We only came here to eat since it was a convenient and a safer place close to our destination. There’s a free, open parking not attached to the casino. They’re not open 24/7 in case you plan a late visit. Check their website for hours of operation. The Sugar factory was a 30 minute wait despite having plenty of open tables, the food court had only 3 establishments open. It is a QUIET casino. Yes, quiet. And that’s not the adjective you want for a casino. I didn’t observe a lot or big winnings here. So if you become a member for the first time, I was told by the staff that you will get an email in 7 days for your $10 bonus slot play, which I thought was unusual. It is also smaller compared to most casinos. Some players were rude. There was a row of slot machines and 2 of the players on each end were together and they were guarding the 2 slot machines in between so that when I went to sit to play in one of the machines between them, first of all, the accent and the face mask made it hard to understand what they were telling me but then this guy playing on the machine at the end of the row pointed the 0.44 cents credit still on the machine and pointed to a lady at the ATM and this other lady playing on the other end of the row pointed to the water bottles placed on the machine right next to the machine with $0.44 cents credit. So, I figured they were saying that the machines were occupied. When I stood up to leave, that lady at the ATM returned, she played in the machine where the water bottles are and that other lady moved the water bottles to the machine with 0.44cents credit. In short, they were monopolizing that whole row even if no one was playing at that one machine. I didn’t understand that but I left anyway. It wasn’t an enjoyable visit. The staff were pleasant but I will not return to this establishment again.

I honestly would give zero stars but one has to come! This is really disgusting how the ny lottery is taking people money like that! Literally not a single feature no matter how much money you put in and “gamble”… also pay percentages has been cut down on winning bets.Getting 5 CENTS back on a $5 bet isnt something i could understand at all! This place used to be a little more fair but this whole month of October it really has shown its true colors! I have also seen games malfunction and the attendants LIE to you about why they did such a thing! they are confused about the machines too! This place is VERY sickening and WICKED! Gambling is never a problem once you have the money to… machines are designed to pay back at least a decent percentage… and MOST OF THE SLOT JACKPOTS ARE CONNECTED… thats not even the same games… ALL THE LOCK IT LINK IT GAMES ARE CONNECTED no matter which 1 you are playing… All the money link and ALL the fire links! and it never used to be that way! I wonder if they think people are all the way dumb… Green Machine yu can put in $100 back to back and not get a SINGLE WIN! ohh sorry yu will get back .25 and .50 the PAY BACK IS AT AN ALL TIME LOW! so much for a 12 year anniversary! Im even a Silver tier member… I use my card for MULTIPLE BETS! BARELY EVEN GET ANY POINTS ITS CRAZY! THEY ARE ROBBING PEOPLE!!! Gaming commission needs to step in!

Super ghetto!!! First, I had to come here to cash a damaged lotto ticket. When I arrived at 10:30AM (on 7/23), there were 6 people in front of me on line; one attendant at station...she's averaging 10 mins per person (I'm assuming they all have winnings over $600 since they filled out W9 forms)...after helping the second person, the lady with LONG hair disappears and says she'll be back in 10 mins (because people annoyed on line ask--not because it was forthcoming)...during that 10 mins, a black lady starts opening her station and around the time the long-haired lady returned both stations were cashing tickets (still averaging 10 mins per person)...the long-haired lady after helping another 2 people put the closed placard up again and left, leaving the black female worker on her own...I would up finally being seen at 11:36AM--this was and is ridiculous. As much as I LOATHE Empire City Casino, cashing a lotto ticket there, as compared to here, is (dare I say it) First-class service...there lotto service was abominable! Next and last point...I decided to order a Long Island iced tea from Bar 360...they charged me $12 for the drink (look At the size...UNBELIEVABLE!!!!) I'm not a fan of Empire City Casino, but I go every now and then because it's closer than AC...but this place is just the worstttt!!!!!!

I was there January 26th for the freestyle forever concert the music was awesome it sounded great and the house was full, I was also there for the Disco Inferno concert and that was awesome. This place is not exactly The Wonder of it all like Foxwoods in Connecticut but it's close to home (from Staten Island) so if I just want to go for a few hours with my wife it will do. The one thing they need to change here is add some benches for the people waiting one or two hours online to get in or better yet have a DJ in early and let people in and you'll make a lot more money with people ordering drinks. The wife and i ate at the Steakhouse PW Prime I think it's called The Steak was great but service was a little slow we were the first one to walk in through the doors when they opened and the place got filled pretty quickly. We saw a lot of people getting their meals before we did. Stay away from the expensive mac and cheese. We took one bite and set it aside. Had no taste at all.

