This place is a great bank, and since I don’t work here anymore, I will be the first to speak on the Anthony Mccool comment. I remember the situation as if it was yesterday. Anthony came to the branch during the COVID-19 time where business was giving the stimulus business checks. When Anthony walked in I didn’t have an appointment but to be generous, and not have him come back I told him , I would take care of him , and let him know ahead of time I do have an appointment at 12:30. He was fine if I had to stop , and he accepted that information( no one repeated this information over and over again) When he said down I asked him a pretty straightforward question, “ what does your business do”? He was flipping through pages of a notebook trying to find the answer . “I asked him what was the name of the business” (politely) He then again was flipping through pages trying to find the answer. I asked to see his notebook , and in the notebook someone was telling him what the business name should be , what address to put down , different names for diffrent cards , user names for different people , and so for. I told this information to my colleague, and they informed me to politely tell Anthony we can’t open this account. Many people at Chase are taking advantage of , so it’s right protocol to ask someone to leave if this is occurring. No one yelled at Anthony or called him names . At this time I was 22 years old , and he was over 30. No grown man is going to let someone 10 years younger than scream and insult them . Anthony was the only person insulting , all you have to do is look at the review . All you have to do is click on his profile , and he is giving everyone 1 star , and insulting everyplace , and stating everyone yells at him. If everyone is yelling and insulting you , sounds like you the problem. I see so many people complain about silly things like no notary or asking for IDENTIFICATION, the tellers do not make the rules at the bank institution , do you really want your bank not to follow proper guidelines? The main reason there is no notary is because we have to work there 5 days a week during week days Same hours as the court office we get the notary from. Banks are not the only place on earth that perform notaries . UPS, USPS , and many more perform notary services. Many banks will not have a notary because of it’s not a requirement, and the high turnover rate. I wish some customers would give some bank employees a break. You have to memorize procedures , hit sales goals , deal with yelling customers all for the same pay as a target employee. This is why the turnover rate is high , and there’s a new banker every time you walk in

This is by the far the worst Chase Bank I have ever been to. The banker named Jeremiah was cocky, rude, arrogant, condescending, and curt! I understand that there is a procedure when opening up a business account, however, I was not informed of what it was prior to coming to the bank because no one answers the phone at this branch location. I also tried scheduling an appointment online via their website to speak with a banker over the phone before coming in for an appointment. There's some sort of internal glitch that prevents me from doing so. Before I even sat down to begin the process, he informed me that he had an appointment at 12:30 pm. The overall process would take 1 hour to complete so I might have to return if we don't finish. I didn't mind any of that, but I do mind being told constantly that same concern over and over as if I am some sort of child. Especially when I asked if I should come back at a later time that is convenient for you. He insisted that I stay and proceeded. I even told him that this was my first time opening a business account and despite the forewarning he still chose to insult and antagonize me stating that I didn't know what I was doing. The sheer disrespect and lack of class is why I don't bank with this company. I don't like being talked to as if I am a child by someone who doesn't even introduce themselves before they begin conducting business. It's unfortunate because he seems like a likable guy, but his mannerisms toward me indicate laziness, entitlement, and waywardness. The fast talking and slick comments are not appreciated at all. I feel as though my time was wasted. Be cautious when doing business at this location. There is something amiss about this branch. The greeter was the only friendly face that I came across.

Banking can be tedious, banking can be full of rules and regulations. It takes an experienced, make-it-happen-kind-of-teammember to provide efficient, courteous service while still upholding the regulations inherent to the banking industry. I had a great experience this past week with associate Terry Belton who works the 218 Peachtree location of Chase. I have been a long-time consumer-account-holder at Chase, and she helped me get started on the more-involved business-banking account and Visa Ink card with Chase. It was a busy day at the bank, lots of clients and limited appointment availability for the lengthy task I had. Ms. Belton made it happen with a smile and a great attitude. Five Stars!

The offer to pause CC payments and then continuing to change interests is halfhearted and deceiving attempt to help real people in need. Notably frustrated with the bank in general. I was planning on switching business banking and checking accounts over from Wells Fargo but due to the fact that they will not forgive a small amount of interest during their "Covid Delayed Payments Offer" I will likely look elsewhere and cancel my credit cards. I have spent well over hundreds of thousands of dollars with Chase over the past decades and was hoping they would set up. I am sure this branch has helpful employees but felt the need to ask for change on the public platform I have access to.

Chase merchant services is terrible. I swiped a customer's card and nothing happened, no decline message or anything but money was pending on customer's account. So I swiped my debit card to see if something was wrong with my machine. Chase closed my quick pay access over. It was for $5 the company discriminates against small business. My friend had a chargeback which happens often due to a Customer lying and they suspended his account without even asking him for proof of the transaction. Please don't due business with this company.

If you are African American do not waste your time coming to this bank, the African American workers racially profile you. Lol. How ironic. Worst experience ever. The fact that she gave me some made up excuse as to why she could not cash a legitimate CHASE check was just disrespectful and the employees played in my face after I asked probing questions that they could not come up with the answers to. Two thumbs down. Do better! I’ve also called customer service and the branch manager to file a formal complaint.

I called twice at different times and the tellers waste our time telling us something different when the banker is available. I don't know why the busiest person is the only notarer. Go online, schedule an appointment for an hour, schedule two for crying out loud and be a no show to one to make sure they accommodate you after wasting my time coming in even calling to check up. That is exactly what yall deserve after how your branch treats customers.

I was helped by their Personal Banker, Jeremiah, who was super cool and easy to work with. I was also helped by a banker named Erika who was really helpful and professional too. There used to be a guy named Nick who worked there who was awesome at his job and way chill, seems like they just hire really cool people here. 10/10 would def recommend!

I would give it no starts if I could. The 2 African Americans lady customer service reps have the nasiest customer service demeanors. Either they need to be evaluated and replaced or that location simply needs to be shut down. The reviews seriously do not lie this is by far one of the worse bank customer service experiences you will encounter
