I'm surprised to see quite a few bad reviews. My experience has been good. Dr has always taken interest and time as required. Some people complain about wait times. I can only say that once upon a time I used to attend a practice in the area that charged on top of the medicare (ie not bulk billed), and the situation was no better.

Came in to see Dr Alex but was given the wrong time, and so arrived an hour later than my appointment time. After that appointment I called to make my next appointment and have waited weeks with still no returned phone call. I love Dr Alex and all the doctors in there but this is very unprofessionally run.

Dr Alex is a wonderful practitioner. Unfortunately her receptionist is woeful. I’ve spent months leaving messages with her receptionist only to never get a call back. Considering she works for a mental health provider, you’d think she’d acknowledge patients calls. Dr Alex, please find someone better.

Great experience with a knowledgeable doctor. We arrived 10 minutes prior to our appointment and was called 5 minutes prior to our appointment time, the doctor listened and had a wonderful bed side manner. Would really recommend how friendly and professional everyone was.
