Plan on calling over and over trying to get prescriptions filled. If you don't hear back from pharmacy within a couple days CALL THEM! They will NOT notify customers of any issues in a timely manner. I've been waiting a week then I call and had to reorder a prescription only to wait another week per automated system. Call today (07-22-23) and miraculously the pharmacist found a prescription that could be filled from (05-2023) and that it'll be ready in a couple hours. This was about 11am and they will text me when it's ready. At 8:08pm when I called pharmacy was closed and automated service says my prescription IS READY FOR PICKUP!!! Thanks so so very much for yet another day of misery and NOT doing YOUR JOB!!!

Tech are RUDE, waited nearly one hour to pick up prescription refill, at first it could not be found, then finally was. Was to get my flu shot on Friday, when I went at my scheduled time, the entire store was CLOSED! When I attempted to get my flu shot today, was told my tech they stop giving them one hour before closing . . . really! Explained I was there Friday at the scheduled time and they were closed. Did not lmatter to the tech at all! Very rudly she told me I would have to return another day! Please FIX this or CLOSE the store, totally unacceptable!

The lady who is there right now is hateful, the way she treats me, she thinks that one does not know how to speak English in the Drive Thru, that type of person should be replaced because it is not right for her to treat people like that. I just went to pick up a prescription and she acted very obnoxious. I should be nice to customers more in the state that one arrives sick to pick up the prescription and medications.

Fui a cvs a comprar un moneyorder y donde mi pasaporte no fue válido y luego les dije k eran racistas y me ultrajo una empleada americana blanca con cara de donaltrun.y ningúna identificación fue válida por ellos si esto no es racismo entonces k es..pienso demandar a esta tienda por racista ya k e ido a otras tiendas de cvs y me atienden bien sin ningún problema ....

Super rude male indian pharmacist. They barely ever have the prescriptions you need. 3 times have i been sent to another pharmacy bc they don't carry what i need. And pricing is SOOOO expensive.

Very rude and disrespectful and told me couldn't help me their lunch was more important than helping custmoers

I love the CVS I go to, there always quick and they txt me when my prescriptions are ready to be picked up

My 3 prescriptions were all ready at the same time! It’s a nice step in the right direction!
