Unfortunately fell below my expectations in a few ways. First off I'll start with the good. - amazing seats, comfy recliners - great quality screens, no issue with 3d - the sound was good quality, if a little low, but had something really bad that I'll list below And then the bad - the screens are a little on the smaller side, especially compared to imax and ultra avx - and the reason why I gave it 3 stars instead of 5 stars is because during loud, bass-y scenes, the whole room shakes and not in a good way. I could hear rattling of vents or something which was super distracting during scenes that should have been emersive Overall good experience, but I'll be going to cineplex for the louder action movies.

Horrible customer service, bought tickets online expecting to be able to scan them at the door, waited in line at concessions for 10-20 min. For popcorn and was never told i needed to get my tickets that i already paid for there, when i went to the ticket girl she told me she couldnt scan the phone and i needed to go back in line to get tickets printed (another 20 min) at this point id be late for the movie. I was also informed that they choose when to scan the phones and not. Really horrible situation and ruined my night. I know ill be only going to cineplex from now on.

Wow what a hidden gem! This is the most amazing movie theatre ever!! I’m not a huge fan of going to the movies because the theatres are usual so cramped and very tight but not the case here. You have so much room in between each aisle and the seats fully recline so you can basically lie down! It’s hard to tell from photos but you really have so much space. This place is so amazing everybody needs to go support this place because this is how movie experience should be.

The theater is amazing. They just installed lazy boy type chairs, and it's still never crowded. The staff didn't clean or vacuum out the theater before the show, so there were still candy bar wrappers lying around & popcorn all over the floor.... .. But I'm not gonna take a star off. The fact that there's no screaming children, and we get to sit in comfy lazy boys pretty much makes me willing to tolerate anything

I love this movie theatre! Ever since they renovated and reopened it has been great! The seats are super comfortable and the prices are a lot cheaper than cineplex vip. The screens aren’t imax but they are still decent. The the best thing is the reclining seats. Some theatre rooms are bigger than others and I believe have better sound. You can’t reserve your seat, it’s first come first serve.

I've been to this theatre several times with my grandchildren and appreciated the comfortable seats. However, today, I was appalled by the customer service when I walked in to use the washroom and was refused. The person would permit me to use the washroom as long as I purchased something from the concessions. I'll go elsewhere to see movies from now on or in the comfort of my own home.

Great place , super clean and comfortable. My only issue is I wish they found a more efficient way to manage the concession stand and the ticket purchases. If you're in a rush trying to get into your movie before it starts and there happens to be a big people people in front of you buying popcorn, you may be late or vice versa.

If all movie theatre could take exemple from this one, movies would be a better experience. Staff was very nice the theatre was well kept seats were amazing ! Let’s not forget the price is unbeatable! Keep up the great work ! A must come if you want to enjoy movies in a more enhanced and comfortable atmosphere !

I'm almost hesitant to share this because of all the positive aspects of this theater. It's very clean. I don't drink but alcoholic beverages are available. The theater offers plenty of space in the aisle and the seats recline. What a plus!!! There's nothing negative that comes to mind about this establishment.

I have been in many theatres but this one is the best. The seats are special and the best I have seen in a theatre, very comfortable. Staff is very friendly, nice. Definitely will come back here. Recommend to everyone. One thing I would suggest is to improve the website. Thank you, we had a great time!

We couldn’t have been happier enjoying a movie in a theatre a 15 minute walk away from home. The seats were so comfortable, the aisles wide, and the sound incredible. We will definitely be back frequently. So happy Cinestarz Deluxe Cavendish opened after 2 years of watching movies at home. Thank you!

Getting a bit pricey and the gal at the counter was a bit off putting. This has been our go to theatre for awhile but probs going to hold off returning for awhile. The theatre seats are comfy. Update Aug 2023: Still disappointingly pricey. Staff was much more personable!

Been a long time since I went back to this movie theater recently and was pleasantly surprised it hasn't changed a bit ..clean,many screens and right inside Cavendish mall..why stay home and not enjoy watching movies on the big screen for a reasonable ticket price?..

Seats are comfortable, price is cheaper than other cinema. Only down is the clealiness. When we went in one of the rooms, the previous clients left their trash at some seats. Staff member should have checked and cleaned the room before letting the next clients in.

Super nice and beautiful movie theater. The seating is super comfy and it feels better than the imax V.I.P but for so much less cheaper! Whenever I want to watch a movie I’m always going to watch it here. Plus it’s close to where I live. Super convenient!!

Ever after this place is renovated, this is the One cinema we go to. Close to home, free parking. Super comfortable chairs! You can basically sleep there! Wish they can have some more food options there other than just nachos and popcorns

This is an amazing cinema with really comfy seats, but since the opening the cleanliness has gone down hill. The bathrooms are often unclean with no soap - they don’t clean leather chairs between shows. There is always popcorn in chairs.

I have already been here 4 times since opening and i love it! The chairs are so comfortable, the place is clean. My service was great and the whole atmosphere was like a nightclub. I'm sure it's even better in the evening.

This place just reopened and we went to see Top Gun. Seating was amazing lots of room so enjoyed it not having to move if someone needed to pass in front of you. Coming back here for sure to see other movies..

It's a smaller cinema with comfortable leather recliners and plenty of room between seats. This place is hopefully still undiscovered by many as I plan on going back to avoid the overcrowded massive theaters.

The seats were great but the movie started and the lights remain switched on. Also, the place is under construction and can smell plus see all contractor stuff at all places in the lobby.

This theatre is amazing. Clean, comfy and low key. Have never been more comfortable in a movie theatre. The seats are huge and putting your feet up is great and loungy.

This location is my go-to cinema location in Montreal! It’s clean, the chairs are super comfortable and spacious, the staff are really friendly, and it’s very clean.

We went there multiple times because it's never crowded and the seats are really good but they don't clean the seats so there's always a bit of popcorn on them.

Cinema Chairs are built for tall people. The head rest gave me neck pain. Good side I can recline like a bed! Just won't see the screen.
