I contacted this company ( repeat customer) to order 2 nice arrangements for clients. I HAVE WORKED WITH THE OWNER BEFORE AND THEY AWAYS WERE VERY HELPFUL . The particular item I saw on their website was a longer lasting plant bowl and had only one photo on display and a lower price. I wanted to upgrade the item significantly and they asked me to go on facebook while I was on line and there was not one there. She said one solution was to upgrade the container , I asked if she could text a photo of an upgraded container and was informed they don't have a cell phone for business use. I had no way of confirming what I would be getting for almost double the price. At that point I had shared that I have a large company that closed hundreds of virtual deals in window coverings with virtual consults during covid and that it may be a good idea to move forward with access to a photo gallery and texting . I also need a photo of the item before it leaves to ship to approve the item completed. The female sales person was VERY RUDE TO ME IN A "I DONT CARE" TONE and didnt say thank you for the suggestion -only "do you want an order or not " when really I was looking for a solution to still give them the business. Owner upon inquiry was "not present and not coming in the near future" . Okay guess I have to contact someone else. THIS IS WHEN I FEEL SAD THE OWNER WOULD HAVE NOT LET THE BUSINESS GO IN SUCH A CIRCUMSTANCE .This is a new world for business and people do not want to go all over the place into retail locations and may be too busy to run into stores when servicing clients. GOOD BUSINESS VERY DISAPPOINTING STAFF.

We got ALL of our flowers for our October 2022 wedding from Callingwood Flowers. The lady we dealt with was amazing. My wife gave her the colors she wanted. For the flowers we wanted a bright but fall looking colors. They hit the mark EXACTLY. I sadly don't have any photos of the center pieces or anything else (the photographer may have some, I'll add them if she does). But ever flower piece she did was unique and beautiful. The price I felt was fair compared to what other stores were quoting. They weren't the cheapest BUT they were not anywhere near the most expensive. If you want quality flowers for your event at a FAIR price, Callingwood Flowers is the place to go. We will remember this store and recommend it anytime someone asks for flower in the future. We had some guests take home center pieces and the flowers only started wilting 2 weeks after the wedding. This just shows they are using quality flowers that are fresh as well.

They have a nice selection of flowers and many choices. Though they are extremely rude. I asked how to look for an item on their website and they were quite rude and telling me to just scroll on the website and i will see it. though all i wanted was to see coursages. i asked for help and they weren’t helpful and very rude. they were passive aggressive as well when talking to my mother and i. then they told us to come back another time bc they were busy with mother’s day. that is understandable but i was a customer and was a paying customer though they could not help me. one of the guys told us to come back monday bc they were busy. tho if they’re store is open. they should be able to help the customers coming into the store. if not they should be closed. i just thought it was very rude how they disregarded us for asking a simple question. very terrible customer service and rude staff.

This used to be the best flower shop -- my husband has shopped here for many years and we've always been impressed with design and quality. Perhaps it's the pandemic and difficulty getting fresh flowers but over the past couple of years we've had to return a number of arrangements that have had flowers deteriorate badly within a day or two. That being said, the flowers in question have always been replaced and the owner/staff have always been pleasant. This last arrangement, I believe, may have been one that had been made and sitting in the cooler for some time with flowers replaced as they deteriorated. Flowers such as mums and alstroemeria that generally last a decent amount of time, were not drinking and had slimy stems.

Callingwood Flowers has been in business for several years over. Their reputation precedes itself. Do not believe any of the terrible reviews they have. Those individuals were not good clients. You have to be a good, understanding client in order to have great service and amazing results. And being a good client can be as simple as being a decent person. People who write terrible reviews without engaging small business about their issues are selfish. It makes them feel better about their lowly, sad and boring selves. Also, trust the experts, they know what they are doing. Being in business for over 25 years will tell you that. They are experts.

Worst customer service ever!!! We went there to buy my moms bouquet for her birthday and i have my dog with me. I saw some stuff toys and I was trying to show my husband the toy I want to buy and she told me I should not touch those because they are expensive. And she thought I was teasing my dog with it and telling me those are not dog toys. Wow this lady doesnt have a customer service at all. If shes doesn’t know how to talk to people properly or she doesnt like her job anymore she should quit.

My mother and auntie ordered 2 bouquets, for my grandfather's funeral. They went in and talked to a guy and told them what they wanted. When they went and picked them up on Monday it is not what they ordered. They took them anyways because there was not enough time to get them reordered. The flowers are already half dead 2 days later. Called the owner and was told off that it's our fault we didn't get what we ordered. Horrible customer service, will not be giving them our business again.

I called there and ordered a dozen long stem roses for my anniversary spoke with Julie. They called my wife to ask her if she would be home for delivery an hour later when I live 3 blocks away!!. When I questioned her why she would wreck the surprise she did not offer to make it wright, she got defensive and proceeded to make it about her. In short do not order from here very unprofessional. GO SOMEWERE ELSE!!

Super friendly gentleman took my phone order. Gave him my price range and specifications. He said that they could come up with a gorgeous bouquet for my Mom's 85th Birthday. Did they deliver on that offer? You bet they did!!! My Mom sent a picture of what she received and OMG I will definitely use Callingwood Flowers again. Absolutely beautiful stunning arrangement. Thank you so much, my Mom LOVES the bouquet.

My grandmother's birthday was a few weeks ago.... Live by this florist. Had a nice chat with the gentlemen and told me her would be able to whip up a creation in 30 mins.... The current arrangement were quite not suited dirt my grandmother... But what he created was absolutely beautiful.... She told me she has never received such a wonderfully arranged flowers. Appreciate your hard work. :)

yesterday we went here to buy some flowers. My wife showing me some stuff toy she wants to buy and she excited to show me. But the lady said those are expensive stuff toys and she should not touch them. She also thought we are teasing our dog with those toys bug she doesn’t know is we collect some jellycat. This is really unacceptable! owner should do something about this.

I go here for the gifts and plants. They have great selection. However it is very overpriced including their sale and Reduced items. The flower arrangements are excellent. If I am looking to impress someone with a Floral arrangement this is the place I go. Customer service is very good but you need to ask for help and they are more than happy to answer your questions!

I was so glad Callingwood Flowers was open today, I really wanted to bring home flowers for my loved ones. I called and the person I worked with helped me plan a beautiful bouquet with stargazer lilies, roses, kalanchoe and some fresh greenery. The flowers brightened our day at home, and the lilies (our favorite) are full, pink and smell divine. Thank you very much!

Went buy yesterday on Mothers day and no flowers available. The lady that worked there very rude and short with customers. I was witness to watching her try to sell one of the absolute ugliest plant arrangement for one hundred dollars!!! What a joke. There are much nicer more professional flower shops in the city. I ordered flowers for a colleague who had done some special work for me. There was a screw up and she got the wrong flowers with the wrong card - when I called to point out the mistake, the florist could not have cared less. Poor attitude + confusion for the recipient = no return business for this florist.

I cannot be happier with what I got for the Valentine. The people were very busy but attentive to customer and detail. This is what you get from a family owned business. The shop has a rustic sense to it that makes you feel relaxed. I ended up buying some diffusers and small ornaments. Highly recommended.

I used to love this florist back when the owner was there and she had some very creative florists. Now I can get these types of arrangements at Safeway. It’s still a cute shop, but I was very disappointed in my last few arrangements there.
