Ordered a camera online from this store. I was messaged a few days later to be advised they had lost the box for the item and asked if I still wanted it. I agreed to still have the item. 10 days later after initial purchase I recieved a refund for the item with no explanation as to why I will not receive it. Disappointed.

Friendly staff always happy to help with any queries. Management are always smiling and helpful would reccomend using this store as questions are always answered with honesty my experience has always been very good. Staff and management always remember customers names are always happy to help out
