My husband shopped in Gift Land 4 days ago. He paid with credit card. The shopkeeper gave him the cash invoice instead of the normal bank transaction receipt. Today when my husband checked the bank account, he found his credit card paid $10 more than the cash invoice. Yesterday, i went there to buy something, buti felt guarded by a male employee and the cashier who saw me through cctv, then when i paid my stuff, he checked my money fake or not. they suspected me when i was no more than 5minutes there. and i bring my baby there. i feel dissappointed because im often go there. never had this happen before with female cashier.

Horrible customer service and hospitality. We were looking at a few items displayed outside the shop. The old lady of the shop stormed in and screamed that she didn't have time. She told us to either buy or get lost and not to waste her time. Last visit to this store. Pathetic treatment of customers.

The products in store marked at one price, once purchased, on the receipt they are charged out at a totally different and much higher price. A total rip off for low quality products. Quite a dishonest shopping experience. Walk up stairs to big W where there's only one price tag.

Best shop ever!!!! You can get books for “war” planet of the apes and the Walt Disney Studios “HIGH SCHOOL MUSICAL” 1 and 2. Best place and decision to shop there for my mums Christmas presents!!!!
