I'm updating my review to give it 5 stars. I moved out of Portland to Bend about 4 months ago, and while Bend is so lovely, it only has a Regal theater. It had been a while since going to Regal cinemas and now I remember and know why. Regal is AWFUL compared to Century. From overpriced tickets and concessions, to hard, tiny uncomfortable seats that they pack people in like sardines with. I really really really miss my Century Cinema. The Luxury Loungers are where it's at. So comfy and spacious. Still lots of seats to sell tickets but without cramming us all in like we are on a subway in Tokyo. Also, Century's prices are more reasonable. Let's face it, they are still expensive, but without trying to gouge the customer for whatever they are worth. Century PLEASE PLEASE come open a theater in Bend. Give this community some options for movie going. I know you would absolutely crush it here! Give Regal a run for their money. And just make longtime movie goers like myself happy. I go see every movie that comes out in 3D. I don't know if I'll be able to continue the trend here in Bend due to my one option. So... What do you say Century? Come to Central Oregon and show them what a true movie going experience can be!

This theatre has a slightly classic feel with big comfy reclining seating and movie snacks that can be pre-ordered and delivered to your seats. I'm partial to smaller theatres, but they were sold out, so I tried something out of my comfort zone, a commercial theatre. *Gasp* The crowd was calm, the employees kind, the chairs clean, the A/C cooling, and the popcorn buttery. What more do you need from a theatre? There were a lot of kids and some were quite rambunctious. To be fair, it was a kid's movie. For me, this adds to the cuteness, as the movie was made for them anyway. But if you like to view movies with an air of reverence, which as a film buff I can empathize with, this might not be the one for you, at least not on weekends. Happy viewing ✌

This would get one star if it weren't for the reclining seats (the only thing that this theater has going for it). Theater was absolutely NASTY literally couldn't enjoy watching scream because bugs were flying around the theater and I couldn't focus cuz they were flying all over. Trash is everywhere, drinks spilled all over the floors. Sticky everywhere. I feel like I need to bathe in antiseptic.... walked in to theater 1 and trashes were already overflowing. I can't even imagine what the soda fountain caps look like inside if they don't even keep their theater clean enough to look semi decent. not even the reclining seats are worth coming back here...

This place could very easily get a 5 start rating. The staff was friendly, I love the recliner seats and the way the back rows are significantly higher than the lower ones, and we got to reserve the seats that we wanted. Here's why they only get 3 stars. •One of their arcade games didn't work and got over on me. •The air hockey table was out of order and to be honest, whoever does the cleaning between movies to prevent the spread of covid, needs some supervision because when my lighter fell out of my pocket and I had to search for it, I found that there was trash lodged in and under the seats and something sticky .

My daughter had suggested the new Indiana Jones movie and I immediately said "Yes!". I hadn't been out to the movies in a few years. When I purchased the tickets online I was pleasantly surprised with how inexpensive the matinee prices were. We got popcorn, candy and soft drinks (I'll have a soda once a month ). The theater was clean and the lounge seats were comfortable. The movie was formulaic but that was to be expected. The best part was just going to the movies with my daughter. She's 14 now and I know that as she gets older I'll be less cool to hang out with. Just trying to enjoy every moment I can with her.

We go here, despite the fact it's not the closest Cinemark to us, because all the that's have the lounger seats. It's also just a bit less expensive than the theater in the Clackamas Town Center so that sorta kinda makes up for the drive. Their snack bar isn't the greatest. We also saw a kid drinking from the icy drink spigot directly because it's on a side away from anyone monitoring it soooo I'd not be excited to drink any of those drinks personally. That said, the staff had always been pleasant and buying online gets us the seats we want. It's definitely our go to theater.

Good experience. Friendly staff. Clean theater and restrooms. I like the online ticket purchasing system to pick your seats ahead of time. If you want a showing with less people, you can see that ahead of time. How many tickets have been reserved in that theater room. It is ideal for customers that may have anxiety or sensitivity to crowds. They do have a large concession area and an arcade playroom. I will continue to give my business to this location as I have been there several times and have had good experiences.

Friendly employees welcome us here every time. Surprised to learn they don't get extra pay on 4th of July. On a National Holiday when most of America gets a day off, these workers deserve a bonus Cinemark! The theater is a spacious complex with comfy lounge chairs. You pre-select seats, and it's not usually crowded. They could improve on the dirty carpets and the pre-shows are the same ads you see on TV along with a ridiculous arcade game, but we keep coming back for the first run movies.

