Staff here are really friendly and helpful. They take time to help you out with any problems you have or questions regarding products. One member went above and beyond, Sadly I can not name the member of staff since I never got there name but this particular one really help me and my partner with advise with a pet we were getting medical treatment for and gave us great advise where to go and saved our pets life. To that person thank you so much.

My husband brought the iPhone from Leicester Haymarket CEX yesterday on 20th of July but his phone weren't working as they should.. unfortunately he has ripped off on 80% battery health on iPhone, therefore I'm forwarding this nature of matter to CEO of CEX and definitely consider contacting to Ombudsman service regarding licences, either should continue this service to customers however the proof now arise as well.. great place. bought quite a few items at good prices. three weeks ago I bought a phone. yesterday it came up restricted so couldn't use it. took it back to the shop and the guys immediately went and put it right for me and got it working. cannot thank them enough for what they did with it. they always go above and beyond. definitely recommend them if your looking for anything

The room was immaculate and the facilities excellent, including the food. However reception service varied in quality, which is the only reason I did not give full marks Nevertheless, because everything else was superb and issues with things like reception personal and subjective, I would stay here again and I would definitely recommend this hotel

Good products and great returning policies. However, the staff needs to be instructed on politeness. A few days ago, I bought a product and made an error while I was describing it. The individual at the till corrected me with an arrogant and almost disgusted look on his face, and his tone wasn't that polite either - quite patronising, I would say.

We went in not having a clue and needing advice, and came out with a great deal on an Apple Watch, very pleased! You did an amazing job today so wanted to celebrate this! Thank you

Staff at this Cex are leagues better than the other one. Freindly, consistently reliable. This is a lot smaller, more phone focused in stock. But I often do drop and go, or click and collect here, and the staff are so helpful and seemingly more knowledgeable, compared to the main high street lot.
