Sarah was lovely very accommodating and it’s because of her I award one star. People check your coffin sizes as we were told 72 hours before the funeral that they made a mistake and we couldn’t have a casket we were forced to have a coffin
Absolute disgrace. Rushed service and was completely let down by the staff that couldn't follow simple instructions. Coffin was nearly dropped twice, we were pushed and pulled all through the service. Coffin was in the ground before
