We were referred here for my son as he had gained a significant amount of weight in a short amount of time. At our 3rd visit we were told they couldn't weigh him because the scale was broken and they don't have a backup. When asked if the scale may have been wrong at our last visit at the beginning of July our dietitian said "maybe". We try not to weigh him too much at home because I dont want to give him a complex. But I weighed him when we got home today and since the last time I weighed him at home he has put on nearly 10 lbs. Do not trust these dietitians they don't know what they are talking about. We were suggested to give him nestle splash water and after doing my own research I found this is actually not good for him either. We will be going to a private clinic and paying for it out of pocket. This is the quality of our "free" healthcare in this country. I am beyond upset that I trusted these idiots with my sons health.

I met Dr Voth for an intake, and though I liked her; we mutually decided I would take 7 days to think about whether I would switch to her or not. I subsequently elected not to switch at this time. I wanted to send her a professional email, so I was not just declining; but also adding some personal pleasantries if you will. The office staff said they would call me back; after checking with the Dr to release the email address. They then returned my call, to tell me the clinic does not converse via email and my time to decide had expired (it had been 8 days) I most definitely will not be second guessing my decision ‘not to switch to this Dr…. I feel like I dodged a bullet. First impressions can be deceiving and not always in a good way.

Family doctors are scarce across Canada, and after a long wait, we were blessed to have been able to secure a family doctor, let alone a super good one! Dr. Voth is one of the best doctors I have ever had! She is keen to listen and work with you to determine the root of the problem. If there's anything she doesn't know, she will ask the team of other professionals that she works with. I appreciate a doctor who doesn't assume that they know everything and is willing to be extra thorough before diagnosing or treating an issue. Dr. Voth provides great communication, genuine care, and the clinic has an easy online booking service to boot.

Our last family doctor (who retired) we had for 25 plus years so to be honest we were nervous about seeing someone new.... Dr. Moore has been incredible. Our family has been seeing her since the practice opened. She is Kind, thorough, direct, makes you feel heard, and my daughters do not feel the slightest bit nervous with anyone there. We are so grateful that the Queensdale Clinic opened! Thank you Dr. Moore and your wonderful staff :)

I have avoided doctors for the last 11 years, hating the experience until I recently switched to this clinic. Omg what a relief! Super friendly and attentive staff, nice clean offices, and a wonderful doctor. So grateful they took me on as a new patient and for the first time in a really long time I feel positive about medical care and visiting my doctor. Thank you Queensdale for your wonderful care.

Dr. Voth has been a great family doctor, professional, kind and very thorough. We have only been with her for a few months and she has already helped me with multiple issues that I have seen many other doctors about. The offices are clean and the staff are very friendly and attentive. I am so grateful for her and the clinic!

Dr Voth made me feel heard and validated. She's professional without being condescending. I don't feel rushed through our appointments and I appreciate that she takes such thorough notes so there's nothing to rehash at followups.

Dr Klostermann is on time, and you never feel rushed during the appointment. She really listens to your concerns. Very happy I was able to get in to this clinic.
