Currently a customer going on three years now! I have nothing but positive compliments for this Pharmacy! The lead pharmacist and staff have treated me fairly and courteously. I know these people are overworked and understaffed but any time I have had a question or problem they have helped me and done so in a proper manner. Prior to this three years experience with this CVS I had a long relationship with Walgreen @ 10th & Post. Granted it was during the pandemic but if you wanted to experience ineptness and abject disdain for customer service that Walgreen was the place to experience it. October 2nd.: CVS has issues and they are not being transparent about it! In the last few months I personally have had to go into the store and make a plea to get my Rx 's that I ordered online 8-10 days ago. That includes insulin which was auto-filled seven days ago and still not processed. THis is getting to the critical stage. The pharmacist at this location has been very responsive whenever I go into the store. My Rx's are filled immediately and ready for me to pick up. This is a CVS corporate issue not isolated to any one particular pharmacy. Inforrmation I am getting says this is industry wide for this company. Google CVS and Kansas City pharmacy problems and read the situation there.

Prescription was sent over on Oct 11, went in on the 17th and they said the prescription would be ready in an hour. I left and came back on the 18th thinking it should be ready. Was told they are out of the medication and they had to order it, not sure when it will be in, might be on back order because for store with in 20 miles has it. That’s a lie I have never had a problem filling this specialty medication and it usually only takes a day or two to fill because they have to order it. They had an entire week to put the order in and waited until the 18th to do so. I have been patient with them for months never having it ready and always having to stand in the store for at least an hour to get it filled, never complained because I can empathize with them, this time however was it. I’m done I’m getting my prescription sent elsewhere how they are still in business is beyond me because every month I’ve gone in there is always a super long line of anger people not getting prescriptions filled. If I was you I’d find somewhere else too.

Every time I go to this pharmacy, my prescription are never filled on time like they’re supposed to be even though they’re on auto refill, so I’m not understanding how that’s even possible. Every time I go to the pharmacy the drive-through is closed and it’s very inconvenient for me because I have to get out of my car go in and wait in line for, an extended period of time one time I waited in line for almost 35 minutes, which is absolutely absurd and ridiculous . My mother is a diabetic, and they have not filled the prescriptions that she needs on time either Which has almost landed her in the hospital a couple of times. I called CORPORATE multiple times and they said that they reported it but nothings ever changed so I’m not entirely sure that they even did anything, I was told to call them if I have to wait On hold for more than 5 to 10 minutes to get a hold of the pharmacist to get my medication filled or fixed because they have messed them up a couple times I’m not very pleased with this Assy at all!

Please try to avoid using this pharmacy at all cost. The staff is extremely rude especially if you don't have insurance. They don't care about you, all they care about is their money. They just tried to charge me $270 more for my prescription then what they had prior. I immediately called a CVS that I used to go to and stopped only because I didn't have a drive-thru but my old pharmacist was able to get my prescription filled for a fraction of the cost. The price of my prescription went from $420 to $144. There is no extra effort given at this location. I've given them the benefit of the doubt for way too long so I'm telling you to avoid it all together and just find a different pharmacy. It's really sad the way they treat people in the type of business that they're in. No one deserves to go through this with the cost of prescriptions the way that they are. Unfortunately not everybody can have insurance affordably. I only gave them one star because I had to.

There are two pharmacists that work here that should not have a job. They are very rude and lack customer service. I don’t have their names but they are foreigners and act like they are above working at a drug store. They try to make everything as difficult as possible in hope you will just hang up or leave and they won’t have to deal with you. They will tell you anything just end the conversation and then come to find out it’s not true. The line will be long and they have ZERO URGENCY while their techs run around like a chicken with their head cut off. I understand places are short staffed and tired but there is no reason to be rude and misleading customers who just want their meds because you are lazy and don’t feel like doing your job. Definitely changing pharmacies.

I use the drive through and everybody has always been very nice and thoughtful and helpful. I never had much of a wait. I love CVS. 11-18-2023 UPDATE - The drive-through is now closed, and since I can hardly walk, I can’t go in and pick up my Scripps. So now I have to get somebody to do that for me. I get a notification that my scripts are ready but then when they go to pick them up they’re not. My son needs his seizure medicine ON TIME And he has a couple of other medication’s that he needs to take ON TIME. And it seems to be that CVS no longer cares about much of anything. I have used them for many many years, but now I’m going to have to look for someplace else, someplace dependable.

The worst pharmacy in Indianapolis. Pharmacist and staff are very rude. They have given me medication for other people on two separate visits and acted like it was totally fine. Wait time was almost 2 hours to pick up one medication that is on an automatic refill. They are not helpful with questions and will actually talk in a condescending manner if you ask anything at all. They never answer the phone so you can’t ask them to refill and ensure your medication is available, you have to get in the line and wait, then be told it is not ready and to get in line to wait again. Horrible customer service, unsafe practices, avoid this place if you can.

