Absolutely disgusted at the treatment I revived today. Upon arriving I was made to feel extremely unwelcome, eventually I was acknowledged and told to take a seat which I duly did. After a couple of minutes a lady came up and without any communication put the protective cape over me, not even a smile or 'what can we do for you' She was then rather rough and pulled my hair up making me wince and I was surprised by the discomfort. I was then told it's an extra £10 for long hair ( as I had purchased a Groupon Voucher). I have absolutely no problem with this as it was indeed in the small print but I had failed to notice it. However because of the way I was treated I wouldn't have given them an extra penny let alone anything else. So I left. I actually came out in tears at the way I was treated. I will be making a formal complaint to Groupon as well. Please avoid this, quite frankly, awful salon. If I could give it minus stars I would!!!

I booked via the Groupon deal & booked directly with Sam for haircut & blow dry offer On the day I rang in the morning to confirm my time & rang again on my way as I got lost Both occasions phone calls fine & they said still come to my appointment I was running 15 minutes late by the time I found the salon advertised as Hair by Sam on the deal not as Changes I honestly would not of minded to change my appointment to a later time but Sam's tone & dismissal of me was rude! I do not tolerate that tone from anyone “Rae we can’t do it now your late” as I said it was her tone plus running late which I made them aware of by courtesy call! So please can you get some proper training on how to talk to potential customers! It’s very unprofessional Rae

PLEASE DO NOT LET THE OWNER OF THIS SALON SCAM YOU owner is Debbie . She promotes Groupon vouchers from one of her members of staff Sam ( who is lovely ) . Bought a voucher tried to redeem it and owner Debbie will not honour it , she was just awful and rude a total nasty woman . From what I can see and read she SCAMS people into buying Groupon vouchers and not redeem them . I feel sorry for the lovely lady Sam who works there and would have loved to have my hair done by her . I even feel she is trying to sabotage her own member of staff clientele such a shame . If anyone knows Sam personally I would love to book her privately . Please do not let the nasty lady scam you !

5star++++ Originally found on groupon last year and went back to Sam again even after moving out of bham because someone else had messed my hair up, definitely wouldn't go anywhere else now. So she re-done half a head of highlights and cut and blow. I'm so happy with it I knew Sam would look after me. She kept true to her word of charging only a little bit more if I come back even after a year. She really has made my year. Sam is exactly how I remember her, smiley and considerate, can have a laugh, always tries to meet your needs and wants . Thanks Sam your a Star Ps. Before and after photos is the proof in the pudding!

Avoid this place!!!! Extremely rude people. Trying to book for a Groupon, in the moment you say is from Groupon they put lots of excuses that they have nothing available or that the woman that does it is sick or that she only does it one day a week and they will call back, I was trying to books for months and the answer was we will call you back this week…. Not even an apology but just nasty and rude people. For sure I do NOT recommend this place to anyone.

Very unprofessional, a child washed my hair, which I thought was very unprofessional, especially if you are paying for full service to be carried out by a professional. The hair drying and cutting was very aggressive. I had a lot of scratches on my forehead after having my hair brushed and dryed very aggressively. Was not impressed with the service at all. Will not be going back.

Booked a groupon deal for this place. When I called up to book, as soon as I mentioned the word 'Groupon' the receptionist would change her tone and suddenly say she is busy or out at the moment. Called up to around 6 times to try and book as no one was calling me back. In the end I got a refund on my Groupon voucher as I had had enough

Had my hair cut coloured and blow dried today To say I am pleased is an understatement. From beginning to end I was treated so lovely, Sam who did my hair is a magician thank you so much Sam. I would highly recommend the shop friendly and such a happy salon. Keep up the good work ladies xxxx

Had a really good experience. Sam was lovely, friendly and welcoming. My haircut was gorgeous. I originally wanted long layers at the back and layers at the front, but Sam advised against layering at the back as my hair would look more thinner. I have rebooked for my next haircut!

Had balayage at Changes salon for both myself and my daughter and was very impressed with Sam she’s brilliant, would recommend her highly. Such a lovely person too and does her very best to achieve the right colour you want. Will be sticking to Sam from now on.

Sam was amazing.. She gave me a beautiful hair colour and hair cut as I am never sure on what suits my face. We had a good conversation as well. Sam is talented with lovely personality to match and I would definitely go again!

Miserable staff . Was a few minutes late for a pre booked appointment and woman said we missed our slot but didn't seem to have any other customers . Attitude was poor and I recomend a customer service training course .

I am giving 1 star for the salon and 4 stars for the service This place is really really filthy... The decor is awful and a looks like a very unclean salon. However, the women working here are very friendly

Not recommended. We've been waiting for 20 minutes before we left as no-one was interested to greet and advise about waiting time. On top of this shop would use some cleaning.

Debbie and Sam always do a great job. Would definitely recommend. Friendly and professional, wouldn't use anyone else. Great for colours and cut, and also fabulous root perms.

Salon very dirty, had a colour and cut. Colour wasn't too bad but the cut looked like an amateur had done it. Had to pay another hairdressers to fix my hair
