It was a nice enough establishment. The outside looks really nice but the lobby has the occasional popcorn and candy wrapper on the floor. But it's cool. We ordered some food and got the beeper that lets you know when it's ready. Which is cool by the way. But it took longer than anticipated to ring so the movie had just started by the time we got the beeper ready. The food was surprisingly pretty good. I got the fury fries. Salty, cheesey, goodness. With hot Cheetos which I don't care for that much. But I made do by crunch them up really small. Which bring me to my next point the screen: Then I noticed that the screen didn't get any bigger. Sad but true. It was relatively small compared to some theaters I have seen that also have recliners but okay. Which bring me to my next point the seats: they were pretty nice pleather recliners with a table. Comfortable enough but the material could be cold for some. But my biggest gripe: I wish they reclined a tiny bit more. To give you maximum comfort. Now the sound was actually the best part crisp and clean several speakers. Loud but not blow your ears out loud and had some good positions so when the sound goes around it sounded clean and even. And I was impressed Until the movie got to a quieter part and you could clearly hear the sound and explosions from the other movie playing next door. To the point where it got to be super distracting. But I digress. All in all pretty good but some things I found to be subpar.

This was the first time I have been to a movie theater in like 20-25years and my daughter wanted to see the Barbie movie. So we decided to go here and I grew up in the area & thought it was the same old place. Boy was I surprised!, the last time I was here they had the hard fold down bottom seat & now they have leather recliners with tables What? It just blew my mind how different it was from when I remembered. The people there were super nice and very helpful especially the girl at the concession counter she was great! The place was clean neat organized and it exceeded my expectations from start to end. My daughter and I really enjoyed the movie we had such an awesome time together and can't wait to do it again soon! If your in the area this place is definitely worth checking out they serve excellent food (gourmet) they also serve beer and wine as well as popcorn and candies etc. This was an overall great experience and we can't wait to come back for our next daddy & daughter movie date which we already have planned to see the Bird movie!

Went for my daughter’s birthday because they have food and she wanted lunch as well. They don’t deliver to the seat but they will meet you at the theater when it’s done. They weren’t able to use produce because of a broken frig which happens but they didn’t have what I ordered also and had to buzz me down to make another selection. 1 meal was delivered 20 minutes before the others so we were making multiple trips before we all ate. That being said, these are the most comfortable seats. They’re full electric that recline back with the legs almost horizontal. There are 3 heat functions as well similar to car seats. You could preorder your seats which is good because the theaters don’t hold the amount of seats a regular theater would since the seats are so large. Will definitely be back for the seats alone, I’ll just make sure I’m well rested because it would be easy to fall asleep in them and miss the movie!

Went to this movie on Saturday January 28, 2023. My ticket reveals the same price I was charged for my grandchildren. I told her that I was a senior citizen. The three charges all were $ 8.58 + taxes for a total of $25.74. Apparently, there is no senior discount? Since then today the 30th of January I tried to call the theater and no one answered. Then it says “ To leave a message after the beep “ The recording states you can’t due to the voicemail is full. The other option is the operator she or he doesn’t answer either Finally you are given a number to check on movie times and Bonnie Pope is on the voicemail. Her voicemail messages are full too . There was no response from these options. What kind of customer service is this !?

About the only good thing you can say about it is that you can watch a movie there. The customer service at the ticket counter was extremely slow, they don't offer refills for popcorn, and the attendant forgot to turn the lights off for our showing and had to be reminded. The theater was also not clearly marked; there was no movie title and no number to tell you what room you were going into. We had to figure out if it was the right place by process of elimination. The shape of the theater itself (#3) was very strange; very long and narrow so that most of the seats are far from the screen. I recognize that this last problem is a lot harder to fix, but all the others are easy to solve.

The service, cleanliness, and execution was great. My only issue is with their system for the food. You have to order ahead when you buy your tickets or go to the concession counter. If you go to the concession counter they give you a restaurant menu to look at, you order, they give the disk pager with the red flashing lights to notify you when your food is ready. My opinion is that Regal Cinebarre Arboretum has a vastly superior system. With their system you have a counter and red button in front of you in your seat. You press the button and a server comes to take your order. This allows you to get refills, order more if you're hungry, or want to order dessert afterwards.

It's been a year since I went to the movies, so there's a chance that colored my experience. It was wonderful! The staff was friendly when we got our popcorn and soda, and seriously, I'm a popcorn freak, and this was some of the best I've ever had. I've gone to theaters and bought popcorn to take home when I didn't have time for a movie. This was delicious! The movie itself, Spiderman: Across the Spider-Verse, was absolutely AMAZING! I didn't realize it was going to be animated, but this wasn't regular animation; it was ART. I was totally blown away. I also went with my grown son, so that made exciting even better! If I could give it ten stars, I would!