The food court is a bit expensive , but if you enroll in the membership program they provide you with coupons for Meals and other rewards. The establishment is spacious and very clean. There are a variety of machines that you can play , that vary in prices from a penny to dollars. The bathrooms are usually clean or in the process of being cleaned when you enter. On the third level of this casino is the event hall where major events are held. A few months ago there was a tattoo event where celebrity tattoo artists were tattooing , and the line to get in was so long ! The owners of the casino have recently added a Starbucks to the second floor of the casino , and if you get a chance to visit the little coffee shop you should try the chocolate marble loaf cake. It’s amazing !! Update : try the double chocolate brownie from the Starbucks on the second floor . It’s so good !!!!

So yall can just say the machine "malfunctioned" cause you didn't want to pay YOUR client. Anyone with half a brain knows you guys are lying about anything being broken because you just didn't want to pay what is rightfully hers. I hope Ms Bookman sues you for 43 million dollars. If the manager, or pit boss, or whoever was in charge of paying this woman her money sees this, just remember one thing, in the end we are all judged, and i hope God lets me sit in on your judgement day with a bag of peanuts and an ice cold beer. Yall dont think the 30%, (THATS RIGHT FOR ANYONE READING 30%) you charge for "services" when a patron wins big would have been enough for you guys? Cheapskates, liars, been to this casino before and youre much better off taking the drive to mohegan or foxwoods. joke of an establishment.

Alright. Pretty good place to go once in a while to have some fun, especially if you live nearby. There are plenty of machines and variety of things to play, including blackjack, roluette, baccarat, and slot machines. There are no live dealers so the age of entry is 18. There is also a food court with a few options for some quick bites. That being said, there are only a few options for food and the restaurants open pretty late. Many machines have technical problems, such as missing buttons, lack of sound, or delayed feed. Sometimes, the machines can malfunction and take your money with no way to take it out without consulting a worker. This gets frustrating because it can take a while to find one, especially if you are alone with no one to watch the machine for you.

  • Aikeem Thompson

one of your machines malfunctioned and as a result it betted all of my money on its own. A female employee on the floor helped me however the guy working the camera who she communicated with seen what happened but said I was lying and that i placed the bets even though the camera clearly showed I didn't. Fortunately I placed more money in the machine to show what happened and it did it again in front of the female employee. and I was refunded my money. I'm afraid to use your machines because if something goes wrong, I'm afraid the person working the camera will lie. I know machines will malfunction, but the cameras will show what happened. However, if the person working the cameras will lie for $100. I don't feel safe gambling there

I redeemed my birthday voucher for free $10 slot play and $10 food voucher. I got a $20 voucher for slot play after 40 points. They were very diligent about handing out complimentary beverages. The last was yelling so enthusiastically free water, coffee. You get complimentary alcoholic beverages while gambling at night and coffee/water in the day. They rearranged the game floor so some of your favorite games are in different sections. For example I use to love the monopoly located on the first floor by the lotto cashier's cage, now they are on the second floor as soon as you walk in. I saw more table games and they are in the process of building a hotel and outlet section I can't wait. Now all they need is a buffet.

  • VISION

I was there Christmas Eve. They had a good live band. The rooms are clean and spacious. I saw housekeeping cleaning rooms late into the evening. The casino is a good size. Comparable to Atlantic City Casinos in general. Not much of a food court though. Popeye's and Chinese food stay open late. You may notice NYPD's presence regularly, along with the house security, as there have been reports of arguments and fights there. The horse racetrack is a few minutes walk from the hotel (weather permitting). Overall, gambling is the theme. The hotel is a convenient location if you need to be within close proximity to LaGuardia or JFK airports.

Resorts World New York casino offers an exciting and vibrant gaming experience. The variety of slot machines and table games is impressive, keeping you entertained for hours. The atmosphere is lively, and the staff is generally friendly and helpful. However, at times, the crowd can get overwhelming, impacting the overall enjoyment. Additionally, the food options could be more diverse and improved in terms of quality. Despite these minor drawbacks, the casino's location is convenient, and it remains a fun destination for those looking to try their luck and have a good time. Pretty close to JFK airport and 45 minutes from Manhattan.

