I recently had an issue with an aquarium heater that was sold by these folks and after working with Rob Moneyhan, I am a forever customer. I would recommend them not just for the products they sell but for the excellent customer service they display. I was treated like I mattered and that is rare these days. I purchased bio sport active care from a local retailer and it absolutely did not work in the slightest. I washed and reapplied to my dog within 5 days and she kept havig ticks bit her and remain alive to start filling up. Terrible customer service, I do not have a receipt so they refuse to take accountability and refund me.
