I wish I could give this clinic 0 star rating. Terrible service, the front desk girls don’t know what they are doing, one doctor is terrible, her attitude is awful! If you have any other choice, please do not go to this Clinic! You are welcome! I went for a TB test, I was wait for 90 minutes to get it, and a few patients came after me got to the doctor first, I believe they didn’t have an appointment either, because I heard them asking. Actually I came with an appointment at 12, I phoned them day ahead. Anyway, when I went back to get my TB test read, the front desk girl told me I need to pay $20 to get my form filled, I pa $40 for the TB test already; fine, when I see the doctor , she said she cannot fill my form, because some vaccines she need the other doctor send directly to her office, but the doctor who did the TB test for me said it’s OK as long as I bring the photocopies. All my photocopies have doctors’ signature or stamps on. I said fine, just give me the prove of my TB test is negative , but she said that’s would cost $20. Finally she decided to fill the form for me, but she said the cost is $40. OK! Fine! I paid $40 to get two stamps from this clinic! And wasted me 2.5 hours! It’s doesn’t matter how many patients you are serving, just be professional! All the patients who are going to the clinic they need help, be professional!

Won't recommend to go if you are new patient here. No one cares. Was standing at the reception for 15min and then waited for another 45min, still not my turn. Saw people came after me going first and that too without any appointment. Finally when I asked how long its gonna be, I came to know that I was booked with the doctor who was not even there and was going to arrive after half an hour when I asked.Also, the receptionist girl has no medical knowledge I guessed by the answers I got. So successfully wasted about 2 hours of my day without even consulting Doctor.

There are several reasons for giving this doctor 1 star, but the main reason for my rating is the excessive waiting time to take any medical appointment. I understand that there are some complications but waiting a minimum of two and a half hours each time you go to the doctor is Disrespectful for patients' time, especially considering that your time with the doctor is 10 minutes.

Friendly staff, clean office. Thank You for everything! To the other reviewers: Every doctor's office has a wait, they are working their butts off in there, it's not like they're doing nothing and enjoying making you wait. Babies take priority as well (of course!) so keep that in mind before complaining. Grow up and bring a book or a gameboy if you don't like it lol

I will start off by saying I am NOT a patient of this clinic. However they incessantly call me looking for someone that I've told then numerous times is not me and that I've had this number for a decade. I've told them countless times to remove my phone number. Every time I'm told they have and yet I'm still getting calls.

Horrible experience, went about concerns by physician about my blood work, and concerns about my arm going numb/throbbing. Told me because of my job, that it's normal and also, sent me on my way told em to take Tylenol. Was very dissatisfied and disappointed. Do kit ecommend and health services should do a check on then

I am in love with this clinic, doctor Idris is one of the best Doctors who genuinely cares for his patients. One drawback is the waiting. But once the waiting is over and you are there for your appointment you will feel that waiting was totally worth it. God Bless the staff so friend and very professional. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Disappointed! Receptionist works poorly! We had a scheduled appointment! Luckily I called to confirm today and found out that there is no doctor today and they close at 6 pm while my appointment is supposed to be at 6-30 pm. What is the attitude for scheduled appointments?!?! You don’t respect your patients at all!!!

I came because of my eczema that the doctor diagnosed as “ringworm” and I began taking ringworm treatment options - only to worsen my eczema because it was NEVER ringworm. Felt like he wanted to get me out of there, and didn’t care what I had to say. I knew it wasn’t ringworm - but I trusted this “professional”

I would give negative stars if I could. Lack of communication and competence between staff, long wait, moving me from room to room, lack of compassion and money hungry. If you can find somewhere else to take care of you… please go there and don’t waste your time here. Absolutely no help.

I needed a refill for my medication, and it was great seeing Dr. Idris today. He takes the time to listen to your health concerns and is very understanding. The receptionists are also kind, caring, and helpful. I recommend Dr. Idris for anyone who is looking for a family doctor.

I wish I could give zero star. Multiple reasons: 1) I went to this clinic for quite some time, when I first booked my appointment, they made me wait 2 hours. I thought it might be because they might be busy.

They were really nice and I didn't have to wait 3 hours to see a doctor, also they helped me figure out I was misdiagnosed by the last place I was at a week prior.

They do not do phone calls and are very disorganized. The Dr. laughed at my questions multiple times. Would not recommend going here.