More like a 2.5. Make sure you don't read the map wrong when you pick your seats. The seats are pretty comfy. And they were able to switch our seats so my boys could have trays for the food. Now, the food. Nope. Just nope. Wings are by weight. There's no telling how many you may get, but $15 is over priced for some wings. The chicken ranch wrap. Not good. Dry, crunchy, tiny. The pulled pork nachos are missing pulled pork. Otherwise, quite tasty. Also, don't order an Iced; there are no straws. Lastly, the movie volume is so quiet, I couldn't hear over the chips I was eating. At least now I know what to expect.

I don’t write reviews, however my husband and I came here after dinner last night, while visiting from out of town for our anniversary.. And this has got to be the dirtiest movie theatre I have ever been to, popcorn and assorted food pieces all over the floor in every direction you looked, having to practically play the floor is lava just to try and step on a clean portion of flooring.. Trash overflowing from all trash cans onto the floor.. food and trash all over the countertop areas.. it was disgusting. Also Renfield sucked, 4/10 experience. Charlotte has a lot better options for movies elsewhere!

I enjoy visiting this cinema because the staff is always really nice. There are few veg-friendly options so it takes me a while to order and they are always sweet and patient. I need some V E G A N OPTIONS, please! That's what the average score is for. I also enjoy the heated loungers and, die a movie theater, it's usually pretty clean. I'll definitely visit again. Not much to update for me, but they do have a ton of new non-v e g a n options. I also want them to add some alcohol free beer and wine and maybe only serve those at the late shows.

What a filthy experience I had. I keep waiting for the nice experience everyone refers to. Is filthy, sticky chairs, outdated, sound was awful, just look at the lamps or cealings very realistic spyderwebs if they are decoration for Halloween... We wanted to watch the coldplay live stream last night in screen 12. We better left after 15 min. The sound in my TV is better. How anybody rates this 5 stars?? We really wanted to love it, we just couldn't. First and last time here. We drove 50 min to get there because we thought was worth it.

My first visit here and we loved it. They have heated, reclining seats; each has a tray and cup holder. We reserved seats and paid on-line so all we had to do was show that little scanny- thingy to get in. Matinee tickets were not as much as I had anticipated. There was an extensive menu of snacks available. The surround sound was incredible. The restroom was clean. My only criticism--there was a cable or rope of some kind draped across the top of the screen. It was a little distracting. I meant to tell the manager but forgot.

Good theater, and very affordable ticket prices, especially through fandango. They also offer many food options which a fairly decent. I will say that there can be improvements made like bigger screens, but after a few visits I know the best seats to choose to not feel like I’m sitting a football field away from the screen, but no one issue is so bad that I won’t be back again soon. The staff is friendly and helpful, the patrons are respectful now yelling/talking in the theaters so you will definitely enjoy your movie.

Nice but they need to change their pictures I was ready to snuggle up.withbmy lady at the show but they removed the love seat style. So don't let the pictures fool you. They are separate and unlike AMC OR anywhere else the art don't lift up and that pesky table top doesn't fold down for close couple action. Make sure your blanket is for a king bed and you can throw your blanket over the table and share. Nice movies tho. Great sound lighting and excellent consessions. The best Tuesday prices and there is food near by.

The theater could use some cleaning. I have been to this theater location a few times and each time the floors are sticky. I always go earlier in the day (between 11am and 3pm) and the theater never looks as though it has been cleaned. If the cleanliness is not a factor for you then there are no complaints. The customer service is good and the pricing is reasonable for current times. The new movies are always available and I have yet to experience a full theater, so the space is nice.

This was my first time at this theater. Great concept with the Bistro. Love the layout, heated recliners and little tables. I was so excited to try the food. Spent almost $50 on three orders. Food was not worth $50. Maybe it was because it was a Saturday night. I paid $15 for a dry chicken sandwich and some fries. Kids got chicken tenders and flatbread. Said it was okay. Should have stopped at Chick-fil-A. We will be back but we will just eat before we get there.

We love this movie theater. Seats are great and the staff are friendly. The food used to be great but tonight was awful. Flatbread was greasy and buttery. Chicken tenders barely had chicken and they were so dry and over cooked it was like eating cardboard. Used to have the food come on nice plates now it’s paper. I loved the fact they were environmentally conscious. Honesty just sell popcorn because if that’s the food now I’ll pass. I spent 50 on a nasty dinner.

