since I didn’t even make any cash yet I still keep my receipt… when I contacted Buggy to reimburse for at least minimum costs I spent excluding my time earning losses they made me wait a lot without reimbursing it and but still charging their rental fee.. I could not find another car and already spent $545 and $400 for security deposit I was locked in this company and could not leave and after some time of driving sonata which was with lots of mechanical issues I had to change it to camry which I drove for about 7 months. They charged me a few times by $5 each for my ezpass tolls without letting me know fist as a penalty. Every time when my tag could not process the toll for some technical reasons which were beyond my control they charged $5 penalties which is insane. Whenever you get speed or red light tickets they automatically place $10 fee for each that is removable only after you call them lots of times with request to remove the fees after you pay the tickets yourself and send the payment confirmations. You never experience anything similar with any other company. Their rental contract is completely unconscionable with lots of unfair one-sided terms. While they don’t provide mechanically stable and drivable cars which cost you a lot of lost time and money, they charge unfairly large amount of costs for small immaterial car body damages which can normally happen during long time of TLC rental period like 7 months . They tried to charge my bank accounts without my further authorization after I returned their car for significant amount of money ($701)for some minor damage: probably someone hit with bike or car while the car was parked while keeping my $400 security deposit which is insane and completely unacceptable. I lost $545 plus $400 yet they’re trying to charge extra $701 for small damage that would actually cost about $100-250 at most. It’s fraudulent and unfair. No reasonable TLC driver would able to accept such terms. It’s fraud.. You have to wait for auto repair long hour’s sometimes without any compensation for lost hours . It took 5-6 hours sometimes for me to fix at buggy’s auto shop without any compensation for lost time. They call you and make you write 5 star reviews by requesting and calling a lot while you’re still driving their car.. i reluctantly did in the past then out of my conscience removed my previous review even while I was driving their 2nd car although they called me many times again .. some of the reviews are probably such requested reviews I guess drivers gave while they were driving buggy’s cars .. I didn’t start driving yesterday I have 4 years of TLC driving experience and this company’s terms and practices are unfair and unacceptable. I so much regret now to come near even this company!!

This company is not only a scam, they will give you cars that are absolutely disgusting. I was charged a false smoking charge not once but twice by Damin. Who not only is absolutely unprofessional, extremely confrontational and combative. They lied about taking fraudulent charges off my bill, the employees that work there should not be working there. They seem to have a personal vendetta against you when you prove them wrong. I was charged full price from tolls even though I have an EZ Pass. I was told these charges would be adjusted THEY NEVER WERE. I was given a car that the next day, the inspection sticker expired. The car had severe maintenance issues, I spent 3 hours getting it done. I was lied to about getting compensated for my trouble. I was told to switch out cars, then was told after waiting 3 hours that I wouldn’t get any car until I fixed a bill that was not adjusted. I was put out of the business with all my belongings, in the freezing cold. I was then told by a customer service rep, if I don’t remove my review they would not assist me with my billing deductions. DONT not rent from these people, this is the most inhuman place I’ve ever stepped foot in.

This company is fraudulent not only trap people then they keep milking them. I have lots of lots of batters experience with them. The most annoying one is twice they had to to the vehicle because the vehicle was not drivable. Even though they told the vehicle but they kept charging me money. And when I ask them about it they will not fix it for weeks and months and at the end when they fix it they still charge me a few days when I didn't even have the vehicle. It is still going on. The representative they will reach out to you right before you try to leave. And after you cancel your return they will never pick up your call. Most of the vehicle have issues. On top of that they will charge you for the damages with you never cause. Luckily I survived twice because I took the pictures right before I rented from them. The current rental also did not show all the damages when I rented the vehicle. I guess they're trying to pull a fast one. I really had to work with them because I didn't have any choice. Couple of times I got chances to go to other places but they will sweet talk you and bring you back and then they will do the same thing all over again.

Guys , don’t go Buggy TLc rental car company to lease any car ! My owner car was damage by accident .So I go Uber Brooklyn office to ask about rental car , Uber sent me to Buggy on 389 Empire Blvd Brooklyn ny 11225 . When I return car , they ask me to pay for damages . But those car injuries existed before I extracted the car. Just in case, I was afraid of a lot of photos before I took the car!I presented the photos as evidence, the first employee was very unhappy about the option of removing the compensation on the computer. After few week , they sent text message to ask me again! I'm convinced that the company is constantly replacing people to claim compensation, but it does not use compensation to repair the car at all. The other party insisted on asking me to pay for a car injury that didn't belong to me at all. I can't accept !

