Bought a car and after a few miles there was an issue, car was literally two days out of warranty and the garage said it’s pretty much not their problem anymore. No courtesy or goodwill as it’s only two days out and already seems to have an issue after a month of purchasing the car. To add to it, the person I spoke to was also giving me attitude. Would not recommend this garage since the cars are going to break down anyway and no help will be offered. Car “warranty” is only in engine and toolbox is what the garage advise completely ignoring that the car is already breaking down after a month. Complete joke of a garage. During my first call with the garage when I had the issue they told me they can’t do anything for me except give me a number for a different garage… but now that I’ve left the review they are trying to say I can bring it for only an excess fee, weird how that was only mentioned after my Google review. Very bad service and bad quality of cars who breakdown after a month.

This garage is untrustworthy and unreliable. I purchased my car a month ago and was told that I’d have to wait a few days before being able to pick up the car as they were servicing it. Unfortunately after a month the car developed issues. I contacted the garage and asked if they could look at it and they said no as I was two days out of warranty, they later then said the warranty only covers two components of the car (although when I bought the car they told me the warranty is on the ENTIRE car, but the paper work stated otherwise) anyway, I took it to another garage, and it turns out the issues were developing because there was NO suspension oil, NO engine oil, etc. They fixed one of the issues in front of me so I know they were being truthful and checked the engine oil in front of me as well. They advised that this car has not had a service and needs to have one asap. Literally disgusting service run by scammers. Above all this they were also rude…

Bought this Red Edition Fiesta from Sam and Peshy at Car Sales House, gave me all the details I needed and sent me videos of the car as I was getting it delivered ( for free! ) I sent the £500 deposit midday on the Friday and they had the car ready and delivered it to me over 3 hours away by 9pm the same day! They even waited over half an hour at my house while a buyer was viewing my old car! The car is perfect not a single issue with it, it’s in immaculate condition inside and out, I couldn’t fault it one bit. Car also comes with 3 month’s warranty - with a £300 excess charge fee, it would be nice if this was cheaper or no excess fee at all like most warranties are. Other than the excess absolute 5* service and I will be using this garage for my next car in years to come! ( I’ll probably part exchange my Fiesta back the them ) Thanks, Chris.

You didn't help me at all all u wanted to do was make more money out of me u saying the Warranty cover gearbox and engine with a Excess for 250. Then u told me if it was 1week after I Brought the car u wwould of fix it for nothing but in my eyes don't matter if it was 1week or 1 month or 3 month later it ad gone in my eyes it was under warranty with you. So the warranty don't cover nothing but the engine and gearbox but yet you still have u pay for that. So u ain't getting know warranty at all if it don't cover anything else on the car. And u told me u was going to phone me bk and u didn't. And u didn't tell me any price to get it fix and u still told me I would still need to pay that excess to have it fix like I side I recorded the phone call when I did phone u and I'm taking it Further and it's in the process. I know my rights

Bought a vw polo from here and after a few days the engine management light came on. It was within the warranty period so they said to bring it to the dealership to have a look or alternatively a get a diagnostic and let them know. Turns out it was due to an ignition coil misfiring and I got this replaced locally. When I sent an invoice for the work to Car Sale House I was refunded the money immediately and the car now runs like a dream. Communication was spot on the whole time with any questions I had and it was an overall great experience buying a car from these guys. Trustworthy, honest and there when you need to speak to them.

Purchased a car from Land for Autos, we had never thought about buying a category S car. They were very transparent and helpful with our purchase, even their after sales service impeccable. If I could not get them when I called. They would call back and offer help wherever I needed. We had minor after sale issues with the car. Phoned and they came collected the car, checked, and fixed what was needed and returned it back to us, within a day. I would Recommended them and purchase from them again.

I recently purchased a golf from these guys and I must say the service from start to finish was AMAZING!! Took a chance buying a car without seeing it first as my partners car failed it’s mot and wasn’t worth putting back the road and at the time I was working away So we bought a vw passat blind with out viewing it, car sale house fumitories a new clutch, serviced it and put a fresh mot and along with a valet Since we had the delivery is been perfect and running faultlessly I highly recommend car sale house

Went to see car for myself. Though I did not end up buying as I wanted to look for more car but I can say staff was extremely helpful. They let me take test drive. Car service history was there. Only thing to note is washroom was extremely dirty but you cant expect clean from a car garage shop hence I gave 5 star inspite of this.