  • Natalie Mendo

This review is regarding early voting. The main entrance of the casino is under construction. There was NO SIGNAGE indicating where to go for voting. I wasted a good 20 minutes trying to figure out where to go. If you are unfamiliar with this place like I was and are driving by car, you should go ahead and park in the garage by going up the ramp (see picture). For direct entrance to the voting place, park on level 4. I have provided photos of the garage and general area of where the voting is taking place. Once inside, it's pretty organized and there's enough people to help you out. That's why I'm giving 3 stars.

The bathrooms are always a problem they only have one side of the bathrooms operational at a time with such an establishment as large as theirs there should be multiple stalls available at a time there were hundreds and thousands of people coming in and out of this casino on a regular basis and when you go to the ladies room they always have one side closed coupled with that they only have one cleaner to clean the bathroom shame on you Resorts World you need to hire more cleaning staff to clean the commodes and the bathrooms to make the gaming experience better thank you for your consideration

  • Laureen Biczak

Wow, what an enormous casino! Excellent selection of slots but oddly some of my favorites are missing. No "All Aboard" or "Piggy Banking" or a few others that I like. All the table games were electronic but that made the card poker very fast. The video poker selection was essentially nil. Mostly game king machines with no interesting variants. No "Hot Roll" or "Ultimate X" or any variant. Everything was clean but drink service was not too be seen but there was a self serve drink window which was nice. The connected hotel was very nice but very expensive.

  • Natasha Morrison

Parking was abysmal. A lot of the same slot games. Not a lot that i was personally interested in. A lot of the games seemed very obscure or dated and the reels moved weird. Couldn’t cash out vouchers over $600 at the kiosk had to go to the cage and ended up waiting a half hour to get my money. Staff seemed like they didn’t care. Didn’t eat or use waitresses so can not comment on that. Slots payed okay, but i have better luck (and honestly enjoy myself more) down in Atlantic City or at Foxwoods in CT.

  • Wanderful Bros

Great place and I assume the only casino in NYC. The games are very easy to understand and there are helpers around to guide you as well. Open round the clock, so one can try luck anytime of the day or night. We were able to win few bucks by trying our luck on different machines. Usually its tough to find spot for few games. It is mostly crowded after 12am. Photos were not allowed inside, but we were lucky to take few pics of the race track from the smoking zone.

  • Don Nichols

It was available when no where else seemed to be and we had a flight cancellation. But it cost much more than we are used to paying, and provided few amenities. In fairness, it is a casino resort and we were not there to gamble. I was used to gambling resorts in the southwest, years ago, where the food and amenities were inexpensive and the hotels made their money from the attractions. Perhaps that dates me, I am not sure it is that way there anymore, either.

  • Larry King

WARNING!!!! There’s a pack of dollar bill thirsty female soda and coffee attendants!!! They will make sure you feel like you lost all your money twice over God forbid you don’t have a dollar when you pick up a complimentary coffee or soda! Many times i rather go gulp some water from the bathroom sink than to receive their unprofessional and over the top unpleasant treatment. Who hired these girls!? Who is responsible for training them!!?? Shame shame shame!

  • Shariz Alamin

I was my first-timer at Resorts World Casino. I enjoyed myself and won some money Enjoying the live band entertainment. I danced the hold time right to the sugar factory where I treated myself to a birthday ice cream. I will definitely be coming back. A year later I'm back at the Resort World Casino having more fun than I did last year. This time it was my girlfriend and I celebrating her birthday. New memories

  • Edith Berry

Security at the check-in point looked for vaccination or covid testing. It was quite clean, with plexiglass partitions for players at the slot machines, roulette, and other games. You can play even if you have a penny or a nickel. I was impressed! However, walking from parking lot B to the building was a little treacherous. A certain part had an icy sidewalk and two ladies helped each other step safely. I had no help.

  • Wendy Drews

Not so much into gaming but it’s worth the stop in for a decent meal for lunch. I love the artwork designs all over the casino floor. I captured the murals today. Free parking and really good people. The staff here is the most friendly in the world. If driving by it’s worth it to stop by for a quick meal. I recommend good friends noodle house. Sugar factory is amazing too. I still need to check out the other places.