Met my friend here for a movie. I was impressed that the gentleman that took my money showed me where I could have a seat while awaiting the friend, if I would like. The matinee price has gone up, but so has buying a sandwich at a bar, or having an ordinary breakfast out these days. I super liked that the seats are touch a button to recline- and comfy! Ever square inch of the place, bathrooms and all-- were very clean the lay out of the place is easy also.

Went to see Top Gun Maverick, theater was clean, parking lot was well lit. Staff were friendly and professional. Luxury lounge chairs which are powered recliners are very worth it. I wouldn't see a movie without the recliners again. I didn't try the food but had a pretty standard selection. There are the Coke push button vending machines and ICEE machines as well. Picture and sound were top notch. Overall, very pleasant experience.

This theater has reclining, super comfy chairs first rate movies and typical movie theater food and drink. The theaters were clean and the employees are friendly and provided good customer service. The movie tickets are $9 for adults which I believe is the going price. If you want to see a new release then this is a good place to go. It was not bust or crowded which is a good thing since we are still at the end of this pandemic.

This has always been a really nice theater. With that being said I haven't been here in ages. It's changed a lot! New lounge seats that are amazing recliners, you can also pre order your ticket online and have food and drinks delivered to your seat without going through the line! I went and seen jackass fore❤️er and it was definitely a 10/10 If you like great laughs and better seats this is the place for you

Nice theater, recently saw the new "Elvis" movie, since it was opening day, I ordered tickets online. The handling fee was a bit steep, but that's another review (it was not busy). The theater was neat, and clean, and the recliners were very comfortable, the staff were helpful, and friendly, and the popcorn was fresh and good. I've been here several times, and have always had a good experience. My theater of choice.

This was my go to spot. Pre-pandemic, I was a movie club member, went at least once a month, usually twice, and spent on average, 25$ on concessions. Post pandemic, I go every few months (mostly due to movie releases), but I unfortunately will not be returning until kettle corn and large free refills return-- it was the ONLY thing that set it apart from other theaters (especially since food options are...eh). Boo.

The luxury loungers are nice and more comfortable than regular movie seats. There is reserved seating, so you don't have to show up early to get a good seat. There is a nice variety available at the concessions. If you buy your tickets online in advance through the app, you can also place an order from the concessions to be ready for pick up or delivery to your seat, so you don't have to wait in line.

Arrived to see Five Nights at Freddy’s with my son at the scheduled 7:45 pm start time, but the movie began at 8:15 pm due to an extensive series of previews, Target and Cinemark loyalty commercials, followed by more previews. After waiting for 30 minutes, my kid was tired of waiting, and I'm frustrated about why we had to endure an extended delay before the movie we paid for finally began.

Avatar 2 3D recliner some snacks ... Need I say more mozzarella sticks Stella beer chicken strips... Recliner chair goes like a little extra more then normal it's nice good theater nice sound system too go watch a 3D but not Mario it was weak not the theater but the movie there system works fine you should of seen Avatar 3D If you ever get a chance again be sure to, it was amazing

Never have enjoyed a movie here at this ghetto theater always screen messes up or kids talking, just saw a movie last night kids sneaking in everyone in the wrong seats had 3 employees in and out talking with flashlights with 6 different groups took up half the movie then people just being loud left and right only good thing about this theater is the recliner seats lol

Went for the new 007 flick at the 3D "showroom". It was a very pleasant experience. The chairs are nice and comfy and they transform into a recliner at a touch of a button. It may seem a bit expensive to pay about $17 for a ticket but across the street they sell sandwiches and burgers for $13 So... it's in the eye of the beholder. Oh, also the sound was pretty good.

Great Movie theater, they have amazing lounger seats in the theaters which makes for an amazing movie-watching experience. They also have a great variety of snacks and staple concessions. I highly recommend this theater if you are looking for one to enjoy the experience of the movies. They also have ample parking and a mini arcade.

The seating is good in every screening room. The seats are large and they recline still leaving space to walk so you don't have to decline the chair for someone to walk past you. The concession line is usually pretty fast, you'll get the same stuff here that you'll get at any other theater. I always have a good experience.

Great reclining seats, though I'm still a bit too big to fit super comfortably in them. Great food at the concession stand, never have had much of a problem here. Decent selection of movies, friendly staff. Usually not too crowded. Decent little arcade room, though last time one of the guitar hero things was broken.