Chairs were comfy, heated seats too but far too hot on the lowest setting. Wasn't too impressed with the screen or sound but it was fine and we enjoyed the experience. Service at concessions was VERY friendly and professional. Fair prices on alcohol at around $7-$8 bucks for high gravity beers. Online purchasing was easy and we walked right into our assigned seats. This place didn't have seat service for food/drink like I had assumed but it's better for it.

Very GREAT experience, ALWAYS is when we go! The Manager was really nice and up beat as well as the employees. We got a lot of food and the staff was kind and patient with us. The BBQ Pulled Pork Nachos are SO GOOD!!! My wife loved the Loaded Bacon Ranch Truffle fries! Everything was so amazing tasting, fresh and great. We went to see Guardians of the Galaxy and it was so so so good! The theater was cleaned, very bathrooms clean. Really great experience!

Uncomfortable chairs that keeps your neck forward making it very painful, broken food trays like 4 of them broken in just one line of chairs, this is not a dine in movie theater as you need to go to the counter and buy yourself. The back seats are so high that if you lower your chair you won’t see the full screen, the screen is so small that you are better off seating in the first line to chairs. This was a horrible experience, DONT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE!

The Bistro part is misleading. This is not a movie theatre where they bring the food to your seat. It’s a concession stand where you order, get a buzzer and you go back to get it from someone waiting at the door. At least my chips and queso were good. Walked in the theater and it was pitch black dark in there. Had to ask them to turn on some light. After the movie started it was ok. It’s not the nicest theater and was messy. It needs some TLC.

Visited this movie theater while traveling through the area. We really enjoyed our experience there. Recliners and tables were really nice. Was nice to have the option for more than just snacks and the delivery to the theater room you were in was nice.Screen was a little smaller than we're used to be no issues. There was some small issues but nothing you don't see commonly when going to the movies. We would go back if ever in the area again.

Our favorite place to watch movies. I love the membership option and being able to save money on tickets and food. I love that we can reserve our seats in advance so we do not have to show up super early before the movie to get "good" seats. The seats recline and also have seat warmers and trays for the food. We usually get chicken tenders and popcorn while there and it is always delicious. Bathrooms are usually clean and well stocked.

The pictures for this theater are not accurate. This place was trashy when you enter food and trash was all over the carpet. Very nasty. We almost walked out but the kids were excited so we stayed...They had no ice at any of the drink machines. Inside the theater was very warm when it was about 90° outside. I spoke to the manager after the show and he gave us free passes to come back. Great manager however horrible theater.

Been going here for the past 4-5 years. Like the theater a lot. The chairs are getting a little old and may need to be replaced soon. Still comfortable, just not as comfortable as they once were. Food has actually gotten better. But I miss the spinach salad that they once had. Prices on food are not bad for a theater as well. Of course you have your popcorn, soda and candy, but Beer and wine and also available as well.

Comfortable recliner seats even include heating option. Seats are well spaced out for plenty of room if you’re tall (6-foot-4) like me. They offer special showings of movies (such as 25th anniversary film events). Tickets not much more than regular theater showings. Popcorn was great. Like at sports events, the food on the menu is way overpriced, so we ate afterward for much less. Otherwise, we really enjoyed it.

The theater seats are comfy, it’s like sitting on your favorite recliner and it has the option to heat up the seats. I’ve only patroness this location on 2 different occasions and the second time my seat nor my sons seat warmed up. They serve food and it’s pretty good. The drink and butter stations could use some tending to more frequently but overall I’ve driven 30 minutes one way just to see a movie twice.

This is a great place with the most comfortable recliners ever!!! They have a full bar and food service as well. They page you when your food is ready so they don’t actually bring you the food to your chair but it’s still very convenient. The food is delicious and reasonably priced for a movie theater. You can get reserved seats ahead of time so you don’t have to wait in line. Very fun movie experience.

The guy in the box office could had informed us the seats we had no option to choose at purchasing were right infront of the screen those seats should be a lesser charge otherwise the food was above and beyond most other surrounding options available! Supremely delicious! The heated reclining seats made the crook in my neck from being so close to the screen was a lesser noticeable issue

Easiest movie experience I've ever had. Ordered the tickets and concessions online, picked everything up when I arrived without any wait. Seats were reclining and heated. My only complaint was that the sound could have been louder. We were there to watch a concert and it wasn't really as loud as we thought it would be. You could still hear people talking pretty loudly. But overall, it was great.

