Stars=ZERO. I work typically 7-4. The day of my need for CVS pharmacy I had worked until almost 10pm, got here shortly after, on my way home. I was trying to get prescriptions filled for my 15-yr old daughter to have all 4 wisdom teeth out the next day. A woman with flaming bright maroon hair was sitting on a stool commenting to the other pharmacy employee about how she hadn't done any work "since 8 o'clock" but when I presented my prescriptions she told me 2-1/2 hours. Really?!? Sorry, but I was a pharmacist for over 20 years (before I went back to law school & changed careers) and it is never acceptable to have that kind of wait time. Either the company is badly understaffing the techs, or someone is a very poor pharmacy manager. The reason I was given? "I just got a whole bunch of electronic orders from the urgent care across the street." So let me get this straight: I'm standing in front of you right NOW, in person, needing 3 new Rx (the Peridex would have taken me like 2 seconds to fill, same for qty 2 Valium) but you're going to put a bunch of electronic prescriptions for people who may or may not decide to race right over instead of take the patient home to rest and come back for the meds. Seriously? That's considered customer service?!? CVS just lost a customer for life with that policy. I left and went to the 24-hour Walgreens on 51st & Indian School and my experience there was like night and day compared to this one! Funny, I never was a Walgreens shopper before but now I am! Was home by 11 (near the Cardinals stadium). Got up bright & early to take my poor girl for oral surgery, and didn't have to stop at the pharmacy afterward with a doped-up chipmunk face teenager in severe pain. That's exactly how to lose market share CVS, in 3 easy steps.

I'm giving 2 stars for the following reasons..So today was my second time in this store since I happened to move across the street. Second experience worse than the first. First time I went to use their money gram services which is nearly impossible using the phone in there and talking to someone overseas. Go to Wal-Mart sooo much easier. Today was no better. Normally I use the Kodak machines to make prints from my phone because it's super easy and private. The store on 51st and Olive was so great it's too bad this stores priorities are different. Went to use the kiosk and a woman in a wheel chair was seriously asleep on and off charging her phone under one of the two kiosks. Because of my prints.. I wanted privacy and considering I was about to actually spend money I asked the person in charge how long the lady would be there, hoping she would ask the person to do that in a more suitable area. She didn't do anything! I walked around for 30 minutes with my 1 year old trying to be patient and nope I finally just did my prints as fast as possible while this person watched me. Terribly uncomfortable! I will NOT be back at this store. They clearly don't care about their patrons and I'm sorry if the lady happens to be homeless like the cashier pointed out after I explained my disappointment. I'm sorry she's homeless but I suppose I will take my business elsewhere for privacy reasons as well as going somewhere where my money is appreciated.

I was very disappointed in the manager Sandra. I asked if my six years can use the restroom. It was late and we drove a distance to the pharmacy. I understand the policies of outside customers using the restroom, but there must be an exception, especially when you can see the child dancing around trying to contain themselves and no one to know but employees. I have to admit, even the two young employee men looked uncomfortable with Sandra saying no to me. It was the deliverance that bothered me the most, the tone and uncompassionate, she did not care at all. I asked myriad times, begging. Her answer was, "If I make an exception for you I have to do it for others!" As I said, it was the tone and deliverance which made it worse. I just can't believe there are people like this. I wonder if it was a lack of experience in customer service. She looked very young and Latina, which shocked me even more. I thought my people were better than this!

When you call at night, like tonight 1-23-2022. A guy will answer and say "thank you for calling CVS, please hold" then keep you on hold and never get back on the phone. They have calls waiting 40 minutes on hold and won't answer the phone at all. Someone really should report this to their corporate office. For me personally I record all my calls, so I am more than willing to send my calls in and they can hear and see how long they keep people on hold. It's like they keep people holding to ride out until they close at midnight. I get being busy and short staffed but this goes beyond that. I wonder how many other people are willing to talk about having this problem here with this specific pharmacy. There are much better pharmacies around than this one. This location does not care about their customers and it's apparent in how they treat them.

I have to have a 24 hour pharmacy so I'm stuck with this one. My experience is this pharmacy has turnover all the time. I was trying to get my prescription transferred back from when I needed in in Colorado. I waited on the phone for 45 minutes, all while I drove to the pharmacy. And I got what I needed done but it took me having to drive and show up in person. I'm sorry but your business is as good as its OWNER and this owner must not care enough about its employees otherwise it would have better employees and better ratings. I mean I'm not the first to give a bad review. If you absolutely have to come here expect a wait and ok service. Every now and then you get lucky and get an employee with great customer service skills but that is very rare here in Phoenix.

The pharmacist Christine Hoffman is rude and tries to pull her power with our meds one pharmacist tells me 15 minutes that time goes buy and she looks at me and adds another 30 more abuse of power Trip . Don't come here if you need your narcotics here . Cindy another rude pharmacist count your meds of come up short started having to count in front of them and I was coming up short the male pharmacist is the only pretty decent person there he knows his stuff and has had to correct the girls on my issues several times they don't know how to count unfortunately this is a 24-hour pharmacy and there's not that many I recommend going to 50th and Jefferson downtown very sweet people won't treat you badly.

While working for Instacart, I was assigned an order for pickup at 2am. This location was CLOSED - metal gates pulled down blocking the front doors and all... I called them and after talking to a staff member inside at 2am, come to find our they HAVE NOT BEEN 24 HRS for FOUR (4) MONTHS!! So not only was it a waste of my time (took about 15 mins to get there), I also wasted GAS! Everyone knows gas ain't cheap rhese days either... with today's technology and what not, you'd think CVS would be more on top of updating their Google listing and website... SAME THING APPLIES TO INSTACART!!!

