We booked Busy Beaver during July and decided to also book the deluxe carwash. The process to book and park was very easy. We picked up our car two weeks later on July 24th, 2023 and did a quick inspection of the wash. The car was not cleaned properly and when we brought this to the attention of staff we were told that the external company used for this service was a problem and they shouldn't be using them. Upon further investigation, the front of the vehicle had some cracks and pitts which looks like corrosion of the paint which was not present at drop off. We spoke to another gentleman who then told us that there had been other complaints of damage in recent months also. Both the employee and myself took photos of the vehicle and the damage and agreed to lodge a complaint the next day. We lodged the complaint and have heard back from the company to say they viewed the footage and took no liability for what has happened. They stated they had consulted their panel beater and the corrosion was most likely from bird feces. We asked if we could know the names of another gentleman we spoke to that night as we only knew one name. The company has refused to tell us who else served us and the name we gave them is no longer an employee as of August 15th. Please do not book the service at this company and save your car and your money.

I have been a fairly regular user of Busy Beaver and generally have been impressed. Today, however the processes and systems did not meet their own standards. We arrived at the airport this morning, collected our luggage and called. We were advised to proceed to pickup and ‘a bus would pick us up shortly’. In less than 2 minutes we were at the pick up siding and could see a Busy Beaver Bus. It departed when we were 40 metres short. The bus only had two or three passengers and my wife’s efforts to get the female driver’s attention seemed to be studiously ignored. There was obviously no bus near, or on the way, as we then waited for 26 minutes in a cold southerly before being picked up. Clearly the coordinator/s knew there was a partially full bus about to leave the airport, and knew that no bus was en route to pick us up and the statement, ‘a bus will pick you up shortly’, was not quite the truth. When I did get to the Busy Beaver Office and sought an explanation, I got silence. Mistakes can and do get made, but when they do, an organisation needs to admit to them and protect the brand. This is good example of what not to do when things go wrong.

So very glad I found BB after our last regular carpark shutdown during COVID. I also ha another really bad experience with another carpark so I felt a little traumatised to try another. I then found Busy beaver. From the moment I made the super easy booking online, to having to call them on the day of our departure to say I was running late. Apparently I had booked my car in the day prior! I nearly died!! But they had a spot still for me which I was so grateful for as I didnt know what else to do otherwise. The gorgeous receptionist was just SO lovely.. Even at 6am! Very welcoming, walked through our easy process and sent us off on our wedding destination without a hitch! Coming back was super easy! I rang to let them know I was ready and there was already a car waiting! Honestly, do yourself a favour and leave your car here... customer service exceptional but so are their prices! Cant wait for our next trip :)

Amazing service. Can't recommend enough! As soon as I drove in, I had one of the employees Steve S helping me with my bags and all my stuff as I had hads full with my one year old. The baby seat was already in the bus and within the minutes we were off to the airport. The same on the way back. I called for pick up and was told that they are already on the way and have baby seat ready for my little one. Few minutes later the bus showed up. On the way to the car park Steve S called the office and asked for my car to be moved to the front of office. When we arrived my car was right there and again Steve S helped me to load everything in and off we went. Amazing, smooth, fast service! Definitely will use them again

Generally was good, shuttle buses to & from the airport were efficient but I noticed that the usb plug for my dash cam was sitting in the plug, but not actually connected to the power source! I was there on the 20th of October and they moved my car to the inside undercover car park the day I dropped it off, but there no recordings between that point and the time I reconnected the dash cam, when I picked up my car, in a different spot altogether. - - - it was fine to move my car to a different spot. What I concerned was why my dash cam was not connected to the power source when I picked up my car! My surname is Chang.

Absolutely appalling service. Not even 1 star. My dad left his car with this so called secure parking service, after realising he had left his wallet in the car, $500 had been stolen in the space of 30 mins. The wallet had been forceably hidden. The worst part is my parents booked here because after being long term RACV members it was recommended to them by RACV. Definitely would not recommend. Don't trust them. When questioned about the missing wallet and money they completely denied any responsibility and failed to follow up Dad's requests to investigate. Extremely disappointing!!!

I wish I could give zero stars to this shonky outfit. My father left his car with them for a week while he was on a trip to Tasmania, and when he came back, he found that they had stolen $500 from his wallet that he had accidently left and they tried to mask the theft by forcibly hiding the empty wallet down the side of the seat. They denied any responsibility and refused to compensate him or even apologise. Do yourself a favour and avoid them at all costs. They are not worth the hassle and the risk. Busy Beavers? More like Busy Burglars!

I can’t rate BusyBeaver Airport parking (Tullamarine) enough, on first contact, receptionist was helpful and courteous, vehicle delivery was smooth and airport bus transfer effortless, pickup from airport was also pain free. Special mention to our driver for making us feel welcome and he even went and bought our car round to the front for us, thanks Steve S. Happy to recommend this fine bunch of people and they were cheaper than our normal carpark as well.

First time user at Busy Beaver car storage. It was easy to find and the service was quick and well done. We booked our Car in for 16 nights undercover. As soon as we arrived we went to Reception where a very helpful young Lady booked our car in and by the time we went outside Their was a gentleman waiting to take our suitcases and place them into the transfer vehicle to take us to the correct Departure Terminal. It was all so easy. Well done Busy Beaver.

First time international travelers and Busy Beaver customer's - we left our car with Busy Beaver for 15 days while we went on our honeymoon. The online booking experience was very easy to complete, the follow up emails were clear, the location was easy to find. Customer service at the counter at drop off and pick up were friendly and efficient. We were in a Busy Beaver van returning to our car within 2-minutes of exiting the airport! Highly recommend.

I can't recommend this company enough. They are amazingly efficient and were so kind to us when our overseas flight was cancelled followed by our rescheduled flight being cancelled. They were responsive in messages, told us not to worry, picked us up at midnight and didn't charge any excess fees when i offered to pay. That one experience gave me some comfort in being home. I have used Busy Beaver for more than 5 years now and have loved their fast and friendly service, no matter the time of day or night!!! I was blessed to have Steve S drop me off and pick me up at the airport - I felt anxious about my first overseas trip alone but having someone to chat with before I left was very assuring! These guys were super helpful and felt organised when it came to leaving our car there for a ten-day holiday. Dropoff was handled as efficiently as pickup with barely a delay from ringing to their transport bus arriving. Also very helpful with bags, even the heavy ones.

Our driver to the airport was hilarious and made the start of our holiday great! I think his name was Louis. He was so friendly and helpful. Our driver on the way home was Ashleigh and he was also friendly and helpful as were all the staff.

Good service. They’re system worked well for us and it’s pretty reasonably priced. Make sure you read and follow the instructions for shuttle pickup, it’s not on a timetable, you need to call and confirm your arrival. Drivers were great.