  • S D

Pls don’t go there . The machines are rigged. They take all your money and only pay their ppl . Under staff and when you do get someone to help their attitude is nasty . Worst casino in the world . It’s half full now many ppl left the casino and went to other casino . Many ppl complained to the gambling commission about the rigged machines . That’s place need to be investigated and closes down .

  • Alisa Behari

Stayed here in a suite for my bachelorette weekend and everything was excellent! The room was extremely clean and spacious. The doormen were kind and helped at all hours of the day, the housekeeping staff was very accommodating and all employees who we encountered were kind and said hello. A great perk is that parking is free! Overall a really great experience, we’d love to come back!

  • Anthony Monaco

Our little big time casino without the travel to New Jersey or up to Yonkers for those living in Brooklyn and Queens. All slots and electronic table games. That leads me to my point, the city needs to bring real table games. I really don't see what the big deal is plus it will bring more jobs. Get with the program Cuomo! A nice enjoyable little daytime getaway regardless. 5 stars!!!

  • Harrison Chan

Really nothing to do besides gambling with machines. No dealers here. When they first started they had a good buffet but no longer there. Compared to other casinos that have other things to do like arcade and different types of food besides fast food or luxury dining. We'd prefer more choices in-between. And areas to make it a family day instead of the day of gambling addicts.

  • OG

Security is on point. Absolutely huge casino with many sections. I wouldn’t categorize it as very crowded given covid times. There are many sanitizing stations around but I suggest you take alcohol wipes or other when using the machines. It is wheelchair accessible as well. There is a bar inside the casino. Rarely would you see a server anywhere. Overall, a nice place.

  • Rob Persaud

Had a date night, didn’t win anything. The popular machines stayed occupied. Only few exchange machines worked, lines were too long. Tried to use the ATM and it froze. Finally found a stand alone, it printed a receipt and then you have to go to the cashier, join another line of waiting. That was inconvenient. They had live entertainment, that was a plus.

  • Alex Doe

Eating times vary in the food court. Machines are nowhere near Harrah's payouts but a nice place to play. Update: The food is still good but can be better. Their service though has really declined. No waitress/cocktail drinks served while playing. Had to buy a $4 water bottle at the bar UPDATE: More newer games and waitresses are back serving drinks.

  • Tony Jones

Great casino will recommend pretty crowded but at the same time feels empty did not win much but what a fun experience maybe better luck next time they haaveblack Jack, baccarat, roulette, penny slots, quarter slots and dollar slots many machines to choose from it's not Vegas but it's a great spot in NYC cant wait for them to bring the dealer tables

  • Nixon Huerta

It is a very nice place to relax and try your luck except for the workers since they do not give good attention, they are very arrogant. I saw it a few times there was still no problem with my ID from my country and today they told me no and left me sitting waiting for like 5 hours since I didn't want to leave my friends and ruin their night

  • Cortney Thomas

Bar 360 is the best ever. Drinks are strong, a little pricey but that is to be expected. Great place to watch sports or hear live music. Only down side they don't sell food at the bar (which is why they got 4 instead of 5 stars) Free parking. Tons of electronic slot machines. Everything is virtual. There are NO live tables.

  • CreativeKid90

The staffs are pretty cool, they have pretty decent food there. The place itself is nice from outside to inside. It’s also well kept, the bathroom are nice and clean. Place is a nice size and people do win money here my friend came up with some high cash. There’s lot of space for parking.

  • JF CR

Fancy casino with hotel. Looks like they have a couple nice looking restaurants. And they also cash your NYS lottery tickets, if you happen to be a winner. I did not take any pictures inside the casino area, cause I wasn’t sure if that’s allowed, but I took some pictures outside.

  • Uchizi Phakati

There’s a high chance of having a good time with your family or taking a nap than playing the slot machines here. You will lose your money, time and walk out depressed. The highest you can make it $9. The casino is beautiful though and there’s nice restaurants.

  • Mr K

This place should be shut down. If you win a jackpot they will claim the machine is broke as happened to a woman that won $40million. They gave her a dinner instead. Enough of businesses doing whatever they want without consequences. Boycott this crummy casino!

  • Chelsey DeLaney

Lots of slot machines! Unfortunately, their volumes are all turned off or set so low you can hardly hear them. I mean, a lot of the fun is in listening to the bells and whistles and the fun music. I found them all to be boring and the visit to be underwhelming.

