Overall I was pretty satisfied with the service provided by my salesman Kevin. Most of the items I came in to see that I found on the website were not on site, but they had a nice showroom. We had some minor hiccups with my financing I obtained before coming into shop. I was approved at another location so we had to transfer it, which took a bit of time. Kevin was very patient and was trying his best to get it figured out. Pricing was very fair for the bedroom group I purchased. Was a bit unfortunate that I got an email this morning (not even 24 hours) offering free delivery on bedroom groups. Hate when that happens. Update: I ordered my furniture on a Wednesday and it was delivered the same week on Friday. The delivery guys called me when they were about 30 minutes away. Super nice guys, they set up the bedroom group and took all the boxes when they left (lots of Styrofoam everywhere however) The bedroom group looks amazing! I did not get to see these items in store so I was unsure what exactly I was getting. I LOVE IT. The nightstands have USB ports and the top drawers are lined with velvet. So glad I finally went to Canales!

We purchased the Waco king bedroom set for $1200. You would think paying that much the material for the bed would be top quality. They are not. The slats of the bed are made of very cheap wood. The first night we laid down and all the sudden 2 slats snapped and half of our mattress was on the floor. We called the next day as we had 30 day warranty and explained the wood is not sturdy. They sent two guys out and replaced the slats that broke with the same cheap wood. A few days later the middle slats broke. I just ended up going to Home Depot and got some wood cut and replaced all the slats. Won’t be buying from here again.

Good people. Just not educated enough on what to let the customer know when you are buying with there financial companies now we are stuck paying 3 times the amount so definitely not going back to this place and if you do decide to buy with them through the finance option PLEASE PLEASE read the contract carefully or else the just make you sign something that you don’t know. As far the warranty I would give them a 3 star just because they took forever to respond and also charged me a delivery fee to get it fix other that the product was pretty decent.

Today I came in to purchase the accompanying items to complete my bedroom set. Carlos was our sales rep and he made sure we got the space and time needed to make a decision. The pricing was unbeatable and to top it off, the manager Teresa stepped in to get us free delivery due to an inconvenience with our previous purchase. They both helped make it a seamless process. I recommend everyone shop Canales. The customer service and prices are hard to beat.

My experience went really well. Prior to stopping by CANALES Furniture I went by a few other stores, one my wife and I have been to a couple of times. To my surprise, CANALES was very clean compared. The salesman I worked with was pushing anything on me but was patient with me because I knew what I was looking for. The prices were reasonable and they had good quality products in which I see myself returning for other items. Thanks CANALES!

Lovely showroom, lots of merchandise that was easy to access, good lighting, felt welcoming and comfortable. The sales associates were friendly and helpful without being too aggressive. Lucy was so patient with me, she made wonderful suggestions, and answered all my questions! I’m glad I came to this store for my furniture!

This is my 4th time shopping at Canales Furniture & It has Good quality selection of furniture making it easy to find what I was looking for every time. The showroom is really clean & organize. Alvaro Was my salesman this time & he was fantastic with answering all my questions & concerns, make the whole process easy.