Cozy, but my seat was broken and so was the one in-between us. So we couldn't sit next to each other, or enjoy the recline or heated seat capabilities. Food was severely over priced and not very good. Service clerks were fast and courteous. Facilty was clean, but parking lot could be better lit. Would still recommend, but I would do dinner elsewhere and only indulge in the drinks and popcorn.

Went to see the new Super Mario Bros movie at Cinemark Bistro here in Charlotte. It was so great. Great food and drinks on top of reclining seats with heaters built in. It was fantastic!! The whole experience was such a comfortable. An for a mom, just having a dark place to rest with Noone needing me for a few hour is a blessing. This place made my experience worth the 2 hour trip back home.

This is my fave theater, it’s close to home and it’s always clean and the chairs are extremely comfy. Even have built in heaters which comes in handy for someone like me who is always cold lol. You can preorder food online or you can wait there. I honestly can’t speak on the quality of food tho because I’ve never been a theater food type gal, but it was packed so assume it must be decent.

Awesome seats. First time ever seeing a movie the day it was released too. Just an amazing movie and experience I’ll never forget. Came with my buddy Luke and had an incredible time. Definitely coming back here soon. Definitely was packed for this movie. You won’t want to miss movies at this theater. Great experience and it was one I will never forget. Really happy to live near this theatre. I love going to the movies and I’ve been lucky to live in cities with really top tier cinemas. While this may not be the fanciest theatre in the world, it’s got great, comfy seats, a good beer selection, and a staff that enjoys talking about films. It’s more personable than a lot of the other chains out there and I really appreciate that.

Food had amazingly large portions. The seats had shared armrest but otherwise were good. The theater was smaller than I thought it would be but it really didn't matter hardly noticed the size. Just wish they served the food other than having to pick it up still gets 5 stars because customer service was really good. Great staff give them a raise they deserve it

This place is the worst! me and my 2 child’s were laughing and a big obese security guard came and told us to leave if we did not stop being loud we were watching five nights at fraddy paddies my kids grew up with it just for us to almost get kicked out and they were when we got home BAD MOVIE THEATER!!!! DO NOT VISIT …

The screen seemed smallish given the size of the theater, but the sound was good, unfortunately the ambiance was spoiled a bit by the large cockroach crawling on the back of the seat in front of us. Also, during the credits the cleaning crew yelled for us to leave the theater. Oh, and the boisterous (possibly drunk) movie goers were somewhat obnoxious.

This theater is pretty nice & well maintained, but the food is super pricey if you want something outside of snacks & popcorn. I had the ceasar salad wrap with chicken & it was good, I love how they put actual croutons in the wrap too. The fries were good & so was the pizza and burgers. For three people to eat we paid around $57 just for our food.

WOW!! This place has come a long way!! If, like me, you enjoy a VERY comfortable seat when you're going to the movies, this is the place for you! They also have real food, alcohol, and even little tables at your recliner so you can eat. I love putting the recliner all the way back...I nearly fell asleep it was so comfy!! Def going back again soon!

Went here with my son to watch Trolls. The theater had dirty floors and dirty entrance. Not cozy. I did not feel the layout of this theater either, and theater is not on a nice area. I bought my tickets online because of the good reviews, and I’m new on the area, so I did not have a choice. By far, the worst movie theater I’ve been.

I love this place, very comfy seats, recliner and some has this warm up features. The theater is clean and the food is fresh and good. If you have the membership you will have discounts on ticket and food. And now you can order on your app and pick up at the counter. This is very convenient beacuse you avoid the lines. Very happy!!

Really liked this theater a lot. Recliners with heat were awesome! What blew my mind was how inexpensive the concessions were. Easily 25% cheaper than most theaters around here. And they serve beer and wine and actual food! And will deliver it to your recliner in the theater!! Don't sleep on this place, WAY better than Stonecrest.

Went in and the theater for our movie was dark and dirty. Had to call and report it. When movie started young woman beside us was either drunk or stoned. She was laughing and screaming so loud until no one could hear the movie until I got loud with her about it only then did she quieten down. Was not an enjoyable experience.

I’ve been coming here for years and it’s by far my favorite theater in Charlotte. The food is great and considerably cheaper than other comparable dine in movie theaters. The few times that we’ve had issues the manager, Cathy, has always gone out of her way to make sure we’re taken care of. Thank you for being awesome guys!

I had the best experience. I made the mistake of buying front row seats and didn't even realize it. A cashier Asia, flagged me down and explained my mistake after my tickets were printed. Lucky for me, some good seats were free in the back. She took my tickets back to the ticket person and exchanged them.

