I used to get my prescriptions from the Alameda CVS for years. They went so far downhill with their service that I switched to the Target CVS after it opened!! The service here is so good and always with a smile and willing to help you at every turn!! Not planning on going anywhere else, I even switched all my prescriptions from CVS Caremark mail order, to this store, because of the convenience!!! This gives me more control over my meds!!!

There service at this pharmacy had become atrocious after it has been taken over by CVS. There are still three incredible employees there running the register but their hands are tied with the horrible service the company provides through its pharmacists and terrible policies

Pharmacists are nice, but not all the staff are. I always have to wait a while for my prescription even after I get notified that they’re ready. I’ve transferred a few prescriptions out of this pharmacy due to much higher prices and long waits.

A good pharmacy with a friendly and professional staff. The wait times to get a new or, transfered prescription are reasonable and, often exceeded my expectations. I also found that 'if' there was a line there were but a few people ahead of me.

Can’t get my flu shot by walk-in at 9:00am today. Even the open hour for pharmacy is 9am-7pm, the staff told me they can only do flu shot between 10am -6pm. What is the reason I chose Walgreen since they can do it at 8:30am.

Waited 3 days to get my prescription transfer over from Costco. Finally picked up the prescription which supposed be 30-day supply, but only received 4-day. Calling this CVS and on hold.

Best staff ever! They pay attention to detail, suggest ways to fix any problems and alway smile! We drive up from Southern SJ and are never disappointed!

A really rude woman picked up the call, didn’t even let me finish my question and said sorry please contact a physician, And she hung up?!!!

Staff is always very friendly and professional. I have picked up medication here many times and never had any issues
