After 12 years, as a dedicated movie buff and audiophile, I chose to revisit the V3s mall's new cinema hall with laser screens. Cinepolis at V3S Mall (East Center) is a new addition to the cinema scene, boasting 4 state-of-the-art laser screens. The theater's halls and screens are of medium size, providing an intimate movie-watching experience. During my recent visit, I caught the latest MI7 movie on a laser projector screen, and I must say my experience was exceptional. The quality of picture is really high and the utilization of the SLS 7.1 Dolby sound system added a layer of depth to the audio quality, enhancing the overall cinematic experience. Safety is evidently a priority here, as they are diligently following safety protocols. The seating arrangement caught my attention - while the recliner chairs were impressively comfortable, the standard chairs were a bit of a mixed bag. The flat design of the standard chairs lacked the desired thigh and lower back support for prolonged viewing. Moreover, the flat arms of the chairs didn't provide the cushioning expected for comfort during a lengthy film. One noteworthy observation is that despite being a splendid theater in terms of quality, the insulation for soundproofing doesn't appear to be as effective as one might hope. When there are quiet scenes in the movie, you can hear the faint sounds from the next screen. While not particularly loud, it's still evident enough to be noticed. In addition to that, the air conditioning system at Cinepolis was commendable, ensuring a comfortable environment throughout the screening. The washrooms also stood out in terms of cleanliness and overall quality, providing a hassle-free experience during the movie break. It's clear that Cinepolis has made an effort to ensure a well-rounded and enjoyable cinematic outing. To sum up, my movie experience at Cinepolis was truly enjoyable, although there is still some room for improvement. But, with its top-notch technology, sound system, and adherence to safety norms, I'm inclined to believe that this might become the premier theater in the entire East Delhi region. PS: My previous rating was [2/5], but now I'm delighted to upgrade it to [4.5/5], especially considering this price range of under 400rs.

अब सिर्फ चर्चित ही रह गया , गुणवत्ता बिल्कुल भद्दा हो गया, इनको पता लग गया कि यहां चलचित्र देखने ज्यादातर छात्र ही आते है शायद इसीलिए ऐसी भद्दी गुणवत्ता का प्रयोग किया जा रहा , पिछले कुछ चलचित्र देखने के बाद मैंने यहां की बहुत सारी खामियों को महसूस किया जैसे कि प्रचार - प्रसार का काफी समय तक चलना , ध्वनि की गुणवत्ता बिल्कुल निंदनीय , संगीत चलते समय उसके पीछे की ध्वनि का पता नहीं चलना , बीच बीच में ध्वनि का गायब हो जाना । और जब यहां के सहायक कार्यदर्शी अथवा प्रबंधक से पूछा तो पता चला कि चलचित्र की अनम्य डिस्क (hard-disk) के तकिनिकी खराबी के वजह से ऐसा होता है और हमारे पास ऐसी ही गुणवत्ता वाली अनम्य डिस्क (hard-disk) आती है इसे हम ठीक नहीं कर सकते है। मुझे ऐसा सुनकर काफी हैरानी हुई । अगर आगे ऐसा चलता रहा तो शायद cinepolis के नाम को खराब होते देर नहीं लगेगी । मै आगे आने वाले ग्राहकों से अनुरोध करूंगा की सिर्फ चर्चित ही नहीं गुणवत्ता को भी परखे । और cinepolis से भी अनुरोध करूंगा कि थोड़ा सेवा और गुणवत्ता पर भी ध्यान दे ताकि cinepolis और भी कामयाबी कि पराकाष्ठा पर पहुंचे धन्यवाद।

This review is for the newly opened Cinepolis Cinemas Inside the V3S Mall just opposite to V3S FoodCourt. They have amazing interiors and staff is very co-operative, polite and prompt in service. They have tons of options in snacks , food , drinks and deserts. Their washroom is huge and very clean. They have paid good attention to cleanliness and hygiene. Cinema Seats are very comfortable and legpace is good. Cinemas Picture quality and sound system is also on new standards. They have Dolby 7.1 sound system. The 3d viewing experience is better than their older Cinepolis screens. I hope they maintain the quality of 3d glasses and 3d picture quality in future as well. Price wise tickets are reasonably priced keeping in mind their high standards. Overall a delightful experience .

One the best experience of my life i love to share with you This cinema is located at Laxmi nagar inside v3s mall nearest metro station is Nirman vihar or Laxmi nagar metro station, its on 3rd floor of the mall newly opened and infrastructure is too luxurious Here you will experience the best sound quality which is 7.1 Dolby Atmos, laser projector which makes the double joyful , i visited there at September 2023 when Our bollywood king Khan released Jawan , i have great memories of there which is about little personal of my life, so my experience was totally Double Dhamal , because Movie was amazing story was amazing star cast was amazing

This review is for the newly opened Cinepolis in V3S east mall. It looked to be a brand new Cinepolis. The halls are fitted with extremely comfortable seats with a very wide legroom. The seats support your back and give you good lumbar support so that you can watch your movie in peace. The washrooms were super clean and tidy. Overall, the entire multiplex is very well maintained. Staff is very polite and courteous. Amazing experience.

Very bad experience.. Let me explain why one Star.. today I went to watch movie and there was another family with kid next to my seat.. kid vomited before interval.. I informed to staff about the mess and asked them to clean as soon as possible because smell started there.. Nobody bothered about this.. no one came to clean.. neighborhood people along with me had to watch movie in such atmosphere.. Very very bad experience

Went there with family on 28th May. Watched Gode Gode Chah here. Being in east delhi, they screen Punjabi movies so a good point. They have enough parking space and food options around. You can get meals inside too. The washrooms was decently clean. They are 4-5 screens and the seats are Okish comfortable. The ticket booking counter is in the outer side of the building. Wishing you a great time there.

Good place to watch movies and the quality was excellent you can watch movies in 3D. But there is one thing the prices are not affordable for everyone. And the price of meals are also very high. At time I visited the cinepolis it was ideal place to enjoy a movie with family. It was clean and tidy. Staff treated us generously. But washroom had no water that was awesome.

Suffocation in hall air conditioners not working well. Food items all very expensive, Seating area very uncomfortable seats automatically pushes u downwards u don't have option to sit straight very less space u can't even open ur legs vwey less gap between 2 seata overall not worth ur time avoid going better enjoy movie at local cinema or sitting at home.

The Cinepolis cinemas location is wonderful very near to metro station just 5Minute walking. Recently watch one movie there the seats are ok ok, screen need improvement, the one cold drink medium +large popcorn =Rs680 for one person to much costly in this amount you can eat lunch in haldiram lol Staff was professional but no crowd now a days.

Visited 3rd time • Night show, screen 2 Good Sound quality Value for money I deduct 1 star because there was a stinky, faul smell was there and that makes the environment less enjoyable ( this experience 1st time out of 3visit). Sorry but management should have to spend some resources on that and rest all are good.

The V3S is awsome . This place is near to my flat and its hardly less than an km from my place . We usually see movies here itself in Cinepolis . The ticket price are cheaper according yo other and also their are 3-4 screen Audi. Nice place to rome around too.. recently went to see dreamgirl 2 here

Not worth it. We paid Rs350 per movie tickts for the very top row thinking there will be better seats, but no it was not. Very old seats in not so good condition. Temperation of the audi was not maintained properly. Would not suggest this place to watch movie.

Neat and clean with good atmosphere for families but popcorn and coke combos and other food was very very expensive. 360 rupees for one glass of coke. I took 2 glass of coke one small popcorn and they charged me 720 rupees. Every item is very expensive here.
