The place I used to go to went out of business, so I did a bit of research and saw uniformly solid reviews for this place, so it's not like I'm bringing new info to light -- but I wholeheartedly echo the sentiment that if you're looking for a garage/mechanic: Station Service Raffi is hard to beat! I called just them just before 8 am with an undiagnosed problem and worried that if I didn't get an appointment that morning (Monday), there probably wouldn't be time to get it repaired by Wednesday afternoon (& have it for Thursday morning, which is when I really needed it). They said to bring it in & they'd see what they could do. I dropped it off at around 8:30 hoping for the best. Some time before 10 am, I get a call with the problem diagnosed, an explanation of the necessary repairs, the cost for parts and labor, and a timeline estimate that if the parts arrived when they should, THE CAR WOULD BE READY BY NOON!! Well, I get a second phone call at ELEVEN... telling me it's READY (AT EXACTLY THE PRICE QUOTED)!!! An oil/filter change, antifreeze, replacement of gasket, spring kit AND muffler IN LESS THAN 3 HOURS, all at a reasonable price.. I certainly won't be going any place else.

One car service with Raffi Auto and I think I've found a mechanic for life. Why?: 1) No condescending tone from the staff, who explained issues in detail without rushing. 2) Pricing is transparent and upfront, with no sales pressure whatsoever. 3) After getting quotes to repair my AC from a large national chain and my Ford dealership, Raffi undercut both by half by offering to source a used compressor to fix the issue. After all parts and service were totaled, he probably saved me a full grand. Neither the chain mechanic or my dealership offered to source a used part, as they probably have the incentive to up sell new ones. I didn't even ask for a used part when I went in. The staff offered it as an option. Conclusion: bring your car to Raffi with full confidence.

Pros: reasonable pricing, quick turnaround Cons: no discussion about OEM vs third party parts. Not much explanation of the benefits of different repair options. The shop is relatively clean and the waiting area is comfortable enough. The staff are nice but not overly friendly. They pushed for us to do a more expensive repair job that was more invasive than the emergency work required. In the end, they respected what we wanted and did the work quickly. For the bigger part of the job I will go to my regular mechanic and let them investigate. They did what they needed to do on an emergency repair, but they didn't do anything to wow me or start making a habit if going there.

I am using Raffi services for a very long time, and I am always satisfied. Many times I am not being charged for minor services. At one time, I was out of Canada and was not sure if i should trust a garage that wanted a very large sum for a couple of items and installation. Raffi spent time with me long distance to trouble shoot by reaction of the car to his instructions. The car was operational but he suggested that I should not try to drive the distance to reach HIS GARAGE. Typically, he did not charge me for his good advise.

Very sincere and helpful. I went there a little after working hours because my car wouldn't start. The owner told me that all the mechanics had gone home for the day but after maybe sensing that I had no idea what I was doing and was slightly panicked he came out and looked at my car and fixed it for me. I asked him if I could pay him and he said no. I am very surprised at the kindness and generosity I experienced especially given the general reputation of mechanics and desperate car owners who know absolutely nothing.

I dropped off a 1995 Jeep Grand Cherokee a week ago. Everyone told me not to buy it but I persisted because who wouldn't a car like that!! Anyways, I drop it off with George & Raffi and these guys did miracle work to it. It runs like new. The rumble is gone. The muffler is quiet. I can't believe what they did to it. They got it back to me within a week at an affordable price. Can't recommend them enough! Taking this 1995 baby across the continent to california now thanks to the job they did.

I wanted to change the control arms of my car . After receiving the car I discovered that he had fixed this part in the image with the control arm via tie wrap, because this part was connected to the control arm and during disassembly operation the link between the two parts was damaged and he did not inform me so. Beside , he made a crack for my battery terminal and also did not inform me. I will never go to him or recommend him to my friends

I not only get my mechanical done but thanks to winter and the ice, my car went into the bodyshop after an accident with a school bus..What can I say but great service, excellent staff, so professional and I put my trust in George and his team..I feel as a single woman I am not ripped off unlike many other garages I temporarily tried in the past Try it yourself and see! Not only is George patient, kind and reliable, but he is more than fair with pricing and tries to save you money wherever he can. Every time I have brought my car to his place, I get it back quickly and in tip-top shape. I would highly recommend him!

Super accommodative and professional, called last minute for an oil change appointment. Without any hesitation they gave the nearest and quicker appointment. Very effecient and competent staff with reasonable pricing. I would definitely recommend them and myself keeping them as my permanent oil and tyre changing service shop.

Not satisfied with their service. Went in with an exhaust noise and got slapped with a repair estimate about half the price of the car. They did not even bother checking for the issue, instead wanted to change the entire exhaust system. Problem turned out to be a bad cc.
