I’m in tears at how overjoyed I am to have these thrones. I started in China on Alibaba, but the shipping was 3x the cost of each chair....and no way to return them. Next I went to Throne Factory in NYC. They had comparable prices, but absolutely terrible customer service skills. I waited a week for a return phone call that never came. Then I found Chiseled Perfections. I called the number on the website after I verified they were an actual store (there are some scammers out there). Ruby took my call and held my hand from day one. After going back and forth with Ruby for about a week, and her returning all of my calls and text messages, I decided on two chairs. I bought them July 2, 2020, and they arrived July 20, 2020. It has been 3 YEARS that I’ve been shopping around for these thrones. I almost cried when the driver and his assistant unloaded the chairs from the truck in 97 degree #Rona weather...could have been sweat. Mind you they drove from Texas rather than using a delivery service. They unwrapped the hand-sculpted, gold-leaf bearing throne chairs in my driveway so I could inspect them, and took all the trash with them. THIS IS PERFECTION! They’re actually hand carved and heavy as hell. They’re built solid as stone and don’t wobble at all. Sitting in them made me feel like a little kid, then the feeling switched to how I think Queen Elizabeth feels. POWERFUL. I LOVE THEM! They were better than I expected and I hope nobody I know reads this because I don’t want anyone else to have these chairs. I ordered these chairs for my wedding in December, but until then, they will be at home in my formal living room. Job well done Chiseled Perfections. You simply can’t go wrong ordering from Ruby and her team!

Could give zero stars if I could. This people sent me an old used chair, which I sent back with the transporter . I paid full prices for those chairs, I don't see why they would send me old chairs. After requesting for my refund or replacement, I got PARTIAL REFUND for their own mistake. So...you send people old,dirty and imperfect chairs so you get part of their money when they don't want it??? The lady who I spoke to on phone, who was VERY RUDE by the way, claimed there was nothing wrong with the throne chairs (2) So why will I wait for throne chairs to return them if there wasn't anything wrong with them?? I asked her, My mistake was to trust them After paying $650, they refunded me $525 I need all my money $650 cause no one asked y'all to send old looking and imperfect chairs. And y'all swear its new chairs then why are the woods cracked or brown dirt,painting looks wiped,used and old. It's best to go to the store and see for yourself before letting them ship it online because they ship old and damaged chairs so they can collect your money. I learned my lesson. Doesn't look anything brand new. Y'all need to be truthful to customers instead of trying to take people hard end money.

So...funny story!! I had found this store while visiting Texas. It was our intention to purchase one of these from whoever had it in stock. We saw the business hours as open until 6pm. It was 5pm so we called to make sure they were open and there was no answer. We stopped by anyways since it was just up the road and the doors were locked. We knocked and knocked and the girl behind the desk looked at us and blatantly ignored us. After 5 minutes she came around from her desk and mouthed but we couldn't understand. I was fully intent on this being my only review of this company but when we saw the showroom and all the goodies in it, that's all we needed. I went online and ordered a throne chair. I was shocked to see that shipping was free. Bought it while I was standing outside their locked door on Friday. Today is Wednesday and the chair showed up at 8am. Luke what kind of sorcery is this?! The chair almost beat us home since we got back on Monday. So my review is now about the amazing quality of the chair and the speedy fast shipping! I'm impressed. Can't wait to buy our next one from here.

I was searching online for some really special chairs and found Chiseled Perfections Website. I fell in love and the prices were great. It doesn't stop there. I happened to be going out of town for some unbreakable plans the day Terry called with the delivery. Terry helped me get in contact with Ruby so I could arrange the delivery without me being home. Ruby contacted me immediately, which was very late for her, as we are 2 hours ahead of her time zone. The chairs were delivered with a text and great photo of the drop off confirmation. They were completely wrapped and left under cover in case of rain. I was extremely pleased and grateful for the amazing chairs and the professionalism, the delivery, the communication and the follow up from both Terry and Ruby. I tried to buy a throne from a company out of NY and it was a disaster, poor service, never answered the phones and had to put a claim in to get a refund. Tried three times and gave up to buy one. Then I hear of these folks at Chiseled Perfections out of Texas. They were OUTSTANDING !! Excellent customer service, excellent product and delivery. I had the opportunity to visit their store in Dallas and I liked what I saw. It took about two weeks to get my chair down in south Florida, understandably. The delivery service was excellent and he was very professional and helpful. The chair was packaged with corrugated card board, foam paper and then wrapped up in plastic protecting my investment. THEN!!! They followed up to make sure everything was fine, that's old school service. The chair is an excellent addition to the man cave!

I went to store and wanted to purchase and pay for the chair the same day but pickup the next day. The super unfriendly sales person said that all purchases need to be picked up the same day, well I didn't bring my uhaul. They Obviously don't want our business. They said they wpuld have to deliver the same day but could not the next day? No their company policy ..But What if we are closed for their 630pm same day delivery? Could they deliver tomorrow?? No and no exception and yes, you can take your business somewhere else, per the sales person. They obviously don't want our business, we went to FTG and purchased the same chair at the same price with a friendly sales person who bent over backwards take the sale. Yes, we can pick up the chair the following day..

This company is very professional. I ordered these chairs on the 18th of October the 5% discount didn’t go through. I informed them and Valerie called me back within 24hrs she was nice. She said they would honor it and Return $69.00 to my account for my 5% discount. The delivery guy Aldo from Titan Transport was so nice too he text me to let me know when he would arrive and text me again 30min before coming. I love the chairs They are made well & packaged great. They even give you a plastic cover to go over the chair if you are storing them. I definitely Will be ordering again. I live in Illinois so the chairs arrived on the 5th of November and that was nice timing to me.

Chair receive damaged!! Call them while delivery guy was there. The lady on the phone acted very unprofessional and didn’t act concerned at all and only offered $75.00 refund on one chair in which I sent her pictures of both chairs damaged upon chairs and she told me she couldn’t get them to me by my event date. I asked if I cloud just keep those until my new ones arrived just to get me through my event next week she said no and then still tried to place the blame on me saying I should have order the chairs sooner. Remind you I ordered a month ago so I order them in plenty of time because the guy wouldn’t have came to deliver today…. Don’t order from this company

I ordered 2 chairs and they arrived in about 3-4 weeks! I loved the fact that shipping was free! The delivery driver, Tim was awesome! His communication was great! I'm giving them 4 stars because I tried to contact them through text and email and never got a response but I was able to reach Maria on the phone weeks later and she was very helpful. Also, the paint job on the chairs could've been better and there are a few areas where the paint is chipped but overall the chairs are nice quality and sturdy! They were packaged good with cardboard and stretch wrap. I will buy from them again.

When I initially contacted the store to inquire about ordering a chair I had a lot of questions. The costumer service was outstanding. After arrival of the chair I was blown away by the craftsmanship that went into making the piece. It was better than I could have imagined.

The delivery man was so helpful in getting the chair into my living room even though it was a tight squeeze. The chair is beautiful, but the back was tufted strangely and comes to a point, making sitting in the chair a bit uncomfortable. Still, it was worth every penny!
