Unreliable, even at the estimate stage. Had appointment May 18th for an estimate to replace the siding on our house. Shortly before the appointment they advised the individual was sick and couldn't make it. No problem. Rescheduled for May 25th. Once again, shortly before the appointment they advised that something came up, and were unable to come out. However, they did offer to come out when I wasn't home, and provide an estimate via email. I responded that it would be great if they could provide an estimate via email. Well, it's now been 4 weeks, and I've still heard nothing back from them. They must be busy enough to keep the operation going, because they obviously don't care about my business. I'm glad I had this experience before hiring them, and not after any work had been started. Obviously by the owners response, they had me confused with another customer, or made up a response. I never heard back from them after second scheduled estimate, and in fact it was for a full house siding replacement. Which was completed by another contractor.

We called Century Roofing for an estimate to redo the roof on our 11 year old single family home and Anthony was at our house within a week. He spent at least an hour on our roof, then another 1/2 hour explaining the estimate in detail using understandable terms. Once we committed to his company he put us into his work schedule and estimated a 3 week window until he could start the work. Within two weeks, his crew arrived at 9am to start the work. The roofers were extremely polite and professional and worked non-stop, performing everything stated in the estimate. By 8pm that day the job was completely finished and the site was completely swept clean. Other than a brand new roof on our house, you would never have known a roofing crew was there. We would highly recommend Century Roofing to anyone who requires a new roof on their house, and have already recommended them to a number of our friends and neighbours.

It was a pleasant experience in having Century Roofing to install a new roof for my house. I called them for a quote and their sales rep., Anthony, responded very quickly with a visit to our house. He came prepared. He explained in details what needs to be done and also answered to our questions and concerns. We then corresponded via email several times. He always replied promptly. Like many others, I like quick responses while I am looking for an installer. Their price for the whole job was quite competitive. After comparing prices, materials and the warranty offered by several companies, I decided to go with Century. The materials and the crew arrived on time for the job. The work was done in a very professional manner with very good workmanship. The work place was kept clean through out the installation and a good cleanup at the end. Overall, it was a job well done. I will recommend them to my friends.

Replacing the shingles? assign it to them and relax. From A to Z; dealing with Century Roofing was an excellent event. Anthony assessed the scope of work and sent a detailed estimate that I compared with 4 other firms' estimates. Although their price was the 2nd higher quotation but I selected them due to the obvious professionalism that I remarked through their reactions and reviews as well. A contract that covered each and every requirement has followed and the team appeared at 6:30 morning. That team was really professional, their performance was like an orchestra playing music. while working they replaced a worn wood plate; and in 2 days the work was done and the site was neat. yesterday, after 2 weeks of that event I e-mailed Anthony asking him to send Marc the inspector to inspect the roof under rain. Marc the superb expert came today and found everything in tact. Thanks a lot Century.

After receiving a number of quotes, we chose Century Roofing because of their high quality workmanship and materials. The work was completed by expert roofers with experience and knowledge. The roof looks absolutely wonderful, it was installed with care and the attention to detail was exceptional. Communications, service, quality of product and installation from an exceptional crew - all above expectations. Clean up was amazing. The guys picked up the construction bin magna-swept our whole driveway to make sure no nails or other metal debris would get in our tires. We had to do nothing after they left. I would highly recommend John and his crew for roofing installation. You get the impression that the company and the team care about what they are doing. They go the extra mile on every step of the process from estimate to completion.

We had our roof replaced in April 2021, the whole experience was above and beyond my expectations from quote to job done. I would strongly recommend Century roofing, I was very impressed with the entire process and with the dedication of the team. This positive experience began with John as he walked through the estimate (literally an hour and a half) where he explained the products they used and how they would be applied. During the installation process, the team was equally thorough, even moving some of the vents to improve the air circulation from the original house design. They were hard working, polite and kept my property clean as throughout the installation. The final reason i chose Century roofing was for the guarantee - I know that i will have nothing to worry about given how well everything was done.

I bought my house from someone who used Century Roofing to replace the roof in 2018. My inspector suggested I reach out to them to inspect an area of work he thought may have been done incorrectly. I spoke to Anthony who was very professional and arranged a time to come and inspect the work for himself. He arrived, crawled into my attic and confirmed the issue. One of his workers arrived less then two hours later and immediately went to removing the venting and replacing it. He cleaned up afterwards. This was a great customer service experience. Well done! Century Roofing and Siding was very professional and on-time. They were a little more expensive than other quotes however they provided a higher quality of work and product. We were also pleased to pay a little extra for the golden pledge Gaff warranty. They were quick to adapt to special requirements (i.e. they created a small water diverter system for a support cable) and were quick to identify and help fix any small problems. Both the installers and management communicated well. Their cleanup was very good although i did find a few nails afterwards (but this was to be expected and quite minimal).

I had to have the entire roof redone through a warranty claim with GAF. Once the claim was assessed and approved by GAF then Century removed the faulty shingles etc and replaced with new materials as well as installing a new sky light. A job well done!
