One star too many. As I was departing and attempting to make a left turn out of the parking lot at PnP where the car wash is located, I was dismayed to find that one arm of the radio antenna on the dashboard had been broken off, the flickers were non-functional, the speedometer was inoperable, the petrol gauge failed to function, and the lights on the control panel were unresponsive. These issues arose after I paid for a dash treatment that was never delivered, along with a R250 wash and clean. Instead of receiving the dash treatment paid for, I was left with broken components. Now, I am compelled to bear the expenses for repairs. The frustration/anger I experienced while driving away was palpable. Rather than engaging in a confrontational encounter, I opted to depart from the car wash. It is with certainty that I will never return to this car wash.

I will never go to this car wash again. Went there at 9.10. Left at 11.00. With a dirty car and R90 out of my pocket. Rude staff - refused to give me the owners number. Other cars that came in after me were attended to before me. When I complained they spoke over me and were not interested in what I had to say. I had to clean my own car using their rags and when I arrived home the windscreen was still dirty, the seats were still dirty and still covered in some oily residue. Never again - do NOT support businesses where people have bad attitudes.

Took my car in at 9 for a full valet, came back at 4h and they were still busy. When i checked my car it was still dirty on the inside, they washed my seats so that the leather went off, when I told them that they argued and said it was like that. They were going to give me my car back with dirty carpets. All in all I received my car back in worse condition!!! And I was still expected to pay the full R500??? Rude staff, manager is no where to be seen and very poor quality work.

Here is a place that causes it to rain. These folks are so good at cleaning cars, they are high up on the list of extraconsequence. They have caused it to rain 8 times out of 13 times that I had my car cleaned. They are so good, that I don't mind coming back the next day and try it all over again. And rain? Its all good.

What a fantastic experience it was dealing with friendly and very professional people from Cresta Car Wash all the way from the owners Ted and Kesi to the staff washing and vacuuming the car , would definitely say it's one of the best if not the best car wash in Northcliff.

The service here is amazing and the prices are very reasonable. I've often received a pricier service than I paid for just because these guys are so thorough and friendly. I use this car wash for everything from a quick wash and go to a full valet. 10/10.

Mostly brilliant service, old owners and new. The pricing is good and the staff clean very well. Generally, it takes quite a bit longer than promised, so allow for some extra time

The best, in Randburg, northcliff and Cresta area. You can, leave your car, the manager is the best. Close to Rocomamas,Nando's and McDonald's 10 meters walk. Their valet the best

Always get the cars washed here. At times the work will be great, at times on rare occasions, not so much. Had my lovely Audi aka Lina washed here. Looking fresh.

You need to check up on them. They miss cleaning some spots on your car and have to tell them to clean it