Great multiplex in the far corner of Eastport Plaza. Staff friendly and helpful. $6.25 movies on Tuesdays, and obviously, the usual $20 for .20¢ worth of snacks, easy fix, bring your own. Seats recline all the way back and are comfy AF, don't be surprised if you hear someone snoring. LMAO …

I was pleased to come here almost a year later, and found that the main hall entrance was clean and had no lingering smell that I found during my last visit. The reclining seats in the theater are comfortable, I liked that. Oh, the staff seeking snacks were friendly and chatty too, nice vibes.

Easy to find near LA fitness and other shopping places…nice recliner seating and air conditioning. Only issue was the food station. It’s setup to where you get a popcorn station up front and then you move down the line to the register it was a confusing set up. Nonetheless easy and clean.

Most comfy seats I've been in. I got the membership so for $10 a month a get %20 off concessions and a free movie ticket each month. It literally pays for itself. I recommend it to all and this 82nd location is definitely the biggest seats that recline. Bring the whole family

One of my Favorite Theaters ! I have been coming to this theater on average 3 times a year over the last 20 years plus. I love the Upgrades of the reclining Leather Seats. The Forst movie I ever saw here was Gladiator in either 2000 or 2001. Amazing Place to watch movies !

I have been going to this theater for 10 years and I have loved every visit staff are great seats are awesome popcorn is good soda isn't flat what more can I say but go have fun they also do anime and foreign movies which is good if you wanna try something different

Comfortable chairs that recline, not the usual stadium style seating where you feel cramped has plenty of room. Huge screen with good sound. Friendly staff. Just wish it wasn't in the area of Portland it is in. Right next to Walmart that gets robbed all day long.

Century has taken over as the best theater in town since the downfall of Covid. They actually surve good tasting food, and all the theaters at Century 16 pretty much recline and are super comfortable. I would highly recommend them over the competitors

Bought a ticket in person for a group. Not only did they printed out the wrong time. For the showing that was already in progress, but had no seats for us when we got there. They hire kids and not train them, ruining peoples weekend and wasting gas.

Great theater, one of my favorites. Your workers from 12/21 were great, very nice, polite individuals, especially the manager demeirus. Great team you have. Keep up with the good work and the cleanliness everything looks great!

My favorite theatre in Portland!! The employees here are the best…I made the dumb mistake of buying tickets for the wrong date and the man at the register was so nice he still let me go in!! Will continue to keep coming here

Went to see the new Barbie Movie,and the seats were great & comfy too, quiet in there also! Expensive for treats &. Sodas etc... but havent been to a move for 15 yrs or so in a theater! Niice place, busy!

Its high cost for every thing but its got AC, new titles, fancy reclining chairs in primary auditoriums, friendly staff (mostly) epic sound, heck they can even deliver food to your seat. Not too shabby.

While watching "The Journey" movie, my husband was highly cared for, later taken by the emergency unit. I'm so blessed to have had the best from such a caring Team! My thanks is to You all. ~~~Anne

I appreciate the self branded treats, very reasonably priced. Popcorn was buttery, drinks were cold, seats were comfy, friendly and helpful staff, tidy bathrooms, I look forward to my next visit

Great to be back in the theatre to watch a movie! Ample spaces left between seats, high touch areas cleaned every 30 minutes. Concessions are currently card only. I love that they have loungers!

They are the best! I bought tickets to the wrong movie theater (Regal) and realized it so Cinemark stepped up and stepped in gave us tickets for discount and free popcorn. Thank you Cinemark!!!

I haven't been over there to the movies yet but as soon as I can scrounge up enough money to go to a movie it looks very nice from what I've seen so hopefully I'll be able to go next month.

My favorite go to theater. Would recommend over “most” Regal theaters. Comfortable seats and a big screen for an affordable price. Delicious popcorn and a solid “IMAX” experience as well.

Staff was very helpful and accommodating when our group of seniors with dementia showed up early. The theater was clean, and the seats were comfortable. My only complaint was the price.

This is my go to place if I want to watch a movie. The recliners are very nice and I would say that the food is to overpriced. There was one time when my seats recliner wasn’t working.

Super comfy recliners. Their staff are some of the most polite people I have ever met in a theater. Will always be my goto theater. Go on Tuesdays they have some steep discounts.

Theres a lot of homeless around the parking lot, they broke into our car and stole everything and movie theater has no security cameras or patrol :( 0 stars, not safe to go

Love to go here to watch movies. Every Tuesday movie tickets are half off so I tend to watch two movies. And the seats recline, they are also pretty comfortable.

I enjoyed the experience. My first time here. Love the Tuesday matinee prices for sure. And I am a fan of the beer and reclining seats. Will be going back again.

I went here last week, it was a little different from other theaters I have been to, but it was really nice and luxurious. Definitely coming back in the future.