I felt really discriminated at this location. I asked for help finding eyebrow shapers/razor and Sara said she's never heard of it before. I find a pack myself and she came out to show me one other brand. She picked it up, I held out my hand for it and she put it right back where is was while looking at me and walked off. At checkout, I wanted to use my coupons and she got an attitude. I showed her what coupons I had available on my phone and she just ignored me and gave me my total without applying any coupons. I won't ever shop here again, people of color: find another place to shop.

I thought 10th and Arlington was bad. This one just blew them out of the water. Tried calling at least 10+ times, on hold for 20+ minutes each time, never got to talk to someone. Ended up going up there, they told me 30 minutes for my script to be ready, waited in the parking lot for 30 minutes with my kids in the car. Pulled back up and they had a sign on the window saying they were closed. If the medicine I needed wasn’t so important, it wouldn’t be as frustrating. You can’t do this. Short staffed or not, it needs to be figured out.

  • Jacob Scott

I don't blame the pharmacists or techs at this location, but this has to be the worst pharmacy I've ever frequented. They are grossly understaffed and lines will back up 15-20 people at times. They don't answer the phone because of this drive thru is permanently closed here due to this as well. I've spent 60 minutes on hold today. I have to go in, wait 30 through this line to tell them I need a refill (that I can't refill through the app), only to be told they're backed up and it'll take days to fill. CVS CORPORATE SUCKS.

  • Kila Hobbs

If I could give zero stars I would!! This pharmacy is absolutely HORRIBLE!! They never answer the phone. When you try to go up there it’s at least a 30 minute wait in line. I’ve tried going to get my prescription 3 times and each time it was 25 minutes before I had to finally leave. There was only ONE car ahead of me!! So now I’m left without medication to regulate my blood sugar and they won’t answer to allow me to transfer to a cvs that actually services customers.

  • Jeff Cochran

I'm going there for 16 years and it's gone consistently downhill the last few years. Two weeks ago I called in a prescription 3 days before picking it up. At the drive through window they said it's not ready and we're a week behind. I said HIRE SOMEBODY! Today I went in and the drive-thru is closed. So you have to go inside now? I went inside and the line stretches halfway throughout the store. They are understaffed and definitely under concerned.

  • Penny Penny

Pharmacy people so very rude. I had the pharmist shut the drive thru window in my face and he doesn't know what he's doing. Gave me the wrong insulin needles. Other staff doesn't know how to operate the phone. You wait on hold for 30 minutes and she comes back on and hangs up on you. The techs don't know how to run insurance thru. I'm done and moving my 18 prescription to somewhere else.

  • Artie Mason

DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT GET ANY PRESCRIPTION FILLED AT THIS LOCATION!!! They never answer the phones. I had a script called in over a week ago and it hasn't been filled still. Called my doctor's office and had them call another one in to Meijer in Cumberland since CVS was apparently to busy to transfer my script and it got filled that day!! This CVS pharmacy is absolutely despicable.

  • Alexander Correll

Not only did it take forever to go through the line 2 days in a row, but when I went to get my medication fixed because they didn't completely fill it, they argued with me and said that it was properly filled......... It's a cancer medication that I'm not going to play around with and they want to shorten my script and argue with me when I show them proof.............

  • Courtney Britain

This has to be the worst CVS in Indianapolis. I have not got a single prescription in time. I have medication that I take daily and are on automatic refill. Every time I got in there, it isn’t ready & I have to either wait or come back later. I have nearly missed does because of this pharmacy. Oh, and don’t call because they don’t answer the phone!

  • Ariel Ream

If you need a script in a timely manner, don’t even think about using this pharmacy. We wait 5-7 days before we have to drive down to the pharmacy to ask them to be filled. They don’t answer the phone. I’ve waited over 2 hours before giving up. We’re finding a new pharmacy, because going 5 days without heart medication is unacceptable.

  • Matt B

If I could leave zero stars I would! Worst pharmacy in town! Literally. They closed off the drive through window. So now your forced to go inside to get your medications, it's worse than walking into the BMV. The line stretches from the back to the front of store. The management at the location needs to be FIRED!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Luna Belle

There pharmacy is horrible you wait on hold to talk to them for hours and the main pharmacist is very rude he has no respect for anyone I’m taking my business else where if you could give - stars I’d give -10 or more thanks for the horrible experience I’m also call corporate this isn’t the first time he has been so rude

  • Stephany Carrigg

Cvs has gotten ridiculous! Went to pick up my script yesterday. I arrived at 5:25pm to the pharmacy already being closed! I just talked to the pharmacy dept at 4:30. They told me they would be there until 6pm.. so no medicine, waste of time and gas! So over CVS. I'm really thinking about switching!