  • ChrisMtz 99

Try to exchange my scratch off tickets winning but instead took half of my winnings and also took my older sibling and made a clone out of them and now I scared to even talk to them now cause they might take my information. …

  • Derek Villorente

If you are from New York and cant afford to go to Las Vegas or dont want to to take the 2 and a half hour drive to to Atlantic City then this place is your best bet to go to. (Pun intended) It has a really nice sports bar with a very large

  • Dodie Hernandez

This was my first time back to Resorts World Casino in two years. My eldest Sister and I hadn't seen each other in over a year, it was nice to have her spend the day and night with me. We had a lot Fun! happy to share! …

  • Sir Bernard Mendes France

A superb casino for slot loving gaming for all-ages ! Very expansive layout. And excellent facilities all-around for those who want transportation to and from the casino to various parts of Brooklyn and Queens and Manhattan.

  • KPL BLOG

I think is alright. They got two floors that are always opened to the public. When I came here the other 2 floors were closed. They have plenty of roulette machines and blackjacks. However, not many restaurants to pick from.

  • Andre Cirilo

This review is for the RW Steakhouse. The place is perfect. Great food, ambiance and staff. Prices are a little high but for a special occassion or if you really love a good steak, you've gotta pay this spot a visit!

  • NYC JOHNG

1st time here ever. I had a really good time for the couple hours I was there. Lot of machines. All the machines I played paid out. I'm happy. Even if I lost casino's are meant to have fun and a good time.

  • Leo Neo

Roulette is Pure scam with magnet!!!!! And this place is pure scam!!! If people bet higher bets in roulette they scammed them with magnet!!!! PEOPLE START WATCHING BALL HOW SHE IT VIBRATES AND SHE WORKING

  • jaydip dudhatra (J & D)

Oh My God.. It's like I was in Las Vegas. Really amazing place for gambling. I played Roulette and Black Jack and I won $200 from $20. Really I must recommend this place for more than one time visit.

  • Rich

its so obvious that the blackjack tables are a scam... The electronic table gives itself a blackjack whenever you get one too... and everytime you get a 20, it gives itself a 21

  • Wanda Kittell

We hadn't been there in a few years, I played slot machine. The are looked a lil worn & drab. I heard several people say machines are more geared to the house, more than before.

  • Clifford Schaefer

Fun place to go if you enjoy gambling. Never take a seat that has someones coat in it though, people can be very sensitive when it comes to do's and dont's of gambling edict

  • Josh Wade

Definitely don't go here. The machines apparently malfunction all the time, especially when you win. The casino in this place should be shut down for as crooked as they are.

  • Richie Gee

Had A Wonderful Time At Resorts World. Stayed The Night At Hyatt. Room & Hotel Were Beyond, Clean & Beautiful. All The Workers Were Very Polite & Helpful. Highly Recommend

  • Jim Kay

Great casino. Great people. Fun time. No issue ever. Clean! And always something going on at Genting World Casino. You must try the roulette tables and the endless slots!

  • Erick

The machines are rigged there, and most people who I saw there go to AC now. Whoever plays baccarat, this casino will let you win one time and take from you 10 times.

  • Damian Parzonko

Place is good size, 2 floors of gaming, free parking, nice bar in the middle, connects to the race horse track. Some machines didn't pay at all, others pretty good.

  • Pathfinder 3000

worst casino. every Saturday morning when you play, you can never win anything. not even a dollar. I do not recommend . it's like throwing money on the street.

  • Sunny Rivers

This was not a planned visit but gla6dy it was much better than expected. Left with winnings so that also helps. Lol. Next time I will reserve a room so I can

  • Dakota C

Go here to lose money. Plus NO TABLE GAMES. Basically slots that are table games. Complete waste of time and energy. Taking my money to Empire Casino.

  • Glenn DiResto

Haven't been here is a while. Had a good night with my buddy!! Had a little lucknwinning some cash and had a nice time at the Bar 360.

  • Alvin Shin

The RW Grill was excellent but the Casino was . It's all electronic and no gaming table with a real life dealer... …

  • E Tam

Spacious, plenty of free parking, plenty of machines. You are playing against machines. Too bad not many open in the food court.

  • Christal Hardy

My 1st time here and I was very happy with the set up and spacing of all vendors! It wasn't too crowded and a great turnout

  • Kerri Schwartz

It is much bigger than when it first opened. There is more space and more slots than before. I lost but my husband won!
