We live in Prospect so our preferred option is always the Chemist Warehouse at Sefton plaza, however my wife wanted to buy a perfume and we also had to get some pain relievers so we went to the one at Hampstead road to explore the perfume section as we had heard that it’s a big CW. The staff there except the Asian lady at the pharmacy and the security, were extremely hostile (for the lack of a better word). When we asked them anything, they would not reply in the first instance and we had to ask them twice/thrice for everything. Two girls - one who was white and short and the other one who had orange hair were so impolite that we will never go back there again. The staff at the Sefton Plaza Chemist Warehouse is extremely nice and very friendly. It’s always a pleasure to be in the CW at Sefton Plaza. If not for anything else then this place certainly has the caliber to spoil your mood and if people want to make the rest of their day pathetic and spoil their mood, then it’s the perfect place to be at. Disgusted.

*** BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE ***...The worst Chemist Warehouse and pharmacy EVER!!!! Their lack of caring and understanding is disgusting and has been reported for ethics and discrimination and the security guard there accused me of shoplifting and locked the doors on me to search me and found nothing yet wouldn't let me leave, that is illegal and he attacked my daughter a month ago laying hands on her and I had to break it up. She also had stolen nothing. Unnecessary and unacceptable behaviour from people who are in the field of helping and making you safe! Putrid place and if you chose or have to go there please be aware they will judge you really badly for no reason. I was getting a script and essentials for travelling interstate even had to ring my doctor while I was there. Avoid avoid avoid they're just a horrible store unfortunately there was only one decent person there who helped and it's all on camera. I'll be taking this further. If I could give no stars I would!

Service on prescriptions is appallingly slow with no heads up or pro active comms from the pharmacist how long it would take to get the prescription. Waited for 45mins then told me it will take just 5more mins and im next in the queue. After 10mins of additional waiting, I left and returned the following day to my surprise that it's still not ready and they have not picked my order yet. The guy pharmacist argued with me that it was my mistake and to admit that he told me it will take longer, which i am pretty sure he did not mention any. Regardless of what the issue is, I told him to just get the order completed, but he was.more interested to argue and make his point rather than serving customers. Not sure if this is the standard that Chemist warehouse has set with their employees. Truly disappointing.

I’ve been buying most of my prescription medicines in this chemist warehouse branch for 2 years, its been nice quick dispatch of medicines by the pharmacist and a good courtesy of the rest of the staff, ever since they changed with the inverted “U” SHAPE HAIR GUY pharmacist together with his SMALL GUY assistant their services went really bad for the last few months, you have to wait for atleast 40mins for your prescription. If you have multiple prescription make sure to double check if you have the right one and right medicines as I have experienced to come back twice to get the right and missed prescribed medicines. Please fix your staff in your prescription area. If you want me to be more specific I can state their name here and pictures.

Purchased a fragrance after testing and came back 20mins later to return it as it smelled awful and very strong. Fragrance was unopened and had my receipt with me, asked to exchange that with a more expensive fragrance and the manager refused outright that it's not the policy. Surprisingly, called 4 other chemist Warehouse's and all of them were happy to exchange if i had the receipt and the package was unopened. Went back and explained this situation to the manager who refused again. I guess either the manager had a problem with me or was having a bad day and took it out on me. Either way a disappointing experience at this store and I'm glad I was able to exchange my purchase at another store.

Never come to this Chemist again! The security is judgemental and racist, which is totally unacceptable. I understand your job is to prevent thefts but it shouldn't be like this. My family went there for shopping today, spent the money and doing right things there, even we showed that guy the receipt after paid. That guy was so disrespectful, impolite and staring my family asked to check the handbag! Ridiculous! Dont you know that this is very disrespectful to a person to check a person's bag in front of a crowd? Why do you have to purposely make someone embarrassed? And we have done nothing wrong! What a bad experience and customer service in there?

