They took the time to listen to my concerns and ensure that I felt comfortable throughout the entire visit. Dr. Kat's expertise and professionalism makes every visit enjoyable. The way she explained each step of the procedure, putting any anxiety I had at ease. Not only was the dental care top-notch, but the entire office was clean and well-maintained, creating a welcoming and calming environment. The dentists are amazing, they are really great dentists, highly knowledgeable and skilled. They use modern equipment. They give me a solid, thorough check-up to make sure I get the care I need and they are very honest, they only recommend treatments that are actually necessary. I really trust them and feel like I am in good hands. All the staff at the clinic are very good and super nice. They all wear masks, gowns, hair covers, lots of PPE and follow safe practices. The dentists wear super tight fitting extra safe masks. I feel very safe there. The clinic is very clean and the atmosphere feels very warm, friendly and welcoming. It has a very nice home-like, community feel. They always have nice shows to watch on TV during treatments and really awesome plants around the office in various cool containers.

I've been terrified of the dentist since I was little, to the point I avoided the dentists as much as possible but this clinic has completely changed that. The receptionist, Nicole is so kind and helps me with my insurance at every visit, Elham is an amazing dental assistant and always checks in on me when I get work done to make sure my anxiety isn't getting overwhelming, and Dr. Fatima (my apologies if I misspelled her name) explained everything at the beginning of the procedure and took her time to explain steps going forward at the end. I thought I would never be able to get regular dentistry done without some form of sedation but here I am able to get things done without anything other than the staff's kindness and reassurance. I'm so glad I found this clinic!

One of the best dental offices that I've ever been to. The facilities are clean and bright. But it's the staff that makes me come back every 6 months. Right from the reception, you are greeted with a friendly professional. Then you meet your hygienist, who makes you comfortable as they begin examining your mouth and teeth. All while having a friendly conversation with your hygienist, you forget that they are cleaning your teeth. Then you meet your dentist. Who will complete your examination, then discuss the state of your teeth. Without any influence, you talk about the care and maintenance of your mouth and teeth. You just get the feeling that right from the beginning, everybody you meet here genuinely care about you and your dental health.

I have never experienced this level of care and sensitivity! I was blown away. Before my first appointment I disclosed that I have a nerve pain condition that has made past dental and hygiene experiences incredibly painful. They made sure there was enough time in my appointment to discuss my access needs and to my delight and surprise Dr. Muzar came prepared with some research on my condition and suggestions for how to make my experience more comfortable. I cannot thank everyone I dealt with enough for making me feel so supported and at ease. Plus - the assessment and suggestions I got for continued dental health were thorough and accessible. Happy teeth! Happy human! Cannot recommend this place highly enough!

We have been visiting Chapel Hill dental for a year or so now. We have had nothing but amazing experiences. We have had both Dr. Ing and Dr. Muzar for dentists and a few of their friendly and professional hygienists as well. My son is on the spectrum and dentist visits are not easy but both dentists and their associates have made this experience perfect for my son. They take the time to explain everything as they go and they even developed hand signals for him to use if he needed a break. This makes dental visits so much easier for our family. The staff here are excellent and extremely kind. The front staff/ reception greeted me right away and were very welcoming and kind. My dental hygienist was extremely gentle with me (i have sensitive teeth) and made me feel comfortable and relaxed! Just when I thought it couldn’t get any better the dentist walks in with “smiling eyes” and such a positive and happy attitude. They were both very willing to explain what they were doing an when. I am very impressed with the covid precautions that are being taken, good job team! Recommending Chapel Hill Dental to everyone! :)

Recently made the move to Chapel Hill Dental and I’m very pleased thus far with the difference. Going to the dentist is seldom a pleasant experience but the staff at Chapel Hill Dental made it as pleasant as one could hope. From reception, to filling, to departure they were very professional and kind. The dentist took the time before hand to speak to me, on my level, regarding what to expect during the procedure and again afterward regarding what to expect in the coming days. Overall a great experience, all things considered. :)

Really, really impressed with the level of service, attention to detail, and personalized care provided at Chapel Hill Dental. I have experienced many different dentists over the years and this is by far the best one I have ever had the pleasure of going to. They are extremely professional and systematic while at the same time making you feel as though you are a valued patient. On the whole I would highly recommend them!

Excellent people. Very friendly. Extremely well organized and efficient, especially during the COVID restrictions. I changed to this dental office after my previous dentist recommended multiple crowns after complaining about a bit of tooth pain. They did an evaluation, fitted me for a better nite guard and suggested just keeping an eye on those teeth. Have had no issues since that time so they have earned my trust.

A good solid visit. Alexa was sociable and thorough and Dr. Muzar checked my x-rays and found no cavities. I still need to floss more, though! They did notice what appeared to be grinding wear on my molars and suggested a nocturnal mouth-guard, but we both decided to wait and see if there is any further wear at the next appointment before considering other options.

Trip to see the good folks at Chapel Hill Dental today for a crown. Although I was dreading the experience, turns out the anticipation I felt was wasted. The dentist Dr.Muzar and assistant Tori did such an amazing job I can honestly say that the time flew by with little to no pain the whole time. Thanks again for making this visit a easy and pleasant one!

Dr.Muzar and team are unbelievable! My daughter had a fall at school and they were able to have her seen in a timely manner and refer her to a specialist to be seen that same day. We brought our 8 year old daughter for her first ever dentist appointment. The staff was so pleasant. Even when they were running a little behind, they made sure that we had updates on when we'd be able to go in.
