Phillip Battle, Samuel Rosenbloom and the Branch Manager were exceptional. I was going to close my account because of such poor service at Chesire Branch location. This branch turned things around with the level of professionalism and service that I expect. This surly should be a training branch for other locations.

Hands down best location in Atlanta! Nicole went above and beyond to help fix some issues with my account. Completely restored my faith in Chase as a financial institution. I cannot thank her enough! I will only visit this location from now on. Great experience

Not good customer service! The staff doesn't provide good support nor guidance with customer issues as it relates to opening new bank accounts or closing existing ones. Staff not eager to help customers with their immediate needs when issue