Despite the reviews I've read before making my review, I was served by a kind lovely young lady named Shannon (I hope I got the correct spelling). She was polite upon arrival when I put my script in for special baby formula. I was holding my 1 year old son at the time and she offered to take the tins (boxes) up to the front counter. She knew I couldn't carry everything at once and had left the pram in the car. After purchasing She even offered to take them to the car for me!! It made the whole experience enjoyable and I felt as though I was taken care of. It's the simple things like this which go a long way! Thank you Shannon.

Extremely poor customer service and rude staff members. One of the Asian/Chinese staff called Billy does not deserve to work in Customer service. They really need training on how to deal with customers. Pharmacy staff is also very rude. The pharmacy staff refused to serve me because the store was closing in 5 minutes and all I wanted is one medication. Everyone deserves to be served if a store is open. After arguing for 5 minutes the pharmacy staff finally decided to serve me and it only took her 30 seconds to process my script. Very arrogant staff. Disappointing.

It's one of the worst service in the world. Kim Lee pharmacist staff dose not have knowledge at all. He is very rude with customers as well. I know Chemist warehouse sometime price wise cheaper than other pharmacy but there is last quality of service. There is no knowledge and experience staff there so I don't prefer shopping there. I will prefere chemist king to shop because of there is really good service, experience staff and pharmacist. I will not recommend chemist warehouse to anyone to shop this place. Ignore chemist warehouse and support other pharmacy.

I accidentally picked up the wrong vitamins on the 16th of June ,I attended this morning to simply get a refund or swap for the ones I wanted . I was told they do not do this and will not refund nor let me swap . The girl on the checkout was extremely rude. The package was sealed and in the exact same condition as when purchased. I will never spend another cent in this store of which I usually spend close to 200 a month on different supplements and medicine , Essential oils make up etc. You have lost yourself a customer such bad service

Went to fill a script there yesterday and was asked by the pharmacist why we were laughing. My husband and I both said pardon to him and he then replied "Are you laughing cause I'm Asian?". This comment took us both by surprise. We were only smiling to be friendly to the people around us and thought this was such a racist comment from him to say this to us. Over my 33 years of being a teacher I have never come across such an arrogant comment spoken towards me. I will never be going back here again. So dissapointed with the boy.

Extremely poor and rude service. As a recently diagnosed diabetic I am still learning how it all works and what discounts one can get as registered on the NDSS. Not only was I redirected back to the chemists who gave me the test tabs and sharps to get the NDSS discount, (which by the way I was told should be discounted for the test tabs and the sharps should be free) shouldn’t he have known that to start, but when I got back to the cashier the only discount was on the test tabs which after I got home they forgot to apply

I’ve been buying most of my prescription medicines in this chemist warehouse branch but I really had a very bad experience. Very bad pharmacist and staff. They did not returned Regaine topical solution with Regaine foam solution on the next day of purchase. It was in same condition as I purchased although they denied to exchange it. Now I don't have any use of it as I used it before and it is causing me some side effects. I think this franchise deserve 0 star. Very pathetic experience.

Poor customer service and click and collect queue is a Joke. The Manager hefself just left without serving in the middle as it was her finish time! Good customer service lesseon for other staff members!! then head Nurse told me they lack staff.So, I have to wait more! Poor management. The only positive side is Only price and thats why people give 5 stars otherwise customer service , Parking , knowledge of staff , 30mins waiting time all are so poor but management doesn't care!!

Reached pharmacy with a prescription at 7.53 PM while they were closing at 8 PM. The pharmacist told me in the rudest way possible that he will not get it for me as I am late. It was just a single medicine, regardless customers deserve to be served if they are in the store before closure; if not at least show the least courtesy to communicate it appropriately! Everyone has a hectic day, after-all. It’s a paid service and customers do not come to get something for free!!

Disgrace service from the modbury store went in there the lady did not even want to touch the script you know paper can't carry covid also they wanted to charge almost double the price for the script I had compared to another chemist this is why there prices for the rat tests were higher than anyone else in the state the government needs to crack down on you as your overcharging for them and pbs scripts by double the price don't shop before you compare the prices

Just came across probably the rudest pharmacist this afternoon. Absolutely appalling to see lack of empathy being a health professional and full of reverse sarcasm. Avoid mid aged male blonde pharmacist and young blonde girl in glasses who was stocking at the time wasn’t any different. This pharmacy had some amazing pharmacist in the past. Now they don’t seem to care as they are always busy. Would recommend the one at Modbury Triangle.

