Firstly you should know that the Chrysler building does NOT have an observatory. That being said, the staff are more than welcoming for you to have a look around the lobby, there's some lovely art work, and it's all kept in the art deco theme like the Empire State Building. More

You do not need tickets to view this building. The building owners let you walk through the building, even if you have to stay against the wall. In one door and out the opposite side. Along the wall there are photos and a bit of history of this beautiful building. More

5 stars for the history and architecture of such a beautiful building, it's just how you'd expect it standing tall and shining in the middleman of Manhattan. 1 star tho for security who are as mentioned by multiple people very rude and need to be changed. More

I had the dream of seeing Chrysler Building since I was young and saw it in the movies. The architecture is breathtaking and it stands out from anywhere you look at the building. I am so happy that I also got the chance to see the lobby

Only allowed into foyer and have to keep to the sides as u walk around . Like walking back into a 1930s time capsule but tbh nothing to see or do here . It’s a building used by private offices so u can’t go above ground level . More

An iconic building just outside the Grand Central Terminal. Hard to miss and worth taking a look at it. You can see the iconic gargoyles featured in so many movies ( Batman, Man in Black, Spiderman etc. ) More

If you love art deco you will love the lobby of this building. Unfortunately when we visited there was no access further than the lobby, but at least it was free to see this stunning lobby. More

Best looking building in New York, New York in my humble opinion. Looks really nice at night when the top of lit up. You can go in the foyer and take a look around which is worth doing More
