Sadly I visited this establishment (using the term spa would not be descriptive), 3 weeks ago to celebrate my birthday with a massage. BAD CHOICE. Prepping for the massage, there was not a rug on the floor, nor was I offered even a paper slipper, so it was out of my shoes onto a floor (God knows if it was clean) and onto the table. The young man posing as a masseuse was anything but, masquerading as a masseuse. For 60 minutes he kneaded my body as if he was working on dough for a loaf of bread. Not a smooth stroke ever. There were points where I winced and grimaced because of the pain he inflicted. Several times I asked him to not exert so much pressure. How does someone massage the palm of your hand and not the entire hand, skipping the fingers. Who massages the soles of your feet and not the toes or entire top of the foot? Sooooooo disappointed. I was never offered a cup of water. From the time I came in until the moment I left. No hospitality. Terrible Service. NEVER AGAIN. The $90 payment was charitable giving. I made the terrible decision to support a Black business this year and made the wrong choice. I'll continue to go where I've always gone, to get what I've always gotten, service and hospitality!

I found your black owned business online and your great reviews confirmed that I needed to patronize your business. I decided to celebrate my birthday by getting some much needed spa treatments. I cannot say enough how wonderful my experience was at your spa. Customer Service was excellent! All services were performed on time and the facility was clean and beautifully decorated. I received a full body salt scrub & massage from Foy and a Celestial Facial from Brittney. They both were very professional and knowledgable. They had my body tension free, soft and glowing. I must say this little gem is such a find for those looking to focus more on their self care and it's located away from the hustle and bustle of the city. They have definitely gained a new customer.

truly incredible. i am the pickiest person about massages and have tried ones at 5 star hotels wherever I go on vacation as well as all over the city including Jiao and Corrective Chiropractic (which I really love both) but Stacy is truly above and beyond any masseuse I've ever had. Her pressure is firm but enjoyable, shes very generous with the oils and gets deep into your muscles. it felt like she got every single knot out of my body. I didn't even feel like the same person walking out of Celestial and it being a Black owned business was the cherry on top. I will be back every 3wks.

Beware of getting gift cards from Celestial Spa. I misplaced my gift card and tried to redeem my and they told me that the gift card expired after 5 years. However, Britney (Celestial Spa Manager) stated that my gift card is expired. I told her there is no expiration on the card, and it does not say that in the fine print on my gift card. I would of been more understanding if they had no record of my purchase. However, they were able to look my gift card up in the system and give me date of purchase and everything.

I just moved to the area and I was in search of a nice day spa. Not only is Celestial Spa clean, relaxing, and offers a wide range of services, but they are BLACK OWNED! I was running a bit behind, but I called and let them know. The staff was courteous, the facilities were clean, and the body scrub and massage left me feeling super relaxed and rejuvenated. Stacy was my masseuse and she was kind and made sure to ease my pressure points. I think I have found MY SPOT! I will definitely be back.

I did a spa day with Celestial Spa and it was amazing. The staff was extremely nice, their facility was extremely clean, and the atmosphere was extremely relaxing. Ms.Bernice executed a phenomenal massage and facial. Nicole did my manicure and pedicure. She did an AWESOME job and was extremely friendly. She actually had a consultation with me before performing my manicure and pedicure. This place and their staff are angelic. I will definitely be returning. Thanks for an amazing experience.

I visited this spa on my birthday with my best friend. It started out a little rocky bc we were told our appointments were canceled, which wasn’t done by either one of us. But after a wait they accommodated us and things went smoother from that point. My favorite part was the facial with Brittany. We had the best conversation I almost forgot she was giving me a facial lol. ( If you see this, let’s be friends) but overall I’m happy I got to support a black owned business.

Celestial Spa is beautiful, calm, and luxurious. The staff is welcoming and knowledgeable. I had a hydrafacial with Brittany, and she was lovely and so professional. She walked me through every step of the facial and what I could expect, and she always made me feel welcome to ask any questions. My skin looks and feels amazing. I will definitely be back regularly.

I recieved a gift card for mothers day from my fiance from this spa because it was near my house. I have a location that I've been going to for years but I think this my new place! Amazing massage, FROM Mrs Fitzgerald. She is very nice and comfortable to recieve a massage from and talk to. It being back is also a PLUS! I enjoyed my aromatherapy massage!

The place is beautiful, calming and nice. I first went for a prenatal massage which was very disappointing. If you want a firm prenatal massage I don’t recommend. I think she was nervous to hurt me bc when I went again I wasn’t pregnant and the massage was very firm. I left feeling relaxed and my muscles were happy. I’m glad I gave it a second try.

Everything about this place is great! The Customer Service is excellent. The Owner, Ms. Bernice is very professional and knowledgeable. The Hydrafacial is the absolute best. They provide a lot of services from mani & pedi, massages and body scrubs and a list of facials. so it's a one stop shop for me ..lol I would definitely recommend this Spa!

Words cannot describe this unforgettable experience. I wish I could stay overnight. I’ll definitely be coming back. The lighting, the smell, the ambience, and especially the touch outstanding from entrance to exit. All my anxiety rubbed away. Ready for world after this visit. Truly the greatest ever.

Another great experience at Celestial Spa! Great atmosphere, excellent customer service, beautifully decorated for the holiday season, clean and the massage I received was great. My only suggestion, offer water to clients before/after services. This will be my "go to" spa. I highly recommend.

Wonderful spot for a day of relaxation and pampering. The staff is accommodating, kind, and great at what they do. They offer a wide variety of services including facials massages, manicures/pedicures, and other options. It's a nice size location, not too big or small and very clean.

Booked the 60 minute hot stones for my mother as a belated mother's day and birthday present as well as to say I love you. She absolutely loved Ms. Fitz-Gerald!! Mom raved about it so much that I had to book it for myself. Thanks Celestial Spa!!

Carmen is amazing for facials. My face felt so rejuvenated after receiving her service. She was a pleasure to talk to and radiated nothing but positive energy, and gave me easy pointers on how to keep my skin glowing! Will be seeing her again!

Thr best facial in the world. She examined my skin and understood what to do for my skin type. She made sure I understood all the products she was using and my skin came out relaxed and glowing.