Very poor customer service. I will go somewhere else next time. Wait times are more than 45 mins. Pharmacists and staff provide no help. Every person in this store including guards are grumpy - no smile, no customer service nothing! Intimidating African security guard and an African and Indian staff stares at customers for no reason! I buy around $3000 worth of stuff every year from your store but will take by business somewhere else.

Today I've a bed experience with the male pharmacist who was refused me to supply Timoptol XE, Prescribed eye drop due to run out but any how after 20 minutes the gentle female pharmacist, she served me the same medicine, I'm appreciated her service, my question here first time it was run out after a while how come the medicine was available, the answer is quality service by the another female pharmacist. I got a perfume from the chemist, 3 days later I went back to exchange the perfume (the person who I bought the perfume already have that one and its was not crazy about it ).first they ask me for a receipt, so I gave them the receipt, then they told me that no exchange or refund on perfumes and a lot of others articles. THEY SHOULD ADVERTISE THIS POLICY MORE PUBLICLY, or on the receipt, No Happy Discount.

Went to the counter and asked the lady "just wondering if you have this" and her response was "what's this?" Followed by "we don't sell this anymore" I asked if there was anything similar or they had changed packaging etc and she said "I dunno". Some training might be in order to know products and help shopper out. Her rudeness made me leave and go elsewhere for a product I could've bought from there.

Very bad experience. I went to return the thing which was just purchased a day before and wasn't even opened. I wanted to return as it was purchased by mistake. I even said that I would buy another thing instead of that but they refused. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE. I would have given a zero rating if possible. Always takes much more time than what you are told Price beat is a joke where one is told that generic brands too are not comparable. Horrible customer service from the pharmacist. That man does not know how to speak to another person. Unlike any other pharmacy they take half an hour to prepare your medications but I was still a regular customer there until yesterday. The guy I dealt with yesterday is one of the most rude persons I have met so far. I do not recommend this place to anyone anymore.

Management need to look into this. Sale price stickers not updated even after 28 hrs into sale; staff told that they have too many stickers to put on. Moreover not even a single catalogue in the shop so that customers can atleast check the prices of sale items there. Staff at the counter told while checking out “ should have brought your own catalogue from home”

Honestly avoid this pharmacy at all costs. Absolutely rude and shocking service from cubby, which balding pharmacist is the biggest W-anchor. Not to mention the disgusting staff on the floor, literally non stop swearing amount each other at loud volumes in the middle of store. The wait time is also ridiculous and so unprofessional.

The worst service. Went to do a click and collect order - half the items ‘unavailable for click and collect’ things like shampoo and beauty items. Didn’t bother ordering in the end as the whole point of click and collect is to save time. But no point in ordering 5 out of 10 items as the 5 items were unavailable. Shopped elsewhere.

Why put clearance makeup right near the register so im in the way with the pram. Its not items that you just grab. You have to have a good look at the colors. Isles too narrow as well. My one year old grabs all of the tickets down. Love that they have $10 loreal and maybelline foundations though no testers.

Easy to get to from where I live. Always quick to get prescriptions and if it's ever slow in service, it's because of the customers and not the staff. I also like how there is a charity bin close by so I can drop off some stuff while getting something from the chemist. Very handy.

Lets the Chemist Warehouse brand down. 've used Kilburn store for years, Sefton Park, both no problems. This store; slow and incomplete scripts telling us to return tomorrow for completion, go to Sefton Park, walk in/out with complete script. Will not use this store again!!!!!

Great range, at times great prices, most staff are friendly and will assist when required. Script waiting times have improved and should get even better with their new SMS ordering service. Car park is small and often full so I usually park on the street or walk there.

Parking and customer service are big issues in this store. It’s hard to find parking and also customer service is very poor. You may have to wait for 45 minutes at least to get the prescriptions.