Ok. I love the store and its my local pharmacy. I love the staff up front because they are always so nice and welcoming. However, the people who work at the pharmacy and the main pharmacist are not nice at all and they always change my medication. They literally send me all the way downtown to get it at another cvs because “ they dont have it”. It’s always the same problem! Another thing is that, there is always men outside the store who ask for money and are smoking. It is very uncomfortable for me, as a woman, to always have to go through that!

I was on hold for a hour and 17minutes waiting for the pharmacy. Then finally I heard someone pic up & the call was dropped. It was like someone picked up the phone and hung it up. So frustrating, especially when you are not feeling well! & when I do decide to go in because no one ever answers, the employees at the pharmacy are always so grouchy it seems as though they just hate their job & are so miserable being there. I know this location is in a rough area but come on, do better!

Really rude, they won’t help you if you need a money order or gram and generally Lack the concept. Refusing to help and treating people with lots of disrespect. The funniest part is money gram does money orders and when I asked for help I was told they hadint done it in years, I walked outside to see the sign and sure as heck they do so I came back in excited to get it handled and they talked down to me like I was a moron. Clearly they didn’t know what they were talking about

I urgently needed my prescription which was just an antibiotic (amoxicillin) and they didn't have it, I had to wait around 3 days for it to be ready. While I'm suffering of a serious infection which didn't allowed me to work, CVS pharmacies have basic medication out of stock. And the worst part is that my insurance would only cover me at CVS. I guess it is my fault for being poor and not having enough money to just buy it and don't care if my insurance can cover it or not.

We came to pick up prescriptions we were going to use the drive through for the convenience. When we pulled up to the second window after waiting about 10 minutes the girl working the drive through told us we had to go to the first window or inside to pick up. There was no indication of this so we lost our spot and had to either get behind the 3 cars that pulled in behind us or go inside. Very frustrating that CVS can instate this policy but not notify their costomers

My 8 month baby has a cold, like congestion and on coming ear infection with bad congested eye duct. And I was afraid this location was going to tell me we need the acchs ID number which I don't have the card nor memorize number,so we can run the insurance well guess what they already done did that!! Awesome thanks Vanessa for confirming that for me his whole file and paper wrk is back at home and acchs still hasn't sent me a card. Well appreciated. Thank you

This was prob the worst service I have ever had at a pharmacy!! I drop off my prescriptions @ 6pm and left a number to call when it was ready asap I didn't get any phone call I had to call te next morning to see if it was ready and it was. I was very mad my daughter was sick and needed her meds asap but that didn't happen! I don't recommend this cvs the lines are long and be prepared to wait 20 atleast to drop off or pick up !

Pharmacy is very rude, I called just to check on a prescription and whoever answered said “sorry I’m helping another customer you’re gonna have to wait a while” so I said “it’s fine I just want to know...” before I could finish he cut me off and said “no you have to wait I’m helping someone else!” and put me back on hold. Horribly rude for a simple yes or no question that could have taken less that 2 seconds to answer.

At Friday 23 mornings of September I bought from this store and the apple gift card and it was damaged from there end I tried to return the card or replace it or refund my money and the manager store was very rude with me it’s very bad customer service I ever had in CVS pharmacy ever these people should take the responsibility to help the customers not just wait until the got paid very bad manager store

I was helped by Rosario, based on the receipt printed out. I wanted to use my care pass and she said nothing popped up. I asked if she can try scanning it again and denied my request stating that “if it doesn’t pop up, there’s nothing there.” She kept staring down on the counter, as if she was distracted by her phone. She literally did nothing to help me. Worst customer service experience I’ve had.

I would do 0 stars but it wont let me. By far the worst pharmacy i have ever been too. There is a chubby blonde chick that works there and she just gives you a blank stare. I dont think she knows what she is doing she has given me wrong prescriptions given me other peoples prescriptions she has lost my prescriptions this one blonde chick has done all that o highly recommend not going there.

If I could rate this Pharmacy zero Stars I would I broke my hand at work and I have Workers Compensation Insurance and they simply refuse to do their job correctly and have my medicine ready on time I'm in a lot of pain these people are in the medical field to help people and they refuse to they are just there to make their money they don't care about people

I've had mostly good experiences at this location. The floor/front store staff are always pleasant and polite. The pharmacy staff is hit or miss. I have noticed in most pharmacies, not just CVS, that the pharmacy staff are rarely as nice and/or as polite as the rest of the store staff. Good thing I'm not their boss, or they would be out if a job.

Prescriptions are done within the hour, and the drive thru service were very nice and answered questions I had about my prescriptions. However, when dropping off my prescription, wait time was a little long before they approached me to take my information and prescription. But overall, they provide good service.

Really rude customer service especially Daniel (tall guy about 6'0" ugly personality towards customers) laughs on customers face when customers ask for him in a polite way to do something and dont want to do it. If u want to get treated ugly by daniel then thats ur place if not dont even go there.

During the 20 minutes I was here I only saw one person working the register plus trying to help people. Expect long lines, they need to hire more people here especially for a holiday weekend. The prices were completely outrageous double will you normally pay anywhere else Walgreens is cheaper.

This pharmacy is a joke, both the pharmacy techs and the pharmacist denied a purchase of medicine even though proper ID was given, the pharmacist by the last name Hoffman admitted to not being up to date on her own jobs policies. This felt both personal and racist.

Poor customer service! Would not verify a profile due to being too busy. Had to call another CVS to get verification for a patient being admitted to a hospital. Pharmacist literally couldnt verify medication that would have taken less than a minute.

I I also would do a 0 stars for this location. There are two drive-thru lanes and one is only for drop off the line is always backed up every single day all day long. The staff is rude most of the time it depends on who you get.