Seats are great, staff wasn't the most welcoming, person at podium didn't direct to where the theater was, if you're in the back 2 rows good luck, you're so far away from the screen, seats are not staggered so if someone tall sits in front of you as was my experience you absolutely cannot see the screen.

Needs a deep cleaning bathrooms were so nasty and outdated the entrance to theater 3 where you put trash etc needed a good deep clean as well. It was dark when we walked into the theater so couldn't see if seats were clean. I guess the one positive thing was the seats were heated and very comfortable.

Would have been rated higher but not giving at least one free refill on popcorn is really stupid. I'm watching a movie I'm not going to pay you another $9 for popcorn, come on now. Which also means until this is fixed this was my first and last time going to this or any other Cinemark theater.

Very nice stadium & recliner seating. You can order concessions ahead online, but they are pricey. We saw "The Hiding Place," a film taken of the play version. It was a very limited engagement. The bathroom was clean & tidy. Parking was okay, although they could use more handicapped spaces.

One of our favorite theatres, the reclining seats are comfortable and large, with tables on each one. Service is quick, and the truffle fries and pizzas are the best! I also like that you pick your seats ahead of time, so it is easy to sit together as a group, and Tuesdays are $6 tickets.

Legit the grossest bathroom I’ve ever been in. Smelled like sewage, and urine all over the floor. It wasn’t busy at all. The wife said the tamale bathroom toilets were full of menstrual blood. I will not be coming back. Two years ago this was a decent place. Not anymore. Simply gross.

The staff were friendly, but the bathrooms and lobby were very dirty. I couldn't see well enough in the theater itself to tell how clean it was. We could also hear the noise from the movie next door quite loudly during any quieter times in the movie, which was very distracting.

My friend and I just saw the Tom Cruise movie which was excellent! We always enjoy going to The Bistro Charlotte theater because the reclining seats are marvelous, the popcorn always great and just an overall really fun experience at the movie. Highly recommend!

I was just told 10 minutes to make my chicken tenders and fries, and it is taking over 25 minutes and the movie is started and now I have to walk out of the show to get my food and this isn't the first time this has happened!!! Should get my money back!!!

My husband and I went to see Dungeons & Dragons honor amongst thieves. We ordered a large popcorn with hot wings and some wine. I love how the seats recline and can even get warm if you like. The staff was very patient and friendly. I enjoyed myself❤

it was a nice movie theater compared to most, couple things though.. it was freezing before you got in the theater an even colder during the movie. the food was mid , not bad but not the best either. but the seats have a back warmer and recline.

I liked it a lot, perhaps because the movie I saw had an impact on me, but I can't give 5 stars because the rooms in the lobby and in the room where I was looked very dirty. But surely with more staff helping with cleaning it would be 5 stars.

Decent food, clean establishment and good sound quality. I like the new heated seats and comfortable reclining chairs. This theater is our go-to, even though there are closer theaters because we always have a good experience.

Great location, facilities are very friendly, men's and women's restrooms are clean; seats are comfortable. Food and beverages are delicious. Screens have good size and great image. The sound system is also of high quality.

Movie, THE LITTLE MERMAID, was spectacular! Service at concession syand was superb. Popcorn was crunchy, drinks were fizzy. Facility seems like it needs some upkeep. Broken tables at the theater seats inside auditorium.

My wife and I typically come to this theater twice a week. The seats are comfortable. The food is decent. The prices are good. The rewards program is great. And the staff generally is attentive and friendly.

Seats do not recline as advertised. Restroom was not clean and there was no paper towels. Also, my order was incorrect after paying extra for it. Overall, the experience was terrible. I would not recommend.

I took my daughter here for the Taylor Swift movie. This was our first visit to this theater, and we will definitely be back ! I love the comfort of the chairs and how everything was!

Went here to see Barbie. Screen was small and theater was dingy/dirty, kind of old. Seats were comfy. All in all, I expected more after reading initial reviews. Would not return.

Came to watch the Barbie movie with my mom! Theatre was big and clean, just wish that the food was brought inside to your seat so that you don't miss any part of the movie.

Watching a movie in a recliner is nice, but a heated recliner is better. Every seated recliner is heated at Cinemark Bistro. Best kept secret, the heated recliners.

Assistant managers enable racist behavior and put black staff members at risk. They hide it from upper management just to make their shifts easier.

A great place to watch a movie. The only reason I didn't give them a 5 is the seats. They are reclining seats that won't let you sit up straight.

I went to see Avatar: The Way of Water. The staff was very nice and brought our food to the theater door. The restroom was really messy though.

I don't really come here that often but it's an okay theater to go to. A bit dirty sometimes but having Coca Cola products is a plus to me.
