I went through three other locksmiths before coming across this company. First off when you call so called locksmiths they outsource their customer service, so you are getting bombarded with several companies trying to sell you their services. The three locksmiths who came none of them knew what they were doing. One of them messed up my door by taking the paneling off to remove the door lock. When I called this company I spoke directly to them it wasn’t a outsourced customer service line. The technician sounded like he knew exactly what he was doing and he did, the pricing was reasonable and he made my key quickly and efficiently. They literally saved my day thank you so much! This third ward resident is extremely pleased, and I will recommend you to all my friends and family. I’m now a customer for life!

The guy that came charged me $100 just to pop my door open with the car still locked! He tried pulling a button you can only push which was also my WINDOW button. I had to question him Bc I didn’t hear my car unlock! It still wasn’t unlocked when he opened my door until he pushed the unlock button! His excuse was he didn’t have his glasses on!! Waist of money!! And will be contacting the manager if my door hinge is bent when I look at it after I get done with work! Absolutely rediculous!!! I could have broke my door myself!

I called to get someone to remove a mailbox lock (a 5-10 minute job) and then replace with a new cylinder lock (a $10 part). I am an out of town landlord so I could not go by the property and do it myself. They had someone call me back and they wanted $125 to do the work. I know for a fact that this is crazy high as I have had deadbolts unlocked and replaced for less. Beware of inflated pricing when dealing with Champ...

If i could give less than one star i would. Very rude and unprofessional tech. Dispatch failed to get my address. Tech cut me off several times as i was trying to explain its a simple deadbolt i need picked. (Not drilled off) he proceeds to tell me he refuses to give me a price estimate and then cuts me off again as im trying to further explain and says there is nothing he can do and hangs up. Ya'll a joke of a company

I have so much respect for this young man, Moe I thank him so much for last night to come to the apartment to make a car key he did a wonderful job and fast. Check on everything before he left us . 0 stars I needed to get another key cut since I lost mine and the guy was telling me I needed to change the whole ignition which wasn’t the case. And charged me $50 for a key that didn’t work. I called someone else he came with the same key code and had me back on the road fast wouldn’t recommend this place they don’t know what they are doing

I lost my only key to my Toyota and went to the dealership where they told me I would have to tow the car there and it would be $1400 to replace the key and re program the cars computer. What a scam. I called champ locksmith and they got someone out to me within 20 mins and were able to make a key and program it to my car for only $220.

Idan was a lifesaver. I have a terrible work schedule at the moment and he was flexible and willing to meet meet me at a time and place tht was convenient for me. He was also very trustworthy and professional during the process. Hopefully I don’t lose my key again but If I do I will definitely be reaching out to Idan!

Quick and professional locksmith, called to schedule an appointment to have 2 spare keys made for a new motorcycle i just purchased and he had it done the same day in an hour for only 100$ he also used some lube for anti sieze on my locks aswell and gave me some great advice for maintenance id recommend him again

They answered the phone right away. I had locked my keys in my trunk, and they sent Nick out to help me. He was kind and courteous, and he went the extra mile to get me to my keys. Bit of a wait, but I did some shopping and chatted with a a neighbor. It was late and he had been on a job out in the burbs.

My experience with nick from was awesome. I had called 4 other companies and no one would help or was able to even give a quote. He was here within the hour and had me back on the road in 15 minutes. Friendly. Courteous and sympathetic to my issue. Not to mention cost effective. Thanks.