  • B Lam

This place is a joke! The people in the pharmacy are so rude! They need to find jobs other than in customer service. If I could find a pharmacy that had my meds in stock more regularly I would never come to this place again. I would give them negative stars if I could just because of the pharmacy.

  • Edwin Aurs

They now keep batteries like aaa locked up,never again will i shop at cvs ever again, walmart dont even lock them up....what an inconvenience... just went next door to family dollar and spent $16.50 on batteries cause i didnt have to find an associate, they dont keep there batteries locked up....

  • Mariah

Wow cvs about to get canceled! Please hire better employees, ones that know how to do their jobs. Suffering from a headache because MIRANDA wanted to give me false information about my prescription. She also needs to fix her face, her attitude can be seen through the mask. ...Burn

  • Grace S.

This is the worst CVS I’ve been to. I called trying to speak to the pharmacist and waited 45 minutes on the phone to not get an answer. When I came into the store, I waited in the drive thru for 30 minutes only to be told I needed to come inside so I didn’t “hold up the line.”

  • Alan C

Place use to be really good but absolutely sucks now… prescription has been in “processing” for about a week, tried calling the store and you just sit on hold (45 mins before I just hung up) Im actively looking at switching pharmacies… will never go here again

  • Jessica Kegerreis

This pharmacy does NOT ANSWER their phone. I've tried six times in the past day to call and talk with a pharmacist and they have not once answered. I've been on hold for over 3 hours in total to finally give up and hang up. Unacceptable for a pharmacy.

  • Lindsey S

This CVS use to be great but now they are officially one of the worst. Don't even bother calling the pharmacy because they won't answer or you will be put on hold for 45 minutes. They most likely won't even have your medicine in stock or ready to fill.

  • Kim Patton

This pharmacy never has prescriptions ready on time, which is difficult for those who are chronically ill. I am a recent cancer survivor and am in the process of moving ALL my prescriptions away from this pharmacy. Stupid terrible customer service.

  • Julia Widau

I love this store! And, the employees. It's further than a couple of others, but I'll drive to shop this store. Clean, organized, and great staff! Marcie, and all her staff bend over backwards to help me find things, and utilize all my coupons!

  • Little Red

I am very upset that I was on hold for 45 mins for the pharmacy and finally hung up. It's very sad that places like this can't hire enough people to even pick up phone calls. DON'T TRY CALLING THE PHARMACY!!!

  • Tom Oconnor

Store looked great inside and out. Had exactly what I needed. Employees were friendly and efficient. Transaction went smoothly. Would have given 6 stars if possible.

  • Riane Cannon

They’re working so hard and efficiently, despite being short-staffed. And the staff is VERY friendly! 10/10! Thank you pharmacists and cashiers for your hard work!

  • Stefanie Dunagan

Worst CVS Pharmacy! NEVER answer the phones! I needed assistance transferring scripts but they could care less obviously! FIND ANOTHER PHARMACY!

  • The Farb

Very unprofessional, pharmacy technician who called must be having a bad day because the moment I picked up he called me some very rude names.

  • Ginger Bomb

CVS seems to be the 1 place that carries the Dean's milk brand. I stopped in to pickup a couple gallons, they are 4.49 per gallon.

  • Orlando Rodriguez

To me the pharmacist is rude and has no work ethic. Nothing against the techs. They do their job to the best of their ability.

  • David H

don't know what has happened here.long waits and no answering the phone. This should be one of the stores that they close.

  • Timothy Barnett

They have the worst pharmacy in town. They took a week and a half to fill a script that kroger filled in 48 hours.

  • Seth Johnson

Pharmacist is great! The technicians, well you have to know them for them to get them to fill your meds quickly.

  • Bilgi McKenzie

CVS needs to hire more people for this location. It’s not their fault but it affects the quality of the service.

  • Yevonne Corpening-Toole

I have been waiting for prescriptions to be filled for two weeks. Showing "In Process". Rude customer service.

  • Koren Kincy

Very rude when you finally get someone to answer the phone. I was greeted with “What do you want”

  • Jack Senesac

Worst store drive up never open, under staffed. I'm about ready for a switch to another location.

  • Stoddard Worman

The pharmacist is quite possibly the rudest human being I’ve ever met. Do not use this place.

  • Julie Welmann

This is my local CBS. I’m in there several times a week. Always friendly, helpful staff!

  • Gretchen Parrish

Been on hold for over 30 minutes. Still no danger of the pharmacy answering the phone.

  • Victoria Coulombe

Wouldn't be so bad if the pharmacy was open earlier and/or didn't close so damn early
