Went to this pharmacy today 7/3 20 minutes before closing hour. A young chinese pharmacie tech was helping us. My husband needed medication at the last hour. This pharmacy tech is so helpful, very nice, and kind that when we left the pharmacy at closing time, we talked about him. I said this young man is not only handsome but also very polite and kind, he must be in a good family because he handed medication to us by two hands, it was a sign of respect in Asian culture that was rarely found in today society. I said to my husband that if we had a grand daughter we could introduce to him . Suddenly, we heard someone called us, we looked back and this young man run after us and gave us my iPad that I forgot at the pharmacy. He also gave it back to us by two hands. I thanked him and told him that I lost one of my iPad at the main Kaiser pharmacy last year when I forgot it at the counter and someone took it. I am really appreciate this employee. It is an asset for any business. Too bad I did not know his name but the beginning name was the letter L like Ling or Lee.

I love kaiser, I have never had a problem with kaiser or physician at kaiser. But this kaiser has some of the worst physicians, Ive heard and spoken to people where they're doctors wont give them they're pain meds, or other med, my doctor talked to me like I didn't have money and even worse for an foot issue that I had he had absolutely no idea about anything that he had to call another doctor over the phone. Do not get Dr. Worku ever!

Website says it is open at 6:15 a.m. got up at 5:00 a.m. to drive across town and fill a prescription before a day trip to Yosemite only to find out it opens at 9:00. Miserable Mother's Day with my back pain. Website still says it is open at 6:15 a.m. Update: Just checked the website and the times have changed to the correct times, you're welcome!

Courteous and efficient. Most of the time I utilize the mobile app to place prescription orders, which are mailed without shipping charges and typically arrive within 7 days. But this place is good if you don't mind waiting.

The pharmacy has brand name and generic otc medication such as vitamins, women's stuff, icy hot patches, Digestive like Pepto and even acne friendly skin lotions and sunscreen. You pay at the check-in line.

I've been getting my meds monthly from this location, ever since it opened a couple decades ago. I've never once had a problem. The staff are friendly, very professional, and fast!

Always screwing up my medications. Always given me a hard time and making me contact my Doctors to clear up my refills That are on going.

They are good here for the most part. I've had good experience here, but I know quite a few people who have had not so good experiences.

Great staff. I have no complaint when it comes to the doctors. But the pharmacy takes forever. It always crowded no matter the time.

It has a factory/assembly-line type feel. Lots of people, scarce parking. Blood testing line is intense.
