Worst experience. After waiting a half hour for my appointment, someone finally came to talk to me to tell me Amer (the guy I was supposed to see) was still with another customer. If they don’t feel like my time is important, I would rather not give them my business. I may even switch banks due to this experience. Garbage bank.