In less than a month another problem, the car didn’t start, at first a thought it was the battery but it wasn’t so i made the report on Saturday and my car was towed on Sunday, from Saturday to Wednesday i was not able to work and they don’t give credit for those days off work, so, my best advice for you is if you are reading this review void this company, look out for another TLC rent car. Worst place to rent a car for tlc , stay away from this place , people working there like robots, they don’t give a dam about people , cars have problems , also no real management , u will take a car , 2 days later it have a problem in inspection or tlc plates or something always , please save your money and go somewhere else it a mess over there , place full of discrimination, emigrant people wait 6 hours and if you talk they send you , sooty we don’t have a car sorry come back next day and the same thing happen . This place should be ashamed of them self , they took my money and have me wait days and days , it not right , 0 stars , all my emigrants friends stay away from this place period ,

Update Dec. 11, 2023 5:27PM: Just got a predatory call asking why I left a 1 star review. The word "legal" was mentioned to put things in perspective. The call was guaranteed recorded but caller didn't state such in the beginning. I'll change this to a 5 star review (temporarily) but here lies my case in point. This place is definitely trying to fabricate themselves as a good place to rent with phony reviews. Clearly they are asking people to put 5 stars- bargaining their customers to do the advertising for them. If you have TLC credentials, look toward the marketplaces, not this 3rd rate stealership of predatory lending.

The worst car rental company period. Worst service ever. Worst cars ever. They just care about making their money by giving messed up cars. They waste your time. If not all; most of their 5 star reviews are fake and done by their own team because no one leaves this place happy or satisfied. They have wasted so much time of my family member. When you call them they tell you to come in and that they are going to take care of you and when you get there its a whole different story. They are literally playing with peoples lives by giving messed up cars. Do not go to this place.

Let's start saying that for a moment I thought they were a good or even excellent company, it's turned out no difference from Fast Track Mobility, just to say how bad they are. They just like money, they're not flexible for due date payment, they rather shut down the car instead of negotiating with the driver, even though they have a deposit you can't be late for payment, but you still have to pay for the days the car wasn't drivable do to ignition inactivity. Good luck with your business days coming to an end. And I must say that most of 5 Star review are bought out

I have been renting from Buggy for over six months. I have lost two sons in the interim and The Buggy team was extremely sympathetic and worked with me with the payments. Misar Ali is a really great asset to the Buggy Atlanta Billing team. Ali is understanding and works hard to come to a resolution that is feasible for both the driver and the company. I would recommend anyone to rent from them....A+ company, brand new cars and quick with issue resolution.

These people charge you 550-700 dollars a week for a broken car MAKE U PAY IT WITH NO SYMPATHY weather it’s working or not then if u don’t have an extra pass you will see itself paying then 20 dollars for each toll u pass which will be about 1400 to 2000 a wk!!!! They add on extra charges and make it very difficult to return the car before 7 days even in the case of an emergency. Someone in my family recently had vision issues while driving, went to return the car as she was unable to work due to those issues and was told she’d have to pay additional fees- even though she was a risk while driving which was the reason she was returning the car earlier than the 7 day period end date.

Drivers stay away! Got a car that broke down every week so I needed fixing it weekly then getting tickets for a car that I had returned months ago,, every time you call they gonna say " we're finding you another car, we're gonna fixing the ticket issue" I called them daily but I still getting tickets for a car that I returned months ago, insane. TLC Drivers go find yourself a better company for your own good.

I rented a car from buggy a while ago, and recently someone broke into my car while it was parked overnight. First they made me come to the office 3 times and helped with nothing. Then today they sent me a bill of $1500, saying $500 for tow and $1000 for parts and labor. $1000 for a broken window and a key switch where you insert the key. When I asked them for a receipt, they said we have no receipt.

so today. vehicle stuck and transmission done righ after i came out of the tunnel. mta cops pulled and helped me to park one a side. this is a third time with this hyundai sonata. they provide defective vehicles and when you ask them to give you a good car, they would claim that they dont have any for now. proof provided as a video footage of mta cops pulling it out of the tunnel way

I had the opportunity to talk to the must amazing customer support agent "Muna", I have no words to describe the professionalism of that lady, I was searching for a vehicle for the pass few weeks with no luck and I call Buggy, spoke with Mona and in less than 20 minutes I got approval and scheduled to pick up the car right away, she is AMAZING. But i called again in 2 minutes and HAFSA answered my call and got me very nice car the same day. She reserved car in under minute and made everything very easy. I got car in 1 hour. This is a fraudulent company, avoid them if you can. I returned the rented vehicle in September 2021 after giving them the necessary notice. They charged my card in June 2023 (2 years later) for return without due notice. Don’t be dumb to think these guys are nice, wait till the car has a fault or you return it.
