I frequent a CVS store that is located in Portland's city center, and therefore experiences the ravages of the teaming homeless population. Nevertheless, the workers do an admirable job at keeping the store clean and safe. In particular, the pharmacy suffers from understaffing yet manages to maintain a high quality of service: friendly, professional, courteous, and caring.

Absolutely stellar pharmacy staff. Such a huge improvement from Lovejoy Safeway where medicine was constantly out of stock and staff were rude and dismissive. Going on two months at CVS and every single pickup has been loads easier. Can’t recommend this pharmacy enough especially if you have to deal with annoying controlled meds.

The Pharmacist was very professional and friendly, she made sure my information was current and got me transferred to this location, and she made sure my points information was correct. All of that on top of getting me my meds quickly. Great job!

Great service from both the pharmacy and the store manager. The pharmacist went out of her way to ensure that my prescription was handled properly and followed up when she was able to resolve something. Very top notch employees here.
