I loved this casino and did well. It is huge but compared to many. It has a very spacious feeling- lots of open space and very quiet for a casino.. not crazy machine noises all the time. No live table games, but the electronic ones aren't bad, They have electronic three card poker, blackjack, baccarat, craps, ultimate Texas hold em, roulette and more. Biggest complaint is an odd system that kicks out tickets above a certain dollar amount (it seemed to vary) but I had these "limited' tickets come out for as little as $700. These tickets can only be redeemed at the cashier, which is a real pain.. presumably it is so they can collect taxes, mostly from New Yorkers. I don't really understand the withholding rules. However, if you are doing well on a machine, you may have to interrupt your playing to go to the cashier because you end up having your winnings on these non cashable tickets and you run out of cash. Otherwise, however. It was clean and the staff were friendly. Update 8/5/23 Not a positive experience. Not only did I lose (not a problem), but every time I earned $600+ those limited use tickets automatically printed eventually meaning I needed to go to the cashier to cash them. The lines for ALL the cashiers were ridiculously long, never less than 30 minutes. Simply unacceptable. I don't mind losng money (well, I don't love it, but I don't blame the casino for that!) but to spend half the evening waiting in line was not fun and really took away from my enjoyment. Also, staff to help if your machine glitches are virtually non- existent. If there were another choice for playing around here, I would have gone elsewhere, but AC is too far. Also, the video poker selection is non- existent also. One type of old machine only that I could find-pitiful given all the new cool variants that are out. Video poker players, don't bother. Wait until you have time to go elsewhere.

If I can say how beautiful it is there, that would give the opportunity to say that they can get 5stars. But to play games like 21 (Black jack) would be better with real people dealing cards. They are AI system is very glitchy and I lost a lot of money because of it. Entering the chips that you want to enter at a reasonable time is not the case here. You must enter your chips within 10 seconds, I believe, and as well dragging the chips to the positions they need to be. Which leaves time for glitches or anything to happen where you do not have time to actually bet. I hacks this place. But the beauty and magnificence of the area can be multiplied if maybe they would switch how they are running their business. I would love to visit the place with better management. The drinks were on par, but the prices I might as well get drunk in the streets. for all visitors, please just take pictures and leave. You’d probably have a better time doing that.

Resorts World has become a horrible casino, their machines that print out your ticket for redemption of their give awys are always down on the day you go to claim your prize. They are under staffed which I don't understand with all the money they bring . They lure you in with the gifts just to find out the machines don't work to print ul your ticket to claim it. If you win a jackpot they take their sweet time to pay you. So I say it's better to take the three hour drive to Atlantic city and make it a weekend trip than to play at Dred sorts world. It isn't worth going anymore. They won't be getting my money anymore.

The broken down machines the Chinese lady at the window where you get your cards rude and disrespectful and rude as he'll. Floor staff the whole staff. While I was on the cashier line people were saying the same thing I said why spend your hard earned money with these people he says it in a poor neighborhood and it's the only one they have no choice I said are you kidding me we all have choices. And if I had known that when a lady hit for millions they did not pay here talking about the machine malfunction offered here a steak dinner bunch of crooks I would have NEVER gone there!

The security guards there think they’re top flight. They’re rude and ignorant. I had a bad experience where he wouldn’t let me in, even the cop at the entrance thought he was being weird but the head security made me write a report and got me in after looking back at the cameras. I could’ve just left but I hated how I was treated and wanted to do something about it. My report probably got tossed but wanted to make a point.. won’t be going back.. nah

The world casino resort in Queens,NY is clean, accessible but I get a sense of scarcity for ex: too many machines on the floor are out of service,drinks aren't free,hardly ever i hear of large jackpot winners. It doesn't feel rich although there are many players when i visit. The payouts on the machines are too small to intice new players and recurring customers. I am not impressed.

Ninety-five percent of the time, the slot machines aren't user friendly, which I've personally experienced on many occasions visiting this casino. The different machines suck up more money than it gives. In short? I've lost ten times more than I've ever won there. As Robert Deniro's character said in the film CASINO, 'The house always wins!' Case closed.

Had fun. Lots of slot options. Payouts are mostly eh. I dropped a lot of money in Resorts in Vegas 'n thought I'd get a little free play for that; None. It is a nice looking casino though. The bathrooms had auto-rotating seat liners and touch less bathroom amenities which was really nice. Lastly, NYC Casinos are smoke-free and that is a plus too!

This place looks very poor compare to other casinos, trust me there is a 100% chance that you will lose your money there. Resorts has changed a great deal since I last went there. It was a bit overwhelming, however, the upgrade was amazing. The issues that had was the ATM would not allow me to take any money out, and when I went to tried to talk to someone at the desk about it, the line was so long because there was only one person working the window.

Machines have gotten extremely tight. Parking is always an adventure as they close different floors .They used to offer free daily vouchers...this has all but disappeared. Food court has practically disappeared. You barely make card points as many Machines either don't accept the card or you gain very little points.

the atmosphere just wasn't hitting right the machine s suck .. there's too much negative energy in the casino . And they always want to check your private property .. if you want to win any money please don't go to that casino .. you'd be better off going to Atlantic City . your odds are better there of winning Big

Lots of fun slots, electronic card games (no live dealers...yet), about 5 food outlets to grab a bite, coffee & soda are complimentary (give any tip) on the gaming floor, nice music, 2 floors of gaming, can collect free gifts monthly, has a racetrack & open from 9am to 5am (closed for 4 hrs for cleaning).

It a ok casino they don’t have good payout odds nice selection of games however you have to spend a lot just to get free play and when you do get free play it’s not very much $5 or $10 dollars and you have to spend a lot just to get that I go to Yonkers they have better odds and better rewards

It certainly doesn't feel like NY when you enter. Beautiful ambiance, lots of game choices, feels very safe, and an overall good vibe. Whether you're a big gambler or not, this is a great place to stretch your legs, and chill.

The Casino in the Newburgh mall is lovely! Spacious and clean with a very relaxed atmosphere. Friendly and attentive staff made it the perfect spot for a little afternoon / evening enjoyment. I'll definitely come again and would highly recommend.

It's clean and very large. You win. You lose. Biggest composing is no waitress service. They do have spots to get free coffee or water BUT they always seem closed all the time. Not a nice aspect. But bathrooms are always clean!

It was extremely bad. The casino really give free plays and if they do they don't pay you. My visit was very disappointing and a waste of time. I am not going back any time soon and I do not recommend others to go.

It's so close to home and it's super big. Plenty of gambling fun to be had and tons of slot machines to poke around at get lucky winning at the slots.

Visited the Race Track today. Lots of parking, very clean facilities and friendly security staff. Easily accessible buy train and buses.

This is my second time visiting the casino. I enjoyed myself more than the first with a girlfriend that was celebrating her birthday.
